• Francois (7/5): Très bien placé et pratique pour visiter Rome - Le petit déjeuner pris dans un bistro à proximité était excellent. La situation est très pratique et l'ensemble est bien équipé et très agréable à vivre. Problème d'odeur d'égout. Pour ce faire, les rideaux étaient parfumés et des diffuseurs de parfums étaient installés, mais il faudrait traiter le problème à la racine en stoppant les remontées de canalisations.

Very decent eating options nearby, used by locals, not tourists. Noisy street, hospital nearby so you get to hear ambulance car often, but hey, this is Rome. Take your ear plugs with you :D

Walls are very thin. Very easy to hear neighbors and people outside the room. Also since the building is on a Main Street, there is a fair bit of traffic noise.

Stazione Trastevere a circa 500 metri La stanza non è molto spaziosa, ma in due ci si può stare bene. La struttura è in una palazzina in cui stavano facendo dei lavori, situata in un vecchio (ma prezioso) quartiere Monteverde Forse necessiterebbe di qualche miglioria, ma vista la centralità e la comodità per noi è stata un'esperienza positiva. Ci torneremo sicuramente

One croissant and one coffee per person- which was moderately good to start with the day! Also there is a nice kitchen with coffee which you can DIY. Overall good and we liked. The location is very good tram(8) and bus connection towards central train station and also taxi with very less price from hotel. The welcoming and helping nature of the owner and easy check-in. She guided me with all the things we needed as family. We also had a special price while booking - so overall good considering location, amenities , it is worthy to stay there.

L'accoglienza da parte della proprietaria della struttura, la Sig.ra Loredana è stata estremamente calorosa e cordiale.  La struttura è incantevole, la camera confortevole , la pulizia impeccabile e la cura per i dettagli si vedono in ogni angolo della struttura. La colazione  ottima,e la struttura si trova in una posizione strategica ben servita dai mezzi pubblici. In sintesi, il mio soggiorno presso il B&B Roma Gianicolenze è stato estremamente piacevole e confortevole. Lo consiglio vivamente a chiunque cerchi un soggiorno nella città Eterna.

• Mirco (8/5): Ottimo per raggiungere l'ospedale San Camillo Forlanini - Ho scelto questa struttura in quanto proprio di fronte all'ospedale San Camillo Forlanini, quindi molto comoda da raggiungere a piedi. Le camere erano di dimensioni sufficienti per una coppia e tutte con bagno privato Non per colpa della struttura, ma il parcheggio è molto difficile da trovare nei dintorni. Esiste nei pressi un garage privato con tariffe elevate.

L'accueil était parfait, très sympathique, avec beaucoup de renseignements pour visiter et se déplacer à Rome, j'ai très bien dormi matelas et oreiller parfait, serviette et ménage fait tous les deux jours :

• Josiane (7/5): Déçu de notre séjour dans cet appartement - Le fait que nous devions aller prendre le petit déjeuner dans un café qui se trouvait à environ 300-400m de l'appartement. Que nous soyons à 4 dans une pièce de 12m2 environ, même si nous avions demandé une chambre familiale. Egalement le fait qu'il s'agisse d'un appartement au 2ème étage d'un immeuble, redivisé en 3 locations, avec 1 seule entrée de l'appartement.

• Lilia (8/5): Great location and comfort. - The location of this accommodation is fantastic. It’s not in the city centre, but it is accessible to everything. It’s two tram stops away from Trastevere Station, and that same tram line gets you within walking distance to pretty much any point of interest. The beds were comfortable, and even though the air conditioner seems modest, it keep us cool and comfortable despite the August heat. It’s a small space, typical of a European accommodation, but more than enough to rest after a long day of sight seeing. Even close enough to come home and have an afternoon nap before going back out for s as late Italian dinner. Lorendana was very helpful in making suggestions on how to get around in the most economic way (saving us a ton on expensive Ubers/taxis) as well as some local restaurant suggestions. When we come back to Rome, we’ll definitely check for availability here again. This isn’t a “didn’t like” but, if you are expecting hotel breakfast, it’s not. You get a typical Italian breakfast at a local cafe down the street of a coffee and a pastry. It’s a little out of the way, but the cappuccino and cornetto were good. We only went once because we opted for the convenience of the cafe closer to the tram stop.

Apartment located above very busy street with high noise levels from traffic. Breakfast consists of receiving a token for nearby cafes. One hot drink and one pastry. This was not clearly described on advertising. Nor was the tourism tax of €6 per person per night which we were asked to pay in cash.

They went out of their way to try to help us and even though our room was not ready when we arrivals, they let us leave our luggage while they finished cleaning. They were very responsive when we messaged them with questions. The cafes close to the hotel were the absolute best!!

