Our room, along with a few others, had its own entrance making it accessible. The rooms were spacious and the bed was super comfortable. Charles was a great host and breakfast was absolutely delicious! Only that we weren’t there for longer!

A sensory experience with subtle fragrance soft background music and comfortable relaxing zones. It would have been nice to have warmer weather for late December, but that is out of our control.

Some of the features like pulling the string to turn on the light and the vintage doors add a touch of vintage and classical feeling to this fabulous house. Breakfast is superb, ingredients super fresh with lots of choices. You can't ask for more. Location is great, less than 10 minutes walk to Rye Pier and restaurants.
