Himelda (5/5): Very average hotel, but great staff - The staff are very friendly and helpful The room is very old, I wish they do some renovation to update the room, including the carpet and lighting which most of them isn't working. The bathroom curtain and shower are dirty and mouldy. Plenty of space to store the luggage However I am not sure, will return in the future until the update the rooms.

Für die Familien mit Kindern, es gibt vielen Aktivitäten zu machen . War alles gut .
Norm (7/5): Geen 5sterren waard - Ontbijt valt mee, kan altijd beter. Merendeels moslim klanten. Zwembad is groot. Mini dierentuin, Fitniscentre aanwezig met begeleiding. Sommige personeel zijn niet klantservice. Beneden waar de receptie, Chinees restaurant, restrooms, vergaderzaal, eetzaal, en voor special gasten een aparte ruimte, zien er goed uit. Maar om te zeggen een 5sterren hotel daar gaat teveel.Toen wij kwamen kregen we de laatste kamer, redelijk schoon alleen de wanden waren vies vooral de airco kon je nauwelijks stellen en maakte veel kabaal. De airco filter mag wel eens schoon gemaakt worden. Ik ben benieuwd hoe de andere kamers eruit zien

grazia (7/5): A parte le criticità mi sento di consigliare questo hotel - Questo business hotel molto datato ha come punti di forza: uno staff eccellente ( un grazie particolare a Nina). una colazione eccellente con prodotti di qualità, notevole varietà di piatti asiatici ed europei sia dolci che salati il tutto accompagnato da una meticolosa attenzione alla pulizia e all'ordine. Un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. A dieci minuti a piedi dall Indonesia Mall Come criticità presenta camere vecchie come ultravecchi sono i bagni poco curati, la sensazione che non siano molto pulite, aria condizionata rumorosissima, infiltrazioni di acqua nei muri, tende macchiate e strappate e cucite. La piscina vecchia con solo due sdraio. La posizione pur essendo vicina a due Mall rimane abbastanza decentrata. Nellohotel non si può acquistare nulla in contanti e cosa a mio avviso imperdonabile e che dopo l'orario di ceck out non è possibile in nessun modo depositare le valigie

Mabel (10/5): Heerlijk verblijf als je behoefte hebt aan (even) een luxere ervaring - Zeer ruime en luxe kamers en fantastisch ontbijtbuffet. Veel meer kunnen we er niet over zeggen want door vertraging van de vlucht kwamen we middernacht aan en de volgende ochtend al moesten we met de kogeltrein naar Bandung. Geen minpunten.

Hôtel un peu vieillot et qui sent fort la cigarette dans les couloirs . Nous avions un vol à 00h40 et pensions laisser nos bagages après le check out pour faire un tour dans Jakarta et revenir les récupérer plus tard mais ils n ont pas de pièces pour les bagages. 1 ère fois de ma vie que ça nous arrive. Pour un 5* c est anormal de ne pas pouvoir garder les bagages des clients.

Hans (7/5): Priceworthy hotel with some work to do - Priceworthy hotel in a nice location with very nice and professional staff. The hotel should re-implement their protocol for families with children. It is not OK for a 5 star hotel having children running around using the breakfast area as a playground screaming hysterically without any respect for other guests.

Monica (6/5): Pleasant - The location was great. It's easy to find food in the area and even some laundry. The staff were super friendly. And the room was spacious. The hotel room was old. When we arrived, they could not give the room we booked that sleeps 4 people. They promised to send us the extra bed which they didn't (finally they moved us to another room that they claimed slept 4 pax). And every day when they cleaned the room, they just prepared 2 towels and 2 bottles of water. We had to ask for more towels and water daily. I wonder if they sold the room of 2 pax and turned it into a 4 pax room. The bed was a bit small for 2 people. It was not 160x200 for sure.

Hamed (9/5): Superb - Overall, the stay was good very comfortable spacy room for the stay with a balcony.. The furniture was little old, but it was working well with a fully equipped suite. The room was cleaned daily, and the immunities are checked and enough for the stay. The staff was cooperative and serve you need to the end. I asked for a checkout extension, and they granted it, the staff was nice and cooperative. the food and breakfast was excellent with a lot of daily varieties and fresh coffee. The way the dishes are displayed in the breakfast area is confusing and only labeled with local language.

Kamil (7/5): Spacious room for family of 4 - First room was really dirty so we requested the change. After a few intervensions we got new room. This is the only time whem personel let us down. Didn't help at all (we were tired with 2 little kids after 20h journey and hade few suitcases). Second room was far from perfection, but acceptable. Room very big and comfortable. Aircon in the right spot (not directly on beds), view feom 5th floor really nice. 2 pools, place for kids. Breakfast bufet included some old food, but generally acceptable. Not the hotel I would love to come buck but wouldn't rule it out too.

JINESH (10/5): Excellent !!! - Had an amazing stay. Excellent service, comfortable beds and big rooms. AC is not that powerful but is comfortable. Food is good and breakfast has good variety. Overall highly recommended for people coming for expo at JIEXPO centre.

Stuart (8/5): Happy - Only stayed one night because we had train tickets for next morning so can only say the hotel was comfortable and the staff friendly and helpful. The breakfast could have more western options and more variety of fruit. The swimming pool needs sun beds. Only has not very comfortable chairs. So not great if you want to spend time relaxing by the pool.

Chandra (8/5): Good and need improvement - Location great and the room is large. Many choices of food eventhough not all the food is great. Some staff need more smile when give services in receptionist and restaurant. Hopefull the staff in restaurant can give more information regarding table available is smoking area or not because not all people like in smoking area. But after that, the staff really helpful to look for tables in non-smoking area. Free parking registration process is not working smoothly. We already inform when check in and write in the form our license plat as request, but when check out and want to leave, cannot be process by the parking staff because it is not registered in system. So I need to back to receptionist to inform again and registered. And it seems another customer also have some issues.

Sean (10/5): A lovely high-class abode with everything - I really love this hotel! It's really a 5 star hotel listed as a 4. It's situated on a lake, surrounded by mansions, so it feels like a resort. They go the extra mile with a full gym, beautiful outdoor pool, large grounds with tennis courts, playground and zoo even horses on the weekend, and mini golf, bicycles to loan. The rooms are beautiful. It's a very classy place. The breakfast is terrific. The restaurants, and for me especially the Korean restaurant on the first floor is amazing! This hotel was a great discovery for me. And the management, the gracious Miss Nina, and her staff, were very kind. I attribute my success in Jakarta to this excellent abode in the middle of Jakarta. What I didn't like,... was leaving this hotel and going back to the real world.

Marie (10/5): Extraordinarily Top! - The room is spacious and clean with comfortable beds. There is sauna, swimming pool and kids playzone, so its perfect for family vacation. It has a good view of Sunter Lake and the city, and is close to numerous restaurants and stores. The personals are very friendly and helpful. None.

Verified traveler (6/5): - The hotel location is easy to find something to eat even at night. But the bathroom is terrible. Every time you flush the toilet water leaking from the side and every time you shower the water did not drain fast so there is water pooling on your feet..gross. They only give you 2 towels in the room even though we booked for 4 peoples..no towel for face or hand. We have to ask to housekeeper every day for extra towel.