You should really put some standards of what kind of accommodation you are offering on your website. Our stay in this dark and unpleasant room felt like a nightmare. This accomodation is a scam served from the host of the apartment and Booking too. We had VERY negative experience. This room is a trap. The whole experience feels like a bad joke. The room is udescribable small. There is a bed and that's it. That's the space of the whole room. There is no way to go to the bathroom or get out of the room by walking. No, you need to walk on the bed to do that. There is one small closet for clothes which we couldn't use because you can't open it because the bed is stopping the door from opening. There is one small window in the room but the building is under construction so there was no day light at all. There was small fridge in the bathroom. In the bathroom!!! It was so disgusting, I can't describe enough. We were forced to put our food in that fridge which was right next to the toilet. The whole accommodation is actually apartment in a building. They improvised 4 separate bedrooms in that apartment. Our room was not on the pictures. They put pictures only from the other bedrooms which are a little bit bigger. The wi-fi wasn't functioning the first two days and my wife missed a very important meeting. This added more to our disappointment from this accommodation. The whole stay in this terrible room left a bad taste in our mouth. We wouldn't recommend it not to our worst enemy. We will avoid Booking in the future as much as possible and we will go with Arbnb which is a website with far better criteria of what accommodation is allowed to be offered. We were charged 100 eur per night for this room and it wasn't worth it more than 10 eur a night. We wanted to ask for refund after out trip back home but we knew this would be useless and it will cost us a lot of time and nervous. What a lesson. We don't want to be in this position ever again. One week earlier we were traveling in Genova, amd Florence and after Rome we traveled to lake Como. Our experience with those accommodations was wonderful. Last month we were in Wien and Budapest. Before that we were in Bulgaria - we've never had such a terrible accommodation like this one.

• Vitesh (3/5): Not worth staying here for the price nor for emergencies, see full review of how we got stuck inside - The location was good with bus connections. The bed was comfortable. Finding the building was difficult since the entrance is not on the main avenue (as the address). There is scaffolding on all the front of the building, so it is difficult to even find the number of the building. The hotel didn´t put up any sign, we had to ask in a store. THE HOTEL IS NOT A HOTEL; IS A BED AND BREAKFAST IN AN APARTMENT ON THE 2ND FLOOR OF A BUILDING ! ! ! ! ! The breakfast is offered at a separate cafe, Cafffe Camerino, walking 3 blocks from the B&B and only by giving a voucher provided by the owner of the B&B. The room was a bit dusty. The top of the mini fridge was covered in dust and the bed cover was not changed when we arrived, we were given the exact same one as what the previous guests have. Talk about hygiene. The bathroom walls, shower, left a lot to be desired in terms of hygiene. It was covered in fungi and greenish. I have pictures of what I am saying. The B&B provides 2-in-1 shampoo/shower gel, which is of horrible quality. Bring your own, srsly!! The water in shower wasnt flowing away properly. The kitchen isnt clean. Cutlery and plates, but also the sink are old and not well kept, it was disgusting to even try to use them. We tried the stove. It never turned on. WE WERE LOCKED IN INSIDE OUR ROOM (Pearl room)! ! ! ! !! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! The lock is so bad quality that it locked us inside the room! We couldnt get out! When we called the owner in the listed number for emergencies, she hung up on us. She lists that she can speak English, Italian, Spanish and French. I speak English and Spanish, and in these 2 languages, she wasnt able to communicate. I spoke using google translate to Italian and that was the only way she would understand what happened to us. Any other language that is not Italian, she wouldnt reply. We called her 3 times until she decided to come and help us get out. She complained she lived 30 minutes away from the B&B with her mom, so she had to come to help us.

• Ivna (8/5): Nice place to stay if you want some nice place to sleep after a day making a tour in Rome! - Cleanliness is excellent, staff is quite pleasant. The room is comfortable with an excellent bathroom. Location is very good too. I liked to have a kitchen available for a quick snack or breakfast. Staff was very kind to allow luggage storage after our check out. I believe this is a very nice place to stay in Rome, with a small budget. Just some constructive advices: I saw in some description of the place that there was a washing machine, and indeed there was, but it could not be used by the guests. You could remove it from the site to not create expectatives in something that is not correct. During the morning the place was quite noisy when the staff cleaned the rooms. Loud noises from staff talking, I believe they could speak more quietly during the morning so as not to disturb the guests, or change the cleaning time. The staff also knocked on the door in the morning to come in and clean, I believe this can be arranged in advance with the guests, whether or not they would like the room to be cleaned and on what days, to avoid unnecessary inconvenience. Me, for example, when I stay few days, I prefer to not get my room cleaned until the end of my stay. A talk with the staff solved the problem, but I believe this could be arranged on check in. These are just some advices, but this did not (at all) ruin our stay in Rome. The staff was very nice and pleasant! Thank you.

