• Marlies (10/5): A perfect couples getaway with stunning vistas and an environment created that just melts all stress - My husband is gluten free and I communicated that and provided gluten free bread for a breakfast. Also, we had a little trouble with the gas heating but the communication with the host was easy and they fixed the issue straight away with zero hassles.

• Rhiannon (5/5): Amazing view and great facilities, but the quality of the rain water ruined my stay - The entire eco cabin runs on rain water but the rain water tank is contaminated and the water is brown. This water feeds the spa bath and also the kitchen sink where dishes are washed. When I raised the water quality with the owners on departure (I only stayed one night and arrived late the prior evening, hence only became aware of the issue very late that night) they didn't seem to care. For the high price of the accommodation I would expect access to clean potable water. I had to use bottled water to brush my teeth, was unable to enjoy the spa bath and left feeling very unclean.

• Justin (7/5): Always a pleasure to arrive and relax however some attention to the property is due. - The view , the spa, wood heater, location, breakfast supplies,decor We stayed in “silver wattyl” bungalow. The bbq gas burners are deteriorated bbq was unsafe to be used.. Door lock is jiggered and difficult to lock No Ice tray - shame as we had bought some expensive whisky to celebrate our 25 year anniversary. Occasional foul odour permiating within,possibly a dead animal. This was confirmed as the resident large black dog was rummaging around under the bungalow for an hour or so with the occasional bark trying to get at something. The fridge door without the bar meant every time you opened the door something fell onto the floor. Some maintenance is due . We have been coming here for a number of years to Celebrate our wedding anniversary, but this year felt as though the place was being let go . Hope it gets the maintenance it deserves . It is a stunning part of the world .

I would strongly recommend taking dinner supplies as the road up the hill is narrow and filled with wildlife at night…. Eat in with someone special! Cannot think of anything I disliked.

Even the fire was stacked with sticks, paper and fire lighters ready to go. Breakfast included was superb there were eggs,bacon, bread and an orange juice just everything you want for a breakfast. Also I was so happy to see a carton of milk instead of those little capsules milks you get a stay away. The spa was amazing to then get out to put on the most comfort robe was amazing, honestly couldn’t fault this place.

Great spot to stay if you are trying to catch the Aurora too! The view was just amazing and the panorama views as you wake up were just magnificent. A few missing items, would have appreciated some tissues and paper towels for use in the kitchen.

• Jakub (10/5): Exceptional - I booked a getaway for my wife's birthday. We took a flight from Sydney and spent three nights in the most beautiful cabin in picturesque Woodbridge hill hideaway. I wasn't sure what to expect as the pictures can be deceitful. When we arrived all my worries went away. My wife started crying of excitement immediately when we walked through the door and saw the spectacular views. We started a fire in the fireplace and enjoyed all the place had to offer. Views, bbq, fireplace, spa with views and most of all peace, quiet and privacy. I definitely recommend this place for anyone who wants to switch off and relax and reconnect with nature. We can't wait to go back.

Just small things - would have liked more toilet paper provided, and a functional ledge in the shower, but overall it was a great property.
