Autour de la piscine, que 2 transats de disponibles( vieillissants )alors que pleins de matelas Il y a un coffre fort dans la chambre mais pas de clef 🤷♀️ Le PDJ est correct …mais pas exceptionnel On ne nous propose pas les omelettes ou œufs au plat si on ne demande pas

Très bon rapport qualité et prix Pt déjeuner très basique, mais agréable sur la terrasse de la piscine Lits confortables Coupure d'eau au moment de la douche, l'hôtel a besoin d'un pt rafraichissement, les photos donnent bien sur le site, mais on ne peut pas regarder de très près.

Water was turned off first thing in morning. When the water was on, the shower was very good. Almost no one else staying in the hotel so very quiet atmosphere.

Comodissimo il parcheggio di fronte Per raggiungere il centro a piedi bisogna camminare su un brutto marciapiede e un po’ buio (niente di pericoloso o terribile)

L'emplacement est au calme mais à proximité du centre de Tulum avec ses commerces, restaurants et animations. RAS.

Não tem quase nunca ninguém no hotel, nem na recepção, desde que não precise que foi o nosso caso, tudo perfeito. Mas sentimos a falta. Tivemos problemas com Aranhas, provavelmente entrou quando fizeram a limpeza, porque enquanto estávamos no quarto mantínhamos ele sempre fechado e com as vedações extras. por dois dias encontramos depois de chegar da praia aranhas e uma delas enorme no banheiro

Nous avons demandé si nous pouvions avoir un petit truc à emporter pour le matin d’une excursion car nous partions très tôt, la dame a refusé de nous donner quoi que ce soit, heureusement que nous avons croisé une deuxième personne qui a accepté de nous donner des céréales et des fruits dans une petite boîte (merci à elle). On a eu l’impression que la piscine était à moitié laissée à l’abandon, il manquait énormément d’eau dedans, il n’y avait que deux transats à disposition pas en très bon état non plus… Peut-être que nous sommes mal tombés Les dames qui s’occupait du petit-déjeuner n’étaient pas très agréable.

Poca cura al dettaglio ad esempio in piscina ci sono solo due lettini a disposizione per tutti gli ospiti e agli altri viene detto di usare solo il materassino. La posizione è comoda da raggiungere in macchina e c’è il parcheggio ma se si è a piedi è un po lontana dal centro e dalle attrazioni

- Sergio (9/5): Gran estancia, muy buenas instalaciones - Las instalaciones están muy bien, gran lugar para descansar, la alberca está muy bien, instalaciones con buen mantenimiento. El desayuno tiene buen sabor. En algún momento hubo un olor feo cerca a la habitación, pero fue poco tiempo. Si estás pensando en caminar para ir a la playa este no es el sitio.

If you are with a car there is ample parking on the street outside. Location is both central and quiet. I met the manager on checkout and he was a really nice guy who got me a taxi at a short notice to take me to the bus station which isn’t far away.. it’s not always easy to find a taxi, which I needed because of luggage, at short notice for a short distance in Tulum. Beach towels are made available. This was a room for two people. One bedside light didn’t work and the light switch was visibly broken. It was never repaired during my stay here even though I informed the reception at the start . As I was on my own during this leg of my trip it wasn’t a problem but it would have been if my partner was with me. The outside terrace was not very clean with somebody’s cigarette stubs in the ashtray when I checked in. The purified water bottle was not refilled once during my stay here. When it rains heavily, the room floods as the terrace door is always kept open on the mosquito net; at least that is where I think the water came from. So when it rained when I was out, I came back to find a partly flooded room. Furthermore, the rainwater drains from a hole in the outer walls directly onto the terrace floor and the outside floor just outside the entry door on the other side of the room, instead of over the parapet or through a proper drain pipe. This means that you hear a very loud noise of water hitting the concrete over and above the rain at night ; it’s a bit ridiculous, there is not a proper water drain. I was sent a reminder to check out a day before actual checkout when I was some 80km away, so I didn’t quite appreciate that, and no, this is not a Booking.com practice. I don’t like leaving negative reviews, this is not one , it’s just pointing out some facts that can be fixed , and frankly I might consider staying here again , but I think I will look for better options at this price.

Hôtel vide sans présence continue à la réception. Linge serviette et draps défraîchis. État de la chambre, peinture plafond, salle de bain défraîchis.

- Yuanmin (5/5): Just so so - The room is spacious. The front desk communication is smooth It’s dated and dirty. The sheet is not clean, with blood on it. The towel was not changed. Thick dirt on floor and i doubt they have a janitor or not. The taper water is salty. And it locates in a shabby block.

A bit far from the centre, but we had a car and they had parking, so it was perfect. Good value for money The room furniture was a bit dated, as was the small kitchen. The bathroom was modern and well decorated though. Not enough chairs outside. The breakfast was very basic.

Le falta a las habitaciones algo de mantenimiento. La ducha pese a ser grande y buena tiene cortina lo cual desmejora mucho y está algo oxidada. Hay cortinas para tapar el ventanal bastante estropeadas. Las sábanas aunque están limpias están amarillentas. El acceso si vas cargado, a las habitaciones de arriba, es complicado. El desayuno básico y con algunos detalles (una tostada por cabeza) que hacen que no quede tan bien. Es un hotel con potencial pero que le faltan detalles para llegar al sobresaliente.

La piscine sans restriction le soir , très agréable. Bon petit déjeuner Il n y a pas vraiment de centre à Tulum mais juste derrière l' hotel il y a un endroit où l' on danse et on mange avec des foods trucks , génial ! Staff were great. Room linen needs a refresh (some will be put off by it which is a shame). Some wear and tear starting to show.
