Petit déjeuner vendu avec la chambre très sommaire:se limite a pain de mie,cafe et confiture (cela devrait être précisé a la réservation pour éviter la mauvaise surprise)

• Claudia (8/5): - Die Lage des Hotels war hervorragend. Das gesamte Hotel war sehr sauber und das Personal stets freundlich und hilfsbereit. Beim Frühstück konnte man sich Toast mit Butter und Marmelade zubereiten. Außerdem bestand den ganzen Tag über die Möglichkeit, sich an der Rezeption Kaffee oder Tee zu holen. Unser Zimmer lag zur Straßenseite. Dadurch konnten wir kein Licht ins Zimmer lassen, ohne dass Passanten direkt hineinschauen konnten. Außerdem war das Zimmer sehr hellhörig, sodass man Geräusche aus den Nachbarzimmern und vom Flur deutlich hören konnte. Besonders enttäuschend war jedoch die Situation mit dem Parkplatztor. Das Tor war nicht gesichert und wurde durch einen Windstoß gegen unser Auto gedrückt, wodurch ein Schaden entstand. Leider blieben wir auf den Kosten sitzen.

• Janina (8/5): Suite super, andere Zimmer nicht ok! - Da wir ein Zimmer im Erdgeschoss mit Zimmer zur lauten Straßen bekommen haben, haben wir nach einem anderen Zimmer gefragt. Wir haben dann eine Suite oben auf dem Dach bekommen mit tollem Ausblick, mussten aber die Differenz zu einem Standardzimmer auch bezahlen. Wir hatten dafür eine Rooftop Terrasse und es war einigermaßen ruhig. Internet war geht so. Suite war gut, alle anderen Zimmer waren entweder mit Fenster zur Straße oder gar keinem Fenster. Wir brauchen das nicht 😂

Idéal pour une visite courte de Campeche. taille de la chambre trop petite pour 4 personnes. pas de petit déjeune sur place, mais c'est encore plus agréable de prendre un petit déjeuner en ville. Rien à faire dans l'hotel à part dormi :)

• Dieuwertje (5/5): - De locatie was super, goed centraal in het centrum. Het bed was erg hard. De ruimte is heel gehorig, je hoort iedereen op de gang en rondom het zwembad. In de vroege ochtend (half 5) hoorde we al stemmen op de gang en we werden hier wakker van. Ook de badkamer was erg benauwd. Een afzuiging daar was fijn geweest.
• Disma (6/5): NON TORNEREI - Posizione eccezionale per godersi il centro della città. La camera inizialmente assegnata aveva un odore terribile di umidità. Insopportabile. Non ho mai chiesto un cambio stanza nella mia vita ma rimanere in quella avrebbe significato restare svegli tutta la notte, o peggio stare male. Inizialmente il personale ci ha rifiutato un cambio stanza, e solo successivamente minacciando di contattare Booking per un rimborso ci hanno assegnato una camera diversa e vivibile. Il parcheggio non è in loco ma si trova a qualche centinaio di metri da fare a piedi in una struttura convenzionata.

• Simone (10/5): Perfekte Lage! Ruhig & dennoch zentral - Die Lage des Hotels ist wirklich perfekt! Ruhig & trotzdem zentral. Das Personal an der 24-Stunden-Rezeption war freundlich & hilfsbereit. Es besteht die Möglichkeit, morgens in der Lobby ein kleines kostenloses Frühstück, bestehend aus Toast, Marmelade, Kaffee/Tee, zu sich zu nehmen. Ich hatte ein innenliegendes Zimmer im EG, mit Fenstern nur zum Flur. Dafür war es angenehm temperiert, so dass ich kein einziges Mal die Klimaanlage einschalten musste. Zum Flur ist es sehr hellhörig. Ich habe bis jetzt aber in keinem mex. Hotel in irgendeiner Form baulichen Schallschutz erlebt; Ohrstöpsel gehören also grundsätzlich mit in's Gepäck ;-). Bett & Kissen waren sehr gemütlich und das Wlan stabil. Es gibt außerdem noch eine Dachterrasse & einen Gemeinschaftsbereich um einen kleinen innenliegenden Pool.

