- Billy (8/5): - Overall stay was nice. The staff was super friendly. The breakfast was not very good.

- Verified traveler (8/5): Good stay - My employees stayed here and were happy with their stay. They said rooms were clean and comfy. The staff was friendly and helpful. We would stay here again.
- BigNSmooth (2/5): The worst customer service on the planet - We booked multiple rooms and rented their event center for a family reunion. 4 days before the event, Christina Chon called to let us know that the air conditioning in the event center had broken down, but she had a back-up AC, so we told her we’d keep the booking as long as there was some form of AC. (Highs in the upper 90s here). Today, the day before the event, Christina called cussing and swearing that the back-up AC had broken down, the guests who were in the event center were calling her because it was f***ing hot (her words). She said the back-up air was on, but couldn’t produce enough cold air to be effective.
When we said we already had out-of-town guests booked at the hotel, and would just have to go on with the event. She then said, “Then don’t be calling me bit**ing when it’s hot!”
I have friends who own an HVAC CO. just 20 miles away, and suggested she call them to get a portable AC unit until she can get repairs. Her response was, “I’m not renting a f***ing portable unit! I’ll just give you your money back!” And she hung up.
When I tried to call her to explore solutions, she yelled, “Stop calling me!” And hung up again.
I’ve been a business traveler for many years, and have traveled across the U.S. and Canada. I’ve stayed in luxury hotels…and places that likely rented rooms by the hour. But, I’ve never experienced such poor and unprofessional customer service as I have today, from Christina Chon, in my own hometown.
We’ll never book them nor recommend them to anyone. If you’re considering booking this place, you should go anywhere else.
- Justin (8/5): - Very nice place
- G778DPtonym (10/5): Stay Here if working in Enid. - I’ve learned to stay here instead of hotels in Enid for the price and value. The front desk is always staffed and pleasant. They have a full breakfast that is better then most hotels. The room is clean and neat with all furniture in good shape. If you are working in Enid it’s worth the short drive.
- maldenmusic (10/5): Restful stay - Easy to find and we had a quick check in. Upon entering Room 305 we both noticed a strong cigarette smell in our non smoking room. A call to the front desk got us moved to the room next door which was fine with no cigarette smell. Friendly front desk clerk (Jemminese?) was very helpful and made note of the problem. Our room was comfortable and clean. Hotel is right beside the RR tracks and we heard a train around midnight. Breakfast was one of the best we've seen during our 25 years of staying with Choice. The reserved parking for gold, platinum and diamond members was a nice touch. Will stay here again in the future
- Verified traveler (10/5): - I loved the room with the king size bed. Plenty of room and the shower was larger than any hotel I have stayed at before. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only down side to this hotel is their location right next to the railroad tracks. Trains came thru at all hours and blew their horn. I still wouldn’t let that deter you from staying here.
- Jonathan A (10/5): - Clean room and Great breakfast . Parking is very big and safe .
- leed809 (8/5): Great place - A great hotel location wise couldn’t be better everything is easily walkable.
The only downside is that it’s next to the train tracks good news no night trains.
The room itself was very comfortable and spacious king size bed was great bathroom a good size shower only.
Breakfast was great very accommodating from 0500-1000 the hours are great and the breakfast it’s nice to sit and enjoy a great breakfast everything available.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Great place and you have a couple of restaurants within walking distance
- Iris (8/5): Can’t think of anything - Cant think of anything that needs to changr
- Sarah (8/5): Business Trip - Hotel was clean as always. Always stay here during my business trip. Haven’t had any issues during any of my stays.
- Brian (10/5): - The staff was nice it is extremly clean and the breakfast area was excellent. The room was fantastic and the bed and pillows where comfortable.
- Chris (10/5): - It was great.
- Marlayna (10/5): Recommended - I can’t say enough about the quality customer care service we received from the gal at the front desk. We had a challenge with a room, and she was calm patient and understanding. She placed us in a different and larger room and our stay was fantastic. I know these are tough times for the hospitality industry, so I would like to call special attention to the excels t service..
