• Adam (5/5): Unfortunately, I disappointed my children choosing this particular hotel. - The restaurant was good, we enjoyed the Indian lunch buffet and my children liked their meals as well. Very tasty! It was hard to find, located apart from other airport hotels near stores and other amenities, hot tub wasn’t working, sauna was cold, we arrived on a Thursday afternoon and were going to take our kids swimming but there was a local community swimming lessons occurring in the pool, we found that kinda of weird and weren’t able to use the pool. I don’t normally complain but we were on a spring break trip from Manitoba and travelling is expensive these days, I expected full use of the hotel while on my vacation and if that’s not an option then why am I paying full prices on two rooms for two days? The restaurant was great, however!

Shuttle was not working, hotel said they sent a cab, stood outside for longer than we were supoose to Was very cooled that night.. I than just paid for my own cab and when I got to hotel they would not pay my cab fare. They also would not pay cab in the morning as I left an 1/2 hour before they usually send shuttle would leave.

It was weekend so they were offering Indian buffet for $28, which is nice, variety of food and good food. The shuttle service was good. Timely service. The room bolt lock was not working properly so I had to just use the top lock and one of the cleaning staff said the maintenance has gone home so they can’t do anything. I didn’t pushed much as the other lock was okay and I was there just for the night. But other than that, everything was fine.

Choose the place for the pool, but when we got there the hot tub was not working and neither was the slide. The pool had was occupied by a swimming class/school. Booked there for the facility and we weren’t able to enjoy it at all. No notice from the staff about it during check in or even before hand.

The hotel had the following issues that need to be addressed: - Hotel pool is green from algae/bacteria and the sauna floor was filthy. - Hot tub is broken with no timeline to fix it and the hotel did not let customers know on their website or when we checked in. We literally booked the hotel instead of a airbnb for use of the hot tub and pool. - The walls of the hotel are very thin. You can hear people talking normally through the walls. There were weddings in the hotel and adults and children partying all night for our entire stay. We anticipated some noise, but the people were jumping and stomping above us and it was shaking our room and our daughters next door. - Each person gets 1 towel set each in your room. You have to ask for extra towels to use the pool from housekeeping. - They did not have cots available. - The pillows were old, very small and hard down pillows. Not hygienic. -Bathroom and counter were clean. The door was very dirty. The extra blanket had long black hairs all over it.

• Chantal (8/5): I’d book again and recommend. Thank you Keshari! - Long story short, my kid was flying alone and a 12 hour delay required I find him somewhere quick. Keshari was wonderful, they all were. Responses were prompt, understanding and friendly. I felt comfortable having my kid there alone. (That says a lot) I saw conflicting info about the shuttle. Part of why I chose the Radisson was because I’d read 24/7 complimentary shuttle service, to find out it was 5am to 11pm. My son missed the last shuttle by 10minutes which resulted in an unexpected taxi fare, but in all fairness, I did see 5a-11p in their confirmation email afterwards. Based off their kindness, I suspect that if I’d noticed that ahead of time, it’s possible they would have waited the few extra minutes since he was a minor.

My flight was canceled and it was exactly what I needed to spend the night before an early flight. Good value for the money, with a comfortable bed, good TV and nice bathroom. The restaurant was set up a bit formally to drop by for watching the game over a burger and fries or wings. They should stock salt and vinegar chips in the shop.

• David (4/5): Great stay if you’re not into using the pool. - The beds were comfy and it’s very clean The fact that they had swim lessons and roped off 3/4 of the pool for the 2 hours we tried swimming. Wasn’t enough room for the guests to enjoy the pool at all, the only stair and ladder were on the shallow end where the swim lessons were making it difficult for my kids to get out of the pool. I will not be going back as swimming is a huge part of my family and we base our stays on the pools. It should be advertised on Booking that lessons commence during the day.

Cost me thirty dollars to get there. I was assigned a room went upstairs and the room hadn't been cleaned. Had to go back downstairs.I'm get another one. There was no continental breakfast. I I arrived at the hotel at three o'clock because my plane was delayed twice. Wasn't happy about not having a shattle
