- CHI MING (5/5): - 一如過往, 前台服務態度良好. 而這也是我每次回來台灣都會住在帝苑的原因之一. 櫃台對於我提出浴室裡熱水的問題能迅速提供很專業的有效解決方案. 受到重視的感覺, 很棒!!! 七樓房號 700, 可能位於熱水管線的末端, 放水4分鐘, 出水水溫僅約 30~33度左右. 或許剛好是用水高峰時段, 導致熱水出水量少, 水溫偏低. 隔天早上盥洗, 發現水量恢復正常量, 但水溫依舊偏低. 也是等了 5分鐘之後, 水溫才慢慢提高.

- Chen (4/5): 一進房間就煙味超級重，然後拖鞋還要自己花錢買，隔音沒有很好，最慘的是浴室蓮蓬頭感覺壞了，而且廁所天花板還漏水，如果一個晚上1000初或許還可忍受，我們花了3280元欸… 誇張 - 地點 煙味很重、房間漏水、性價比太低

- Lesman (4/5): A place to sleep. - The location is near MRT station for easy access. The room is spacious and the bed is comfortable for a couple of nights. As we walked into the hotel, we noticed mosquitoes in the lobby area. We can smell strong smoke in the air in the hotel and the hallways in the building.