Nous avons pu nous garer juste devant l'hôtel pour toute la durée du séjour. Le toit terrasse était vraiment appréciable (pour le sunset ou juste apprécier la vue au calme). Je recommande !

• R (6/5): - Midden in de stad We sliepen beneden aan een weg kant. Als er mensen langs liepen leek het net of ze naast je bed stonden. Daarnaast hoorde we de hele nacht deuren open/ dicht slaan. Erg gehorig dus We hadden voor 2 nachten geboekt maar gingen na 1 nacht weg. Men was niet echt met ons begaan. Kregen ook niets terug als compensatie.
• Francesca (10/5): Posizione e cortesia top - Posizione in pieno centro storico, cortesia dello staff, bella struttura, camera ampia, nella hall sempre disponibile possibilità di prendere thè, caffè e acqua fresca, alla mattina viene anche offerta una piccola colazione a base di pane tostato, marmellata, burro…Per un piccolo disguido, subito risolto, ci hanno fatto avere in camera una bottiglia di vino con un bel biglietto di scuse scritto in ottimo italiano. • maria del rocio (4/5): - Hay Café, té, pan y agua en recepción No hubo claridad en el precio ya que cobran una parte en la reserva y otra a la entrada, yo sabía que el precio podía variar porque está calculado en dólares pero en recepción dijeron que había que pagar en efectivo la mayor parte porque con tarjeta aumentan los impuestos eso da lugar a falta de claridad en el manejo. La cantidad aumentó $400 y el tipo de cambio sólo varió 4 centavos. No quedé conforme con eso.

La habitación que nos facilitaron en un primer momento tenía un problema grave de humedad. Al comunicárselo al staff, nos realojaron a otra habitación.

Kaffee und Wasser gibt es in Selbstbedienung beim Empfang. wir hatten ein Zimmer im Erdgeschoss zur Strasse hin. wegen der Pflastersteine hört man jedes Auto. ein Shop gegenüber macht am Wochenende laute Musik bis in die Nacht.

• Erik (8/5): Super Hotel in perfekter Lage, Ohrstöpsel zu empfehlen. - Sehr zentrale Lage, sehr freundliches und hilfreiches Team, sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die zentrale Lage bedingt natürlich eine gewisse Lautstärke nachts, daher empfehle ich unbedingt Ohrstöpsel. Schade war das es im Hotel durch Reparaturarbeiten, an- oder abreisende Gäste oder sonstige Gründe nachts öfters lauter war.

• Yohann (9/5): Parfait - Super hôtel en plein cœur du centre-ville, le personnel est super agréable et toujours à l’écoute. Les chambres sont propres, confortables et bien entretenues. L’emplacement est parfait pour tout faire à pied, restaurants, bars et lieux à visiter à proximité. l’isolation est vraiment insuffisante : on entend tous les bruits du couloir et des autres chambres. Malgré ce point négatif, le séjour reste globalement agréable.

Tuvimos un pequeño detalle un día que llovió, se metio un poco el agua a la habitación, pero en general. Ni nigún detalle sobresaliente.

Having toiletries provided, a fridge in the room, and snacks/drink availability was wonderful. The room was comfortable, and clean. The bathroom was great. The coffee and toast station in the lobby was a great touch. The rooftop patio was charming and comfortable. The complete staff was friendly, helpful, and capable. We loved our stay:) Couldn't find any negatives.

• Maurizio (7/5): Campeche........ bisogna visitarla almeno una volta nella vita - La posizione perfetta per visitare San Francisco de Campeche. A pochi passi dalla Calle 59 famosa per i locali e vita notturna. Non viene servita la colazione ma a pochi passi ci sono locali per la colazione molto buoni. Nel centro storico di Campeche comodo per visitare a piedi la città. Vicino al Malecon Le stanze sono pulite ma essenziali ed un pò umide. Alcune hanno vista diretta sulla strada, altre danno l'interno e hanno finestra sul corridoio dell'Hotel
