• Jennifer (5/5): Basic accommodation. - Bed was comfortable and clean, bathroom clean. But the overall room smelt musty and carpet was dirty. There was no lamp in the smaller second bedroom, and the plastic curtain was dirty and did not make the room dark. The rooms definitely need updating. See above answer

• Helen (8/5): We had another lovely holiday in Mannum and we would certainly revisit the Mannum Motel. - The staff are all so friendly, happy, helpful and welcoming. Breakfast in the cafe is excellent! So delicious and plenty of it. Again, the staff were excellent; ready to accommodate any dietary restrictions and personal tastes. Fast and efficient but with plenty of time for the patrons so you don’t feel rushed and you’re not kept waiting. The property is a little disappointing in the details. We had room 7 and the mirrors were too high and the bathroom mirror was set over the side of the vanity so really, I could only see my reflection in the bottom left corner from the nose up. No door stop in the bathroom meant years of door locks have caused a sizeable hole in the wall tile and goodness knows how many locks that have needed replacing. No bedhead and only one pillow each so it was too uncomfortable to read or watch tv in bed. The fridge motor was a bit noisy and woke us up several times. The tea and coffee is classic motel undrinkable rubbish and the milk was out of date which is a feat for UHT. Small things really as the bed was super comfortable and the breakfast made up for any faults. Just some points that you may want to consider addressing.

• Gamble (7/5): We really only needed beds and a shower for our short stay in Mannum and the motel was quite adequate. - Good central location. Clean and tidy. Plenty of space for four adults. Reception staff were accommodating when I requested extra face washers. The mattress slid off the base off the single bed in the middle of the night and I ended up on the floor.

• Rich (5/5): We won’t be going to stay there again - Not much Before we even opened the door there was leaves and rubbish that we took into the room. I had to get a broom to sweep it away. The curtains were grubby and torn and there was dust and small particles of dirt on the fridge and cupboards. Possums ran on the roof from the time we went to bed until 5.58am. The vehicle had to be parked in front of the Kay dry and not by our room .
