- Peter (9/5): Good Hotel Convenienly Located in a Quiet Part of Poblado - This was our second stay at the Sites Hotel. The location is good in a quiet part of Poblado, a short walk from the Metro station as well as from restaurants, a large grocery store and the centre of Poblado. Our room was large and the beds were very comfortable. The daily breakfast was good with a reasonable variety. Eggs were cooked to order. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Medellin. Our room only had one comfortable chair to sit on. We had a large balcony which we liked, but there were no chairs on it.

The breakfast food was good. The wifi was horrible. I needed to work and had to use my phone as a hotspot. I tried wifi in the room and common areas, with no luck. Also, the coffee during breakfast was burned every single morning. They told us if we wanted good coffee, we had to pay extra.

- Alan (7/5): Een paar werkpuntjes, verder prima - Het rooftopzwembad is zalig; superwarm, het uitzicht van de 12de verdiep,... De barman boven is geboren voor de job. Heel proper hotel en mooi interieur. De uitrusting van de keuken in de kamer voor 4 volwassenen; 2 borden, 2 glazen, 2 kopjes (die niet echt onder het apparaat passen), geen stoelen op het terras. De koffie en fruitsap bij het ontbijt zijn ondermaats voor deze prijscategorie. De cocktailkaart boven mag wat veelzijdiger.

The apartment has small kitchenette, but little to no utensils or cups or plates if you want to have coffee or tea. Or if you want to warm up your leftovers. Has a dishwasher but no soap for it, etc. They happily gave me extra cups the first night that we wanted to have tea and the next day they took them away. So I had to ask again for it. Please be careful getting out of the pool, the floor on the shower and walk way is very, very slippery if wet. My father fell down. The staff was responsive. Emergency services came and evaluated him. Going for xray tomorrow.

- Griet (9/5): Mooi hotel op een goede en veilige locatie met comfortabele kamers. - Mooi hotel, gelegen net buiten de drukte van Poblado, maar nog steeds in een veilige buurt (op wandelafstand van Poblado centrum). Het zwembad op het dak was een pluspunt voor onze zoon. De kamer was heel groot en schoon, met een mooi uitzicht. Uitgebreid en goed ontbijtbuffet. Supercomfortabel bed (sofabed iets minder, maar perfect voor kinderen). Het sofabed was vrij hard, maar zeker geschikt voor kinderen. We kregen er ook een deken bij en een laken. Gezien de luxe van de rest van het hotel had dit wel een donsdeken mogen zijn (maar dit is een detail). De douche had geen constant warm water, maar was warm-koud-warm-koud.

- Emilie (7/5): Très bon hôtel, assez bruyant - L’emplacement est idéal. Le personnel est très accueillant. Il y a des fontaines à eau à disposition pour remplir nos bouteilles. Le rooftop est très agréable et la piscine plutôt grande. On entend énormément de bruit extérieur et la literie pourrait être meilleure (les oreillers sont très très durs).

Had verwacht dat het uitgebreider zou zijn (gezien ik vaker naar Colombia ben geweest en dit vaak wel goed was) en gedurende de kerstdagen er toch iets speciaals geserveerd zou worden. Echter dagelijks hetzelfde ontbijt (1ste kerstdag alleen Pulled pork). Ontbijtruimte erg krap.

- Angela (9/5): Ruhiges Hotel im El Poblado mit guter Lage - Sehr gute Lage in El Poblado. Wunderbare Aussicht auf die Stadt vom Restaurant im 12. Stock. Metro Station in der Nähe. Grosszügige, saubere Zimmer. Sehr aufmerksames Personal (Grüsse an Giovanni, Manuel, Christian y Luz). Gutes Frühstücksbuffet. Safe im Schrank war nicht befestigt (habitation 1101).
- Kevin (10/5): Super appartement avec deux chambres et cuisine équipée. Vue incroyable sur Medellín. Très confortable. Dommage pour l’o - Lit très confortable, quartier très agréable, restaurant à proximité. Odeur des égouts désagréable

- Thomas (7/5): Good location to discover Medellin - Location, breakfast & the city itself Overpriced restaurant & especially the „last moment“ that matters: check-out surprise with 25 dollars for 2 bottles of water & not trusting us. Not really necessary to give the customers at the end a bad experience, as we will always remember the hotel due this unnecessary experience.
