• Routt (8/5): The location of the hotel was perfect for my birding excursion at Otis Farms Bird Sanctuary. - The selection of breakfast items was very good. I appreciated the freshly made, hot scrambled eggs, sausage and hash browns, as well as the fruit and yogurts. The dining area was spotless, spacious, and inviting. A female employee was diligent in keeping all trays filled and was helpful in showing guests how to operate the coffee machine. All in all, it was a nice start to the day. Nothing comes to mind.

Hot, varied, delicious, and served with friendliness and love by Patsy, the wonderful warm cook that comes out to greet you and makes sure you have what you want. Had half a roll of toilet paper upon arrival. Maid forgot to refresh. We had to ask desk and come down to front to retrieve some t.p. because front desk person was on her own. No big deal. We know that everyone is trying to save money and 'guests' feel entitled to swipe anything that isn't tied down. Mistakes happen.

• Lauren (10/5): Very Nice Hotel - Hotel was very clean, very nice and the staff were terrific! Pool was a nice temperature and clean. The elevators were quick with the lobby in close proximity. Breakfast options were good with everything you needed. All of the staff that we encountered were extremely friendly and helpful if needed. I booked through hotels.com and my credit card was charged when I booked. However, when I arrived at hotel, they had no record of payment from hotels.com. Krisanne, desk manager, was AWESOME. After a lot of effort on her part, she was able to contact the right organization and get what she needed to confirm the payment. And she was very nice about it and extremely helpful when none of it was her fault. THANK YOU Krisanne!!

• Verified traveler (8/5): Hastings get away - The location was perfect for our need. It is close to shopping basic needs. The indoor pool was a good size, but the tile siding needed to be cleaned. The pool water was chilly and there were plenty of chilly children in towels. The room bath / shower needs another safety bar. The floor of the tub is narrow and slippery. The room was very clean and pleasantly decorated. The breakfast was one of the best we have had in years! The fresh brewed coffee was a treat. The staff was cheerful, and helpful.

• Kelley (5/5): I never received my bonus points. - The breakfast was amazing and the cleaning, cooking, and front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Our refrigerator in room 217 didn't work so we moved rooms then we moved to 213 and the TV went out. I was supposed to get bonus points for the inconvenience but I haven't received them. It wasn't cheap to stay and it put a damper on things to have 2 separate things mess up in one night. The rooms were very clean and the staff was very friendly. Im hoping my next trip there is a little better.

The workout room can use a little sprucing n airconditioning but other than that i was able to get my workout in. The shower needs a new shower head it wasnt strong enough. But if you forgot your toiletries they got you covered from lotion to shampoo, conditioner n showel gel. My favorite brand Dove.