- dwight (8/5): Clean and convenient - We were in town for a funeral, and this is basically the only place to stay. It was clean, good customer service and close to a small downtown with decent restaurants
- Verified traveler (8/5): - a lot nicer than i expected, everyone was friendly.
- Verified traveler (10/5): 👍 - Everyone was very nice and helpful
- Verified traveler (4/5): - The hotel was clean and the breakfast was very good but the room was poorly setup, the bathroom was so dark it was hard to shave, the shower had the faucet positioned to where it was almost impossible to turn on without getting hit with freezing cold water. The tv didn’t have the right remote so there was no guide and no hard copy of available in the room. Overall it was priced too high for what you got.
- Jason (8/5): Great place - Everything was great, super place to stay.
- Danny (10/5): - Could use a pool when it is 100 degrees outside and outside sitting areas
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Friendly and courteous service made checking in a breeze. Well lit area with no worries concerning your vehicle. Overall is a nice place to call it a night on your travels.
- Tammy (6/5): Annoying Train - Hotel is nice. It sits right next to a railroad track and a train came through 6 times in the night and blew its whistle each time. Was hard to sleep.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Beds were amazing!!! Very clean and quiet!
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Great truck parking. Close to different places to eat
- Jannene (8/5): Clean - Nice clean hotel.
- Lisa (10/5): Great hotel! - Super nice hotel in the middle of nowhere. Normally when you stay in hotels in small towns you are very disappointed in the quality. Sleep Inn was very clean, beds were comfortable, showers were great, breakfast was good and staff very friendly. If I'm ever in that area of the country again I would stay here!
- Iris (8/5): Good room - The room was nice but the toilet leaked a little and the bed was kind of hard but otherwise the room worked out well.
- robertgladden09 (2/5): Outstanding service - What a great group of people, my first time in the Oklahoma area and they so helpful thank you so much for the directions and the kindness you all showed, I will be sure to tell everyone about the outstanding service at the Sleep-Inn in Hennessy, Oklahoma
- fowlerkelby7 (10/5): great experience - I had great service . food was good :) beds are comfy and pillows are soft. the sleep inn has a great environment. all the hotel people who work at hotel are very friendly and nice. I enjoy my visit every time I visit :)
- dtownsend42 (10/5): Dan - The service is great......... Always greeted with a smile....... They treat you like family (the good side of the family of course)........ Would stay again...... Beds are very comfortable and the rooms are always spotless
- 555mosese (10/5): Great stay - Very Professional and friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast and clean rooms, also clean rest rooms for new hire employees during training orientation . The conference room is clean and set up for meetings or training. TV screen and projector are available for conducting the training or holding business meetings. Management up front is very helpful. This motel also offers a safe room in case of tornado's in the area, this adds some piece of mind in my opinion. Close to my work.
- 385slloyd (10/5): My home away from home - I have been staying at this motel for 9 months. The staff is always friendly and helpful. They clean all the time. We have crews that come in with muddy boots the staff is right behind them cleaning. They do everything in their power to help everyone out. They serve a full breakfast every day and the lady in charge of that area has everything hot and clean every day. The maids work really long hours and do a fantastic job. The manager and desk clerks are always available and will help with any problems that may arise. The motel is located at the intersection of Hwy 81 and Hwy 51 with eating establishments next door and across the street. The recent painting is very professionals done and planned so that it doesn't interfere with the guests. I would recommend this motel to anyone traveling.
- flexwolf4069 (8/5): Home Away from Home - A Home away from Home atmosfier. Clean rooms, freindly staff, good breakfast, and close to work. it is a nice place to stay if your just passing through or in the area for long periods of time working. So if your coming through Hennessy for any reason be sure to stop and stay here.
- Harley (10/5): Nice hotel which was coclose to the Wine Festival - Staff was quick to respond to request to check in early! Great breakfast too!
