- Washington (6/5): - Apenas utilizamos o hotel para pernoitar e pegar o ferry no dia seguinte. O quarto era grande. Tive que deixar meu carro na rua a noite, não havia informação suficiente sobre o estacionamento. O quarto tem um degrau que forma um tablado grande de madeira que fica rangendo quando você anda. O quarto e o banheiro eram bem velhos, é necessário uma reforma. Não há recepção, tudo é feito automatizado ou pelo app do booking mesmo.

They also do online check in 1-2 days before your date of reservation which was helpful and no time spent at reception. The amenities were perfect for our one night stay at wellington. Room and bathroom had heating facilities which kept us warm during our stay. They had washer/dryer too along with clear instructions. There was a small welcome note too. Couldn’t have asked for more.

It is an odd check in though as you dont actually speak with anyone to check in. You are given a lockbox code then you just let your self into the corridor and into your room. The balcony is good in theory but it is not covered and has really no views, it could also do with some general maintenance outside. The bathroom was in need of an overhaul, the toilet was really low to the ground, the sink was tiny and the shower was also really tiny. Apart from that it suited our needs and was close everything

Die Zimmer sind geräumig und haben eine kleine Küchenzeile. Es gibt keine Rezeption vor Ort aber auf Emails wird zügig geantwortet. Die Studios sind im 4 Stock. Das Haus und die Einrichtung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen (außer einem Gym steht das Haus anscheinend leer). Leider hat der Wäschetrockner nicht funktioniert.

The system for entry is not intuitive, it was difficult to get into the property, I spoke with a security, who stated other customers experienced the same issues and i spoke to another customer, who experienced the same problem. The Shower was not working properly, shower head was damaged or lacked pressure.

- Sunita (10/5): The perfect spot to stay for a theatre show - Absolutely central and so close to where I needed to be. I was so surprised how easy it was to get around not knowing Wellington very well so this was the perfect location. The room was huge and so comfortable and loved that there was plenty of tea and milk provided as I tend to drink a lot of teas. I wasn't able to download the app to check in so kind of felt that would have been handy to have as I wasn't completely sure on how to check in.

Easy run to the airport by car. Great after hour support. Make sure you register before you arrive to save some stress (as you don’t get the room codes automatically in the booking confirmation). The parking was not ideal. I missed out of the carpark for the room, tried to park in the carpark opposite but the app couldn’t find the parking lot. Two tickets later :/ Travelling without a car this place is a great option.

- yvetterF3918FM (10/5): Superb Location! - Location, Location location. Went to an event at Takina event center. Was happy to learn, they were next door. Close to CBD as well. Lots of restaurants, we went to the Dragonfly, very delicious food and cocktails. My bed was so comfy I slept all night without a peep. Nice and quiet stay too. Absolutely recommend. And definitely coming back!

- Joanne (6/5): Mostly VERY good, just some maintenance issues - Location was perfect, staff friendly & helpful. Room was very clean. Lift wasn't working on arrival and it took a while for a staff member to assist with my suitcase up 4 flights of stairs. However they were very pleasant. Lift was erratic all weekend, so even when it was working, I had no confidence in it. One of the blinds on the french doors kept jamming so was down and I couldn't raise it.
- Lorrae (6/5): Disappointing - The room was lovely and location pretty good. The lift was out of order on my arrival on Thursday which meant I would have had to carry my 20kg suitcase up four large flights of stairs. Luckily a young man I know came down the stairs at that point and offered to take my bag for me. They were all out of order on Friday until late afternoon when they were fixed. Saturday they were out of order again, with the doors not opening on the ground floor and you had to go back up the the fourth floor to get out. I was also having trouble getting out the front door when a man arrived who told me rudley that I was the only person experiencing this problem. My friend appeared at that time and confirmed he was also having problems with the lift again. It was working again in Saturday evening. Also the lid on my toilet was broken, and electric socket in the kitchen wasn't working and possibly another in the bathroom or the hair dryer had a loose wire. Possibly the plug in the bathroom sink was also not working.

Check in (out of hours, after 4pm) and check out arrangements not quite joined up in terms of email instructions for access not received and no lock box keyfob in the box. The room was a little draughty in the very windy conditions for the period of our stay.

- Sue (8/5): The apartment was great - the organisers were not! - The location was perfect for the work I was there for. The room was spacious, had everything you need and was clean and tidy. There was no reception and so getting into the place was not easy. Myself and other people who were trying to check in, didn't know how to and had to ring the manager for instructions. It turns out that numbers and codes were emailed last minute and not everybody has email on their phone. Also, there were no instructions in the apartment regarding how to use your key to enter the building once the door was locked.

