- Josh (6/5): Decent and inexpensive; could be cleaner. - Location was convenient, and easily accessible. Booking and check-in were very simple and without hassle. Front-desk staff was super friendly. Cleanliness of the room left a bit to be desired, however. It doesn't look like it was made up before arrival, which is odd as we checked in rather late. Food was left in the mini-fridge. Someone's sock under the bed. Toilet paper roll on the hanger was dirty. For some reason there were 3 remotes for the television, and none of them worked. Not really deal-breakers, as we could have changed rooms. Really it was just a place to sleep for the night.

Had only 2 small lumpy pillows...

- Nic (10/5): I would definitely recommend staying here. And would stay here again. - It is a few minutes outside of Moncton so didn’t hear the hustle and bustle of busy city life. Decent sized mini fridge! Comfortable bed and pillows. Clean. Towels replaced when requested. Would definitely recommend staying here and definitely would stay here again. My only real issue was a few times out in the parking lot my phone wouldn’t connect to Wifi which was just more of an inconvenience when trying to use the Maps app on my phone. Cell service is hit or miss. It’s in a rural area again more of an inconvenience.

- Katie Jo (2/5): - At first glance of the property, I immediately regretted booking and was willing to lose my money to stay elsewhere but unfortunately there was nothing else due to multiple sporting events happening. The property was full of trash/broken items, I don't think the property had been mowed for quite sometime. We checked in & found out that our room was at the backside of the building...wow it was worse than the front with the dumpster overflowing, more broken tables/chairs and the platform deck was rotten & unsafe to walk on. The room itself wasn't terrible, linens were clean, room was decent sized and the bathroom was usable. There was very limited cell service, wifi didn't work, the TV didn't work and the in room telephone for emergencies was not connected to anything (cords hanging and no where to plug them in) My husband went to the check in desk and mentioned Wifi & Tv not working...got the response that there are 30 rooms and they can't be sure that everything works in every room!!! Man at desk came down and fiddled with tv for 10 minutes and got it somewhat working, but said that it was smart TV and uses internet so we would just have to deal with it coming in & out...it worked 3 minutes and then went black and gave "network connection lost" error. In saying all of this, we survived for the 1 night stay but will not be back. Yes, it was cheaper but to have no cell service, no wifi, no tv and not even a landline to call 911 if needed was not worth the money we saved.

- James (2/5): Book Somewhere Else - I booked this stay after having difficulty finding rooms in the area due to a festival (which I was not attending). I commented on the price at check-in and was told that the large chain hotels were as high as $500.00 per night. I was charged $368.00 for my room. I would not be complaining if it had been a reasonable price for this motel. It's a very basic roadside motel. I don't expect first class service at a place like this. It was clean but poorly appointed. The bed was on wheels that didn't lock - it rolled away from the wall every time I sat on it.The furnishings are basic flea market finds. The only way to use the air conditioner is to have the curtain open to the parking lot(see picture). Had this motel been priced reasonably for what it was, I would not be complaining. Greedy owners were taking advantage of market conditions to get way more money than this place is worth. Book somewhere else of you can.

- Mark (1/5): Atlantic Motel i have never..... - There was not much for the liking so theres not much to say here Well first off the cockroaches that were found which i killed 5 of , i have not received my deposit back as of yet which has been 2 days now ,i was told they would be sending it by e-transfer. The yard is not looked after whats so ever , they just dont seem to care about their establishment whatsoever , i am 45 years old and have never experienced such a poorly represented establishment , im guessing cause normally anything represented in such a manner would not stay afloat

The toilet pedestal was broken and leaking; the tub was very old and stained; the floor had not been properly vacuumed.

La chambre du haut avait une odeur horrible : un mélange d'humidité, de pipi de chat et de cigarettes. Ensuite, il nous a proposé une autre chambre a rdc, celle de la photo qu'il utilise pour montrer les chambres. Celle-ci était mieux au premier regard, mais nous avons ensuite trouvé des tâches sur le lit, des cheveux dans le lit et la douche. Donc, il n'y a pas eu de ménage après le dernier occupant. Les oreillers étaient tachées dans la chambre de notre voisin. Des poubelles trainaient partout, les containers débordaient. En fait, le plupart des photos ont reçues l'aide de photoshop. Un autre client a fait comme nous et nous avons quitté, incapable de nous imaginer dormir la !
