- Kazuhito (6/5): - 気に入らなかったところは、仕方がないと思うが館内の表示が、ベトナム語以外は韓国語の表示しか無いところと、朝食ビュッフェの席が自由だったので、適当に二人席に座ってカバン置いて朝食を取りに行ってる隙に別のひと(多分韓国の人)が向かいに座って食べ始めてたところと、ランドリーの紙(洗濯物の数とか書く紙)が補充されず、毎回フロントにもらいに行くけど、毎回無くて複写の紙なのに一枚しかもらえなかったりするところ。

- Verified traveler (2/5): Not as advertised - Had an extremely early morning flight so I rented a room as a place to hangout, maybe freshen up before the flight. Property advertised 2 bars, one only sold a couple of items out of a vending machine, the second was closed most of the day, then when it did open, it charged for admission. Staff was openly hostile, I feel that it was because of my race. I was repeatedly asked to prove that I was staying there, and literally dozens of Asians walked through and not one was questioned. Hotel appearance was nice, bed felt like a rock.
- Lokeshtayal (2/5): Don't stay Here - Stay Hotel was the worst hotel for my entire Vietnam trip. Breakfast was worthless, no variety at all. Fruits were old. The executive suite has no shower can you believe no shower. The rooms were smelly. The overall experience was a nightmare.

- Simon (8/5): - Stay Hotel is very nice and well located. The only down fall is the staff are not extremely fluent in English and being from the Caribbean with a thick accent it has been a bit or a challenge, however they are so friendly and patient trying to understand. The one thing about this hotel which I didn’t see in the description is that they keep your passports at check in it is common in certain parts of Asia by law. It was a big shock for us but for the most part the passports seemed to be in good hands. I would stay here again given the rooms and location.
- 선화 (10/5): 전체적으로 굿 - 전체적으로 깔끔했습니다. 구석구석 자세히 보면 오래된 호텔이라는게 느껴지긴 했지만 관리는 대체적으로 잘 되어있습니다. 직원분들의 서비스도 매우 좋아서 편하게 물어보고 답할 수 있었습니다. 다만 메인거리와는 조금 떨어져있어 이동하는게 불편하긴 합니다. 대신 한강 뷰가 넓게 펼쳐져 있고, 멀리 바다도 보이는 뷰여서 한강과 바다 동시에 보이는 뷰가 좋았습니나.(참고로 고층, 한강뷰 선호로 예약했고 운이 좋게도 11층에서 지내게 되었습니다.) 아무튼 전체적인 서비스가 좋아 기분좋게 이용했습니다.
- S0fiaH (6/5): Their prime has past - When we arrived, the portiere ignored us, which is ok, but the check in went fast and quite smooth. Our roomed smelled awful from all the detergents and cleaning stuff, so we had to open a window for the rest of the afternoon/night. The hotel is a bit out dated and quite old but tries to keep up the 4-star standard, which they don't succeed with. Ok beds, ok tv and a bathtub for a change, but still, not that great well maintained during the years. The view from our floor was still beautiful. The breakfast was the worst we had since we came to Vietnam and this was the first timeI had a regular sandwich and coffee for breakfast – only, since there was nothing else to eat – more or less. We came to the restaurant 20 minutes before they closed, but the kind of stared us out and took our plates as soon as we put our fork & knifes (or whatever) down on the plates, so we felt like they wanted to get us out of there asap. Not the best feeling… It takes about 20 - 30 minutes to walk to Vincom plaza and the "first" bridge, which is a quite good walk along the river bank.

- juya (4/5): 사성급 호텔의 서비스는 아닌듯.. - 사성급 호텔의 서비스는 아닌듯합니다. 시스템 자체도 허술하고 직원의 친절도 또한 많이 떨어집니다. 체크인에도 많은 시간이 걸리고 체크아웃 또한 심지어 키를 드리니 한직원이 천천히 걸어가셔서 체크 한참 하시고 오셔서 체크아웃 해주십니다. 이런 호텔은 처음이듯합니다. 호텔방의 청결도도 조금 떨어지고 사성급의 서비스는 아닌듯합니다. 유일하게 근처에 맥주한잔 할수 있는 가게들이 있고 도보로 7분정도 거리에 마담란 식당이 있는 위치는 좋았습니다

- Owin (4/5): Not a nice experience - Booked and paid for for two adults. We are one Asian one Aussie for this reason they demanded a marriage certificate before allowing entry, was told this is asked of every couple, also told room was booked for one person only. Both statements proven to be lies, desk staff totally in the wrong position. To be fair the rest of the hotel staff were excellent. This hotel has a long way to go before can claim to be an international destination. No attempt to make this guest feel welcome, even less for my partner.

