• Lenny (4/5): Poor - The toilet was not clean and leaking. Location is good. But overall the Hotel is not worth 4 stars status. Swimming pool is not working and there was no water.

Much recommended - Proximity, cleanliness, very professional staff members, comfort in the property, and good breakfast 🙂 to write few. I was also Invited to attend the Lohri festival celebrations with the staff members and General Manager, which shows that the overall culture of togetherness and belongings. Nothing.

Have visited 15-20 times and the value for money always surprises Last 6-7 times the quality of housekeeping is going down. The cleanliness and maintenance of the rooms and bathrooms specifically is bad. Wallpaper are torn, soda covers torn dirty chairs and sofa.

• Vivek (10/5): A good property with better potentials. - Overall attitude of the staff was very positive. They were always eager to help, and at times went out of their way to make our stay a more pleasant one. There was one person in particular - NITIN SHARMA - at reception/front desk, who was exceptional. I had situations with my overseas colleagues from Japan, which he accommodated in a seamless manner. Hope the management recognizes such exceptional talents. 1) Entrance to the property is a bit "indistinct". 2) If the lobby area could be expanded a little, then this property should get a better image.

• Khushbu (1/5): Pathetic bed - Only parking Everything bed pathetic it's not bed it is a bunch of springs below the sheet, no one can sleep in it. Forget two people sleeping in it. The staff is not at all accommodating they have stopped answering phone calls after 10.30 pm. People come to a hotel for comfort but this experience has been pathetic. Thanks for spoiling the day for us.

Vishnu at reception and Jaiprakash in the kitchen were brilliant in their service. Breakfast was quite basic, and can certainly be improved. Also, watch out for the high prices around conferences.
