• GEORGE (8/5): Great spot during off season. - Parking was a liitle tight, as far as availability & size of parking space. Loved the room. Although not on beach, it was only a short walk away. Lived the kitchen in the room. It definitely came in handy.

• Kayla (4/5): No hot water.. but the place was clean! - Everything was amazing.. we got there around 6pm, I called the lobby ahead of time to notify them wed be arriving around that time.. Great no big deal… we go to take a shower and the water is ICE COLD.. I give it about 5 minutes still ICE COLD… next morning try to shower ICE COLD.. My woman goes to use the outside shower to which she is notified by the housekeeper that the water tank was broken…. If the housekeeper knew that why weren’t we informed when we checked in?… I’m assuming she knew already before us checking in but come on..

• Stephen (6/5): - Very simple motel. Clean rooms, close to boardwalk, but no housekeeping cleaned or refreshed towels/supplies during entire stay. Was able to track them down to get extra bath towels, only after looks of concern that I dared ask for them. No wifi.Room door would not stay shut unless u slam it. Extremely noisy, u could hear everything next door and below. Owner’s daughter thought she was queen, very rude. Was kept up most of night with loud noises, only to have her knock on our door to blame us for the noise and said we were the reason why neighbor ended his stay early. Ridiculous. Meanwhile she hung out with other folks next door while they talked loudly and smoked pot. She directed me that I must be within fenced area the entire time my boys swam - ok, fine - but she completely ignored other younger children swimming unattended. She then told me to not play with our little reusable water balloons because “they may break and the little magnets in them may damage their pool vacuum”. Ok fine, but meanwhile she smiled as she watched other young children playing with them all day. I hate to sound so petty, but we paid good money to stay at this “low budget” motel, and she routinely stifled anything my poor kids were trying to enjoy, but allowed all other children to run amok. Entire place reeked of marijuana smoke from guests imbibing in and around their rooms, while the contract said smoking only could be done out back in the parking lot. Would not stay again nor recommend.

• Todd (8/5): - We typically stay further away from the boardwalk, but this place had decent reviews so we took a chance and it was ok. The couple who works there was very nice and welcoming. We checked in without a problem. The room charge was comparable to other hotels at about $300/night. The room is cleaned after three days (make sure you schedule a time with the manager in advance!) and the parking situation is a little unsettled. There are about 3 more cars allowed than spots, so you can get a pass for street parking but the main office closes at 8 pm. So, if you arrive after 8 and didn't get a voucher and there are no more spots available you're out of luck. Fortunately, we didn't run into this problem as we made sure not to use the car after 8 p.m. We LOVED the location. It was within walking distance to all of our favorite restaurants along with some good breakfast and ice cream stops. The upstairs neighbors were very loud and we heard all of their running around, but that's probably customary with most of the small hotels in the area. The bottom line is, we felt safe, the room was clean, and the pool was nicely managed. We would patronize the Dolphin Inn again.

• Angela (10/5): - I had a great experience. It was a perfect way to celebrate my cousin’s 60th birthday. They were able to put our rooms together. It was close to the beach and boardwalk. Had a cute area to grill. The picnic table had a canopy which it kept us cool from the sun. Very quiet at night. We will be definitely be coming back next summer.

• Rebecca (10/5): 100% Perfect - This place was perfect . Location is one block from boardwalk. The rooms look exactly as pictured. They were clean smelt very clean too! The pool is awesome. They have grills to use as well. We had a kitchenette . We didnt use it but saw it had a few gadgets if we needed to.
• Edwardson (10/5): - Site managers Rico and Gabi are most gracious and attentive hosts. We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend The Dolphin Inn when visiting Wildwood. It’s a block from Ocean Ave., the Boardwalk and Beach.

It was well above what the temperature should be and definitely not safe to store food in so plan your meals accordingly bring them back no leftovers. Other than that, I really did enjoy my and you can’t beat being 1 block from the boardwalk. I 100% will stay at this place next time I head to Wildwood

Few things i didn't like no where in bathroom to put things and to much light comes in around curtains in the mornings. Short walk to boardwalk. Overall nice stay and i would return to this motel!

My parents would take me a lot and I loved it because it was a lot of memories we built together so now I have my family and my kids are old enough to enjoy and remember stuff so we decided to try Wildwood for the first time with our family and we chose the dolphin inn and it was the best decision we did. The hotel was so friendly easy parking easy access to the boardwalk prices were great very happy we will be doing this yearly now. Thanks for this day. Definitely give them a try.

Was told staff doesn’t enter rooms daily to place towels outside for exchange, didn’t once change the sheets and one day they didn’t switch towels out had to ask owner for extra towels

• Verified traveler (10/5): Hôtel très agréable, et bien située - Excellent hôtel, en centre-ville et proche de la plage, les chambres ont été rénovées avec gout, avec plusieurs commodités. La piscine est entretenue chaque matin. Une musique d'ambiance rend le séjour agréable. Malheureusement, plusieurs clients fumaient sur la terrasse, ce qui nous causait beaucoup de désagrément. La cigarette devrait être interdite dans toute l'enceinte de l'hôtel. Autre bémol : il n'y a pas de lave-linge.

• Martha (8/5): - This motel was very cute and obviously a historic property that has been updated. The desk manager was very thorough and friendly. The outside was very pretty and the inside was clean and smelled fresh. We were disappointed there was no coffee provided as we arrived late at night and could not make coffee in the morning. The manager seemed surprised I asked about it, so maybe in that area no other properties provide it either.

• Selina (10/5): - This was an awesome location. The rooms have a small stove which would be great for a longer vacation. We stayed for Labor Day weekend. Easy walk to the boardwalk. Parking is tricky. If there isn’t a spot in front or on the side of the Inn I am not sure where you park. Advice is as soon as you get a space to park don’t leave.

The kitchen area and full fridge helped us store a case of water and leftovers from restaurants. Very nice tv. Pool was clean and well maintained. Parking was super easy and convenient right on sight near rooms. We will definitely stay again!