- JD (6/5): - We switched hotels from a different one. This was one of the only few available that night. The hotel was a bit shabby. Our bed was a hard slab, and the room was dirty. We complained and were upgraded to a nicer suite. The staff were excellent. We decided to explore the top floor but instead of a lounge and restaurant, we found a rubble strewn construction area. They should restrict access to that floor until it is renovated.

- Verified traveler (6/5): Good hotel for transit stay - Stay hotel was absolutely fine. Quite outdated with gold bling (not to my taste) and lots of marble. We were created with a drink at reception and they confiscated our passports (really weird). However the room was fine and we ate supper in the restaurant. Avoid the pizza as it definitely wasn't mozzarella however the staff were very accommodating and didn't charge and replaced the meal. The hotel is clean and the staff are friendly. It's still not catered for westeners but it's very decently priced for a stop over. If you need to make a pit stop and don't want to spend the earth - this is it!!!

- scobs44 (8/5): Family holiday - Spent 4 days here and over all a good hotel .Wifi was bad but they fixed problem quickly. Is a little bit out of the center so with 2 small kids it was to far to walk. staff were helpful and breakfast was quite good but more for asian visitors , wife said ok. Taxi only way to get to beach so also a bit inconvenient. Next time in danang will stay coser to center but overall not a bad hotel.l
- DONG KYU (8/5): 새벽 도착으로 1박하기 위해 선택한 호텔 - 새벽에 도착해서 하루 숙박하기 위해 선택한 호텔이였으나 다낭 공항에서 은근히 떨어져 있어 아쉬웠습니다. 새벽에 도착하자마자 씻고 자고 조식먹고 아침일찍 바로 후에로 이동했기 때문에 호텔에서는 잠만 잤습니다. 조식이 맛있다고 해서 선택했었고, 아침식사는 그런대로 나쁘지 않았습니다.

Breakfast buffet had a variety of items and was quite nice. I worked out at the gym and even received an upgraded room on the 9th floor with a city view. I would definitely stay here again.
- Ben (6/5): Nice enough... - The hotel itself is a comfortable stay. It's in good condition and has decent facilities. It's a little bit of a walk to the centre of Da Nang, but definitely doable (we did it in about 20 - 30 mins). The hotel has some strange policies - they collect your passport from you when you check in. I don't know about most other travellers, but I don't trust leaving my passport with anyone. The concierge unfortunately spoke the worst English of all hotels I've stayed at around Asia. Lastly, when we were in Da Nang, the weather wasn't the best. On our first night the wind was blowing and in the stairwell right beside our room, I could hear what sounded like a blind banging against the wall all night. I should have rung the front desk but it was the middle of the night when I awoke to the noise and well, what hotel leaves windows open in the stairwell when it's gusty outside? P.s. I am secretly hoping it WAS just the wind blowing something around and not something....unexplainable...
- wadat1 (6/5): Not value for money - We paid about $84 or $86 per night for 2 including breakfast. We had a palatial room with a king-sized and a queen-sized bed for the 2 of us. Despite being on the top floor (16. floor) it was very noisy. It was not the hotel's fault that the adjacent school summons its pupils at 7.00 am on Monday morning by beating some drums and holding a speech via a loudspeaker system. Even a constantly barking dog that keeps you awake at all hours in not the fault of the hotel. However, installing better glazing like in most other hotels would have helped a lot. Our bed linen was torn and was not changed during our 4 night stay. The pulsing water pressure makes taking a shower very dangerous, you can really burn yourself! We had no option but to take baths, showering was just too dangerous. At times we were the only "Europeans" in this hotel and that is clearly reflected at the breakfast buffet. While we had great views, we had to travel 3 km into the town centre to the nearest acceptable restaurant, Eventually we just mingled with the locals in their street-side restaurants. That meant no fork or spoon and chop sticks only while ordering by sign language and it is painful sitting on their miniature chairs!!! To our frustration, only one staff member spoke English. Next time we will probably look for another hotel
- kim (8/5): 거리빼고 완벽한 호텔 - 관광을 하거나 밥을 먹거나 하려면 무조건 택시를 타야했습니다. 유명한 음식점 (핑크성당근처)까지 걸어가려면 구글맵켜고 30분동안 걸어갔어야했어요 그것만 빼면 완벽한 호텔입니다. 한국인 스탭이 두분이나 계셔서 도움도 잘 받았어요 다낭 호텔 직원분들은 영어를 썩 잘하지 못하더라구요. 두분덕분에 여행 편하게 했습니다~
- HPJ1 (8/5): 4-star hotel - We booked 3 double rooms and a suite. The 3 rooms have different layouts. The suite is big and comfortable. It comes with a Jacuzzi. There is a convenient store opposite the hotel. The staff at the reception (including the bell boys) are helpful and friendly. There is no sheltered area to get on and off the mini-tour bus.