I found the electric outletsrequired 3 prong transformer. But, another kind traveler said to plug into refrig outlet. That worked. Breakfast was prepackaged sweets or homemade torte and a coffee maker in a shared kitchen. Bed was uncomfortable.
• Vincenzo (4/5): Mai fidarsi delle apparenze. - Il prezzo pagato non corrisponde al servizio reso. Colazione ridicola. Asciugamani (tutto il set utilizzato la prima notte di soggiorno, me lo sono ritrovato così come l'ho lasciato. Meno male che c'era un'altra tovaglia pulita (si spera) non utilizzata. La seconda mattina non c'era nemmeno quello che avevano fatto trovare per la prima colazione del giorno prima. Non tornerò in questo posto.
• Amandip (6/5): Decent for the price - Loredana was very friendly. Even though she spoke very to little english, she put full effort into getting you what you need. She is there for very little hours, but emails you beforehand and ensures that she is there when you need her to be. The location is great and it does not take very long to get to the heart of Ancient Rome - especially if you have the Roma Pass. The bed was a little uncomfortable. There were two single beds put together (instead of a double/queen) and one single was higher than the other and in a slant. I kept rolling over while sleeping on the bed and it kept waking me up. Loredana gave us a nice gesture and put a wine bottle in our fridge on our last day there. However, it was very poorly put in the fridge and it rolled out and the bottle broke. We appreciate the nice gesture - but putting a bottle in such a way in the fridge wasted an hour of our time trying to clean it up. Lastly, the clean up lady was trying to force herself into the room while we were getting ready. We insisted in her not coming in but she eventually managed to and I was not happy about that. I would not go against staying at this place. I believe it is a good B&B - we just had a few bad luck experiences that most people probably would not encounter (besides the uncomfortable bed).
• Carsten (6/5): Udmærket Bed and Breakfast - Megen gadestøj. Simpel morgenmad. Kort seng. Fin lille altan. Meget rent. Sød og hjælpsom værtinde. Fin beliggenhed for offentlig transport. Udmærket nærområde. Alt i alt fornuftig indkvartering for pengene.
• Verified traveler (10/5): Super B&B, sauber, freundliche Leute, gute Lage - Die Besitzerin war super freundlich zu uns. Italienisch zu können wäre von Vorteil,aber es klappt auch mit englisch gut. Es fährt jede 5 Minuten eine Tram ein paar Meter vor der Unterkunft.
• Max (10/5): Wonderful Owner! - The owner is a wonderful, high energy and gracious hostess. The location was in a nice, non-tourist neighborhood, close to public transportation and good cafes and restaurants. I loved my stay, and would definitely stay here again!
• Marianne (10/5): optimal für Städtereise!!! - Das B&B ist super. Lage ist optimal, sehr gute Anbindung an Öffis gleich in der Nähe. Zimmer total nett, sehr sauber, neu renoviert. Bad top! Loredana ist sehr fürsorglich! Frühstück kann man wählen ob im B&B oder im Café um die Ecke. Wir nahmen das im B&B wobei man gefragt wird was man will, Croissants/Toast etc. Bekamen noch Milch dazu, Fruchtsaft... Kühlschrank im Zimmer. Könnte noch lange schreiben... Alles in Allem TOP, sauber, zentral.... Mille Grazie Loredana per tutto!!!
• manuela (10/5): Ottimo B&B - Il b&b e' vicinissimo al centro ed e' ben collegato dai mezzi! Le camere sono pulitissime,grandi e silenziose ,dotate di bagno in camera ,aria condizionata e Wi-Fi. La Sig.ra Loredana inoltre è molto affettuosa,gentile e ben disposta a venirti incontro per eventuali problemi.
• Giannelli (10/5): LO consiglio vivamente. - il soggiorno è stato molto gradevole e la accoglienza altrettanto. indicazioni e consigli sono stati esaustivi. camera e bagni puliti e profumati. la signora loredana molto disponibile.
• Elena (10/5): Veramente consigliato - Ho soggiornato solo 1 notte ma ho subito capito di aver fatto la scelta giusta.la sig.ra Loredana è veramente gentilissima e piena di energie.La camera era pulita, ordinata, spaziosa e veramente tranquilla...Ci tronerò sicuramente.
• Verified traveler (8/5): Strålende service - Her får man svært god og personlig service, kanskje litt i overkant om man ønsker seg litt privatliv. Stedet ligger fint plassert med tanke på kommunikasjon til flyplassen og nabolaget er trivelig.
