La camera è molto pulita e completa di tutto quanto serve a chi viaggia (frigorifero - cassaforte - phon), è un po' piccola e non è presente un armadio. Lo staff alla reception molto gentile ed accogliente, Non abbiamo usufruito della colazione per cui non posso esprimere un giudizio.

- Natalia (7/5): - Мне понравилось месторасположения отеля, рядом Lotte Mart, и шопинговая улица с разными магазинчиками и бутиками. Также рядом остановка метро и автобуса. Очень много обменников, кафе и ресторанов вокруг. Как я и сказала, месторасположение - супер! Персонал приветливый. На стойке регистрации можно было бесплатно взять зонтик в дождь. На 2м этаже есть бесплатная стиральная машинка и сушилка, стиральные капсулы и салфетка для сушки приобретается на стойке регистрации - за 2000 KRW. Так, в целом всё прекрасно! В номере чисто, полотенца меняются каждый день. Но в отеле не выдаются зубные щетки и зубная паста, но есть гель для душа, шампунь и кондиционер. Завтраки больше подходят азиатам, есть scrambled eggs, в кофемашине - есть американо, эспрессо и горячая вода, капучино и латте отсутствуют, но это на мой вкус.

Le personnel de la réception est à l'écoute. J'ai retrouvé un cheveux sur une des serviettes le premier jour m'amenant à douter du niveau d'hygiène. L'hôtel ne m'a toujours pas fourni de facture malgré déjà trois relance via la messagerie booking.com

- ROXANNE LAURA (8/5): Buena ubicación, desayuno excelente. - Lo que más me gustó fue la ubicación: muy cerca de la torre de Busan, del mercado Jalgachi, del BIFF Square,... También me encantó el desayuno que fue espectacular, muchas opciones de comida, todo muy rico. El personal de recepción fue muy amable en todo momento. La habitación estaba limpia. Todo estuvo muy bien, pero la habitación era algo anticuada y pequeña.

- KOIZUMI (10/5): - 今回で3度目の利用でした。 金海空港から最寄駅までアクセスしやすく、南浦駅・中央駅どちらからも徒歩5分ほど、周囲にコンビニやカフェも色々あるので、何かと便利です。 ショッピングや食事ができるエリアもすぐそばにあります。 ホテルのフロントの方は、あまり愛想はありませんが、滞在中、特に支障はありません。お部屋の掃除をしてくださる方はいつも感じが良く、バスルームも部屋もキレイで気持ち良く過ごせます。次回の釜山訪問時にまた利用したいと思っています。

- makiko (10/5): コンビニもスーパーも食事も全て徒歩圏内のホテルです。 - 立地と施設の新しさが抜群です。バスルームが広く、またバスタブもあり、大変使いやすかったです。 ３泊お世話になり、最終日、15時くらいに部屋に戻ってきたら、掃除がされておらず、部屋の掃除をお願いすると、本日はもう終わりなのでドリンクとタオルの交換だけすると、おっしゃいました。この点だけが大変残念に思いました。掃除はＡＭ中に終わらせていただけますと、大変助かります。

The curtains still allow quite a bit of light into the room even when fully closed, important to know for people whos sleep is affected by lightness in the room. It's a walkable hotel from underground stations and is located in a quiet area. They had one washing and drying machine which was very handy.

- Susanne (7/5): Good - if you turn off the lights, it still is on. Also, in my room I heard all the drains of all the other visitors duribg the night. i knew if someone went to the toilet or showerd... not very relaxing. else it was good
- Verified traveler (8/5): Soggiorno piacevole - Hotel in posizione centrale a Busan, comodo per raggiungere tutte le principali attrazioni della città. Personale gentile e disponibile. Camera un po' piccola per 4 persone, ma accettabile. Consigliato.

- SHINICHIRO (6/5): - バス停や地下鉄からも近く、近くに美味しい食堂やコンビニ、レートがいい両替所もある。 釜山タワーの横の階段を降りるとすぐホテル。名前の通り。部屋も広く、日本人にとってウォシュレットがあるのがよい。ただ、紙は流してはだめ。 水もペットボトル500mlを人数分毎日補充してくれる。 唯一、上階の歩く音が響くのと店員の愛想が良くない。

- Chiara (4/5): - Il servizio VIP Expedia consiste in un caffè . Il personale parla 5 parole d’inglese. Non hanno sempre un cuscino extra . Ne hanno un numero limitato e la prima notte non erano disponibili. La colazione molto basic per lo standard europeo, almeno una marmellata decente potrebbero offrirla. Stanza piccola con letto attaccato al muro perciò chi dorme dalla parte della parete dovrà scavalcare. Aspetti positivi : i letti sono comodi , il piumone morbido e pulito . La posizione comoda , a poche fermate di bus dalla stazione di Busan , a pochi minuti a piedi da BIFF square e dalla via principale dei negozi e dello street food. In Corea hanno pregiudizi contro qualsiasi oggetto che permetta all’acqua della doccia di invadere tutto il bagno , nel bagno di questo hotel c’è una sottile tenda a metà che comunque limita che tutto il bagno si allaghi , di poco ma almeno non ha il doccino sopra il lavandino .

- Teresa (10/5): - Comfortable bed and thermostat that actually worked! Facilities a bit tired and in need of renovations especially the Bathroom. in particular the handrail over the bath tub did not fasten to the wall and the lever switching between rose and handheld shower detached when pulled. Minor inconvenience but those and the carpets should be replaced
- Alexandra (9/5): Superb - The rooms were clean and had everything i needed, even daily water refill. There is also a coffee shop with very good coffee. The lo ation is great, easy to access all the main tourist attractions.
- Plesa (10/5): Exceptional - I enjoyed everything. The cleaning schedule was nice. They changed the towels everyday (and a good point is that they have big towels too, in comparison to other hotels). The room and bathroom were very clean. We also could do laundry for free. The hotel is in placed conveniently, next to many restaurants and shops and even to the Busan Tower. The caffe from downstairs has great coffee and we went there every morning. We will surely return in the future. Nothing.

- Hiroko (8/5): - 施設の古さはあるものの、清掃は行き届いており良かったです。 ホテルの方、最高です！薬を買いたいものの韓国語が読めないと伝えたら、一緒にコンビニに行ってくれて助けてくれました。こんなに親切な対応は初めて！優しさに救われました。さらに併設するカフェでも親切な対応を受けて感動。 人の優しさ、親切さに触れることができました。ありがとうございました！