- Javier (10/5): Hotel limpio y funcional. - Utilizamos este hotel sólo para pasar la noche, pues veníamos desde Hoi An y nuestro vuelo salía temprano. Llegamaos al hotel y fue un rápido check in, salir a dar un paseo (Está como a 15 min del paseo del rio), ir a ver la estatua de Lady Buda e irnos a dormir. El hotel muy funcional y te ayudan en todo momento.

- LJBevensII (10/5): A True Four + Star Hotel By Any Standards - When I first booked my trip to Da Nang I was a bit skeptical of the hotel arrangements due to my knowledge of Asian hotel rating standards I have experienced. My trip was incredibly inexpensive for return flight from Hong Kong as well as the included two nights at Stay Hotel. Upon arrival I was greeted by the concierge and he promptly unloaded my luggage and set them inside the door. I was then greeted by the desk staff of whom were quite friendly and delightful young ladies. I was very much impressed with the decor and cleanliness of the hotel lobby. Once I had arrived at my room I was surprised at the size as most hotel rooms in Asia are quite small and cramped. Very clean, very spacious and the wifi was fat as home. I will most definately stay with them during future trips to Da Nang.

The buffet breakfast has a big variety to choose from . However get there early or the food will be cold. Also our bathroom would flood every time we showered . The water was coming from under the bathtub so not sure what was happening exactly . But I would still come back!

No sufficient light in room for business traveler - I am impressed by staff professionalism - welcoming by door bells, Making check in by FO and any staff pass-by. Room is very clean and well decorated & organized. The pool is too small - 6m x 16m. Water is not well treated - it even tastes sour in my mouth when I tried a swim - I need to quit the ideas of relaxing in the pool. No view at all at the pool. Lighting in room is better fit for vacation mode, not sufficient light for my working at night in the room - even all lights are ON.
- Cycleforlifefatty (6/5): WiFi void! - I really wanted to write this review while I was still at the hotel, if only to prompt the manager to respond, however, this was not possible as the wifi really was so bad. One important item I look for in any hotel I stay at is strong wifi, this hotel claims to have wifi but for the several days I was there it did not work at all, I asked for the hotel to organise better service for me, but was told it was an outside issue and could not be resolved. On the first day, the elevator was not working and I had to walk down twelve (12) floors to get out of the building, it was working by the time I had returned. The buffet breakfast was no more than mediocre but was in good supply. The room was of a reasonable size and quite comfortable and clean, a change of pillow was provided on request without hesitation. I needed to speak with the reception desk at one point but no English speaking staff were available and was told in Vietnamese that I would need to wait an hour for an English speaker. The hotel is not near the centre can be inconvenient unless the traveller has some for of transport. Would I stay again? No.
- LimD94 (10/5): Amazing hotel staffs - I've been to Viet nam in first time with my family as a long journey, and da Nang is the second place after I visited ha noi city. This is my family first time to da Nang so really don't know anything. However I was help by the FO staffs there upon my checking in and during my staying there,the staffs there really impressed me cause they always smile and really helpful,they treated us like family, explaining every little thing to make sure we have a memorable journey, especially the front office manager there. I hope to be back soon to meet her again. Lovely manager. Besides that, the location alitle bit far from the central, food was good, the room quite large and comfortable.