- jmb3874 (6/5): Average stay - It is a fairly new, decent hotel. What I would not prefer is to walk in to my room after check in and find someone else's dirty towel hanging in the back of the bathroom door. Also found a used toothpick on the floor next to the trash can, but hey what can you do. Next time I'll stay in El Reno when visiting family.
- Verified traveler (6/5): To close to railroad tracks - Hotel in general was nice. To close to railroad tracks.
- brentmckay96 (10/5): Great Experience! - I've stayed at this hotel a few hundred times over the last few years with my work schedule. There has never been a bad experience here at the Sleep Inn! The staff is always friendly and will help out anyway they can.The general manager Melissa has done a GREAT job hiring a GREAT crew. I live in Ohio and travel 1000 miles to work and stay here in Hennessy, OK and this is truly my home away from home.
- noel170 (10/5): Work place - Great staff .. clean rooms and comfy beds . Breakfast on point very home like . Home away from home 😉 great scenery with a great front door train experience lol ...most of all the welcome atmosphere not having to feel like we are out of towners. After a long days work I look forward to a comfy bed and a good night sleep .
- sfrazier89 (10/5): Nice place to stay - I have stayed here quite a bit. Rooms are always nice and clean, beds are comfortable. If there is ever a problem they are on it getting it resolved. All of the staff are great they always great you with a hello and a smile.
- marshalldrummer89 (10/5): The bed was comfortable and the service was excellent. - I stayed in room 211 for a few nights while working in the area. I was thoroughly impressed with the staff and service. The room was clean and the bed was absolutely comfortable. I must say, there was a lady at the front desk by the name of Monica that catered to my every whim and was an absolute delight. I would highly recommend this hotel to family and friends.
- ericrZ7974QO (8/5): Oilfield Hand - Staff is very courteous & accommodating to all your needs.
Hotel grounds inside and out are clean.
Parking lot decent size can accommodate some big rigs which is nice.
Rooms are always nice and clean.
Good size rooms too.
- Shani_11 (2/5): Be aware that a train comes through at least three times a night - On first sight this hotel seems to be your standard Sleep Inn. Clean, comfortable rooms, nice staff. However, what they did not tell us about was the train! At 12:45 am, 4:45 am and 5:45 am, we were waken by the sound of a freight train and it's horn coming by the hotel.
Just know that for $104 a night for two people in a double room, you will not have to worry about needing a wake up call!
- 102SaraR (10/5): Can't believe it...in my little ol' hometown! - Well, I had my doubts that the small farming community of Hennessey, Oklahoma, could host and support a real hotel, so boy, was I surprised when I stayed at the Sleep Inn and Suites in late December. It's one of the best hotels ever, and it has all the amenities! The décor was top rank; the bathroom had fabulous lighting and a commodious shower/tub; the room was spotless and quiet; the provided breakfast was tasty and rather expansive; the desk help was courteous and kind, helpful and friendly! My cousins stayed there too this month for our annual "Cousins' Conference," and they were duly impressed too. Yes, a train track is nearby, but honestly, the rare train did not interfere with my sleep! Don't fear...this hotel is just right as Goldilocks once said!
- PatB643 (10/5): Best hotel in town (for small-town Oklahoma)! - As we knew we would be traveling through small-town Oklahoma, we didn't expect a whole lot of variety. And to be fair, there isn't, but finding a well-kept Sleep Inn in such a small town as Hennessey was a treat. The rate was reasonable (when purchased through a third-party discount site) and the rooms were lovely. Looking around at the other lodging options in this town, this place is head-and-shoulders above the rest.
Sonic and Golden Chick are literally right next door, and there are a couple of other dining options in town. But don't expect to find a restaurant with a Michelin star here.
Normally I'd give a hotel like this a 4-out-of-5 rating in a larger town, but being that this hotel is in such a tiny town, it deserves the top rating.
- msrader (10/5): Very Friendly staff - Very friendly staff , clean and breakfast was really good with bacon sausage eggs biscuits and gravy waffles cereal you name it I think they have it , LOL, room was clean and well maintained , property looks pretty new , parking lot is well lite , small town atmosphere