- Alison (9/5): Clean and safe and a great location for NZ museum & Botanical Gardens. - Clean and had all facilities we needed (kitchen, private bathroom and balcony), and it was very central for walking to the NZ museum and Botanical gardens. We missed having a reception, it felt a bit impersonal to be collecting the key from a lock box. Also the dryer option in the washer / drying machine did not work (or the instructions were not sufficient for it to work).

Didn’t realise the property was located on the 4th floor of the building (including the reception)

I’m not sure whether the cleaning staff accidentally forgot to replace it with a fresh bottle in the refrigerator. For the price we paid, it was not the quality expected.

- Michael (3/5): Difficult access. Noisy and expensive. - Process to get access was terrible. 9 emails and over 35 minutes. The room has single glazed windows and is above a busy st. Also club bass music playing until after midnight. You can hear people walking in other rooms and making coffee in the hallway. It was insanely expensive for the experience and quality of property.
- Pam Bareham (9/5): - Excellent location only 3 or 4 minutes walk from the Museum of New Zealand. Very good café just next door. The hotel has parking directly across the street if requested for an additional fee. The apartment was clean and fresh. Washer/dryer was very useful. Liked having a balcony. Room refreshed daily. Our room had a step from the kitchen area into the rest of the room. Even though there is signage warning you, I still managed to forget twice. Not injured, but jaring. Be aware.

- Alexia (8/5): Perfect spot to explore from. Has all we needed to just relax and enjoy our trip. - We loved the location! We loved the fact that someone was considerate enough to put that aircon on for our arrival as the sun was streaming in! Everything was clean and the bed was super comfy. Would have been perfect with a decaf coffee sachet :) We didn’t really dislike anything. We could hear the other guests leaving and moving about but no biggie. Some paint work needs a freshen up but it’s a minor niggle. Couldn’t figure out how to order brekkie though

- Sherylee (10/5): - The location was excellent, a short walk to every amenity that was needed. All of the night life was just a short walk away. The supermarket etc a short walk. Bowling is across the road as well. So close to an array of different cuisines to choose from It is in the best location. The room was clean and tidy, and there was a beautiful hand written note welcoming us. There was a balcony off the room, which was a great place to be to watch the hustle and bustle.

Also, in the bedroom, when someone entered the main hotel door, it was too noisy when it closed, especially when someone comes in late at night and we were already asleep.

- Dream06936826564 (2/5): Bad security and poor management tactics - Bad place to stay. The building security will get anyone off the street onto the door and then in the lift up to the floor. The bed was most uncomfortable. We booked five rooms and our room had the most terrible buzzing sound which we couldn’t stop so we drove home at 2.30 am to get some sleep it was that bad. We contacted the hotel to let them know the next day and apparently we should have contacted them at 2.30 am but I don’t really want someone on my room attempting to fix a problem at that time. We did take a video of the constant sound but apparently when the checked the room they said they never heard it but it was the smoke alarm so that’s odd. Stay somewhere else not here.
- Liam (1/5): Reasonable response to genuine issue was non-existent. - Location was excellent Booked 5 rooms and had a persistent buzzing/vibration in our room that made it impossible to sleep, so we packed up and drove home at 2.30am in the morning. After reporting it, management said they couldn’t find the issue and refused any refund because it wasn’t raised during the stay, offering only 10% off a future booking. Disappointing response and not how you’d expect a genuine complaint to be handled even though I had a video of the issue. Security was poor also as people could walk straight into lobby with access to all floors in elevator.

- Susannah (8/5): Great 2 night stay, had everything we needed and it was a cool city to stay in. - The location was excellent easy walk to the waterfront, city centre and Mount Victoria lookout (which is a must), the room was light and airy, a washing machine which was very handy, it was clean and had a nice compact equipped kitchen. Not much, it was a little bit random that there wasn’t actually a proper reception but in saying that it wasn’t a hard process, keys left in a lock box. Someone was in the office, 9-5pm.

The studio apartment was clean, cozy, and felt very safe. The well laid out design, coupled with great lighting and a balcony, makes the unit feel surprisingly spacious. The location is ideal: close to the city center and waterfront, making it easy to walk to shops, the harbor, and dining. We loved the convenient amenities like the dishwasher, washer, and dryer, and slept wonderfully on the comfy bed with quality linens. Above all, the staff was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

- Julie (5/5): Good location - Location, view, clean, great shower! Bed, has seen better days. Needs replacing badly. We stayed 2yrs ago and had same issue. Had hoped it had been upgraded. Unfortunately for us party goers got kicked out and set the fire alarm off at midnight. Couldn't be turned off until fire brigade came. Although not management's fault some kind of acknowledgement or maybe a discount off a future stay would have been appreciated.