- SENTHAO (10/5): Enjoyed thoroughly - Stayed in this beautiful hotel for two nights. At check in there was and issue due to early check in but Ms Van the room division manager was able to resolve it without much trouble. The breakfast was just enough to the price you pay. Location is not too far from the city but my room.view was great. The bed quality and aircondioner was great. I had great time staying in the hotel. The service good and the bath room amenities were good too. At check out Ms Vy handled it was OK. Would like to return to this hotel as it is very good value for money.
- AlexSayok1 (10/5): Reasonable hotel within the city - Slept there two nights (5 and 6 July). Room temperature though was automatically set but comfortable. Water temperature was easily adjusted. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast food though not much choice was just nice.
- kimn9668 (8/5): Above average. - Nice hotel, very clean and spacious rooms. There is a lot of variety at breakfast but not particularly fresh and it runs out quickly so you need to get there early. Most of the staff were very helpful (and even stored our bags when we went to Hoi An for the night). The pool is lovely and clean and catches the sun all day. The only odd thing was that there was a large window between the bathroom and bedroom with only a light blind which meant if you used the bathroom in the evening or at night you had to leave the light off or everyone in the room could clearly see you going about your business. Maybe check about the bathroom window situation of you are traveling with anyone as it's difficult to use the bathroom in almost complete darkness! Overall a lovely stay, and only a short walk from some nice bars and restaurants. Quite far from the beach though.

We were treated like VIPS and were surprised by the staff caring for our needs if only there for a night in transit to Hoi an.
- 219chinr (8/5): Acceptable with its price - We traveled in group of five and stayed two nights at this Northern Hotel in the Studio Suite Twin room and another Deluxe Bay View Double room. I made the hotel booking online via the hotel's website and paid deposit for rooms. First of all, we were shocked when the front desk receptionist politely requested to have all our passports with them, if we failed to make full payment upon checking-in. Since we don't feel comfortable leaving our passports with them for two days, we then settled the bill by cash right away. Apart from that, the room is spacious especially the Studio Suite Twin room. Hotel is clean and staff are friendly. The hotel restaurant does serve good foods, we dined there once and all were satisfied with the foods and services. My wife, mother and sister went for facial at the hotel's Spa, unfortunately they were disappointed with the service, perhaps they should do massage rather than facial. In overall, this hotel is quite good, consider that its price is very reasonable. The only drawback I'd suggest is that the location of the hotel is quite far from the riverside and the famous Dragon Bridge. It's almost impossible to walk there from the hotel unless you are willing to walk for an hour.

- Odo (8/5): Conveniently located - Liked the hotel overall. Front desk staff was very friendly. Waitstaff a the restaurant could use some training. They forgot an order completely even though they wrote it down and repeated after taking it down and was never mentioned again. A beer served, tasted weird and ended up being expired. Would still recommend and willing to go back.
- s (6/5): Pros and Cons - The hotel isn't really near anything, there are hotels much closer to the beach if that's what you are coming for. The city doesn't have much to offer and food is more difficult to find. The pool at the hotel is very small relative to the size of the hotel. The guests in the hotel are a bit obnoxious to say the least but that's obviously out of control of the hotel itself. That being said, the service at this hotel was phenomenal by the front desk employees. Beware of the manager changing the price of hiring a private driver for the day. We were informed that the initial price of a private driver was 1, 010, 000 Dongs (~55USD), and the next day when we went to book it the manager had changed it to 2, 000, 000 Dongs. When we refused the price and said we would rather hire a taxi for the day he lowered it to 1, 500, 000 Dongs. When we still refused he then changed it to 1, 200, 000 Dongs. This was the only issue we had with the hotel (the manager trying to scam us and bargain a price). The other staff were very apologetic for this inconvenience and did their best to assist us and provide us with alternatives with discretion because they were under the supervision of that manager. Despite this lack of professionalism by the manager, I was satisfied with the overall service of the hotel. It is very clean and rooms are spacious. You can probably get a better hotel closer to the beach if you pay a little bit more (which I think would be totally worth it).
- Tom (10/5): Great stay, as usual. - Im currently living 2 hours west of Da Nang on a construction site. I really like this hotel. It's a little further away from the action than some hotels, but it makes for that with views of other areas. I will definitely stay again.
- Mrs Yip (8/5): Good value - The location of hotel is very convenient , just 10 mins from airport. Breakfast is good. The room is not big but clean. Stuffs are helpful. Only the swimming pool is bit too small.

- indra nathan (8/5): Fantastic Service - The staff were so kind to get us the train tickets to dong hoi so a small fee. I was so thankful as I arrived very late and was worried the tickets will be sold out. All the night shift and morning staff were fully aware that I had made a request for help to purchase the tickets and they had it waiting for me.... simply execellent!

- tpeace (10/5): nice new hotel - I stayed twice at this hotel as I was passing in and out of Danang. The property opened last October so I was able to get good rates as they offer discounts. The breakfast was great and the staff was very friendly. The rooms are spacious and clean, the beds are comfortable, cable TV with a nice mix of international channels. WiFi worked well. The gym is adequate, the pool is outdoor and isn't heated so it was a bit cold for my taste (This is in March) The beach is about 10 minutes by taxi, 10 minutes of walking to the riverside area.
- Mara (4/5): Not up to expectation - New hotel, spacious room with inbuilt AC and new bathroom. My room had a sea view. The location is a bit outside of the area with restaurants and business centre but of the walking distance to the main area. I have stayed there for 11 nights . The staff is friendly, but not very competent and only few had a good comprehension of english. I have booked it specifically because it had a swimming pool and a gym, but upon arrival i was told that they aren't working. The spa wasn't opened yet either. Housekeeping skipped cleaning a room twice during my stay and i also had to remind them to replace toiletries every time. The minibar has not been filled since the day of my arrival. The room service had problems answering the guest inquiries, hang up on me several times and brought in a wrong order. Upon the first inquiry, travel desk staff couldn't recommend any activities for the weekend. They had some suggestions a day after. The concierge and the bell boys were the best though, helping with arranging cabs for me and car rental. However, most of the staff did remain polite and friendly. Overall when I was checking out I had a feeling that the receptionist was happy to get rid of me. Luckily for me for the rest of my stay I changed to a different hotel in town and one of the neighboring resorts. So, do not expect too much in terms of service and enjoy a nice bed.

- Sean (8/5): A little out of the way and noisy - Only stayed one night before a flight the next day. The hotel is very nice, but quite far from most things. The hallway has very hard surfaces which makes a lot of noise travel into the rooms. Was awoken a couple time through the night from loud talking in the hallway and again quite early from the chamber maids.

- L (8/5): Hotel is away from the city and not much activity - Is a new hotel that was open less than 2 months, good for people who require a place for themselves, not much activity around the hotel, the closer beach is about 10 minute walk and to the busy shopping street will need to go by taxi, there is no free transportation provided by the hotel, a trip from the airport to the hotel cost 430,000VND, therefore, it's better to travel by meter taxi that cost you one third of the cost charged by the hotel. Can't compare much at this time due that the occupancy rate during my stay is less than 5% occupied, breakfast is a set menu - rated normal, staffs are friendly due to that only a few guest..my room were provided with breakfast for one despite it mentioned during my booking that allow two occupants maximum in a room, therefore invited my guest for breakfast are being charged at 150,000VND
- David Yoong (10/5): An unforgettable hotel stay! - This is one of the most best stay I have ever experienced!!! We booked for 3 nights stay here. This is a newly opened hotel in Danang, the rooms size and the facilities are bigger and better than what I expected!! They also upgrade to a Deluxe room with bathtub for me. Besides, the staff services and kindness are better than most of 5 stars hotel!! The management even come to help seal my room windows since the Severe Tropical Storm Haiyan maybe come to Danang on the 2nd Days of my stay. 100% sure will go this hotel for next trip!
