• Isaac (8/5): - Pretty basic stay for a trip to Taj Mahal, good if you’re just looking to crash before going in.
• Verified traveler (6/5): Family stay - The hotel is nice but a bit tired in places, the staff are friendly but we had booked a room for 2 adults and 2 children and were only allowed one extra bed. After requested a bed finally at 23:30 we got it and had to pay for it too! Not impressed at all and unfortunately means I won’t return

• Francisco (6/5): Rude service - Hotel in general is in good condition, clean and comfortable rooms and good breakfast. Unfortunately, my last day, I asked one of the bellboys for an ATM, he was very friendly was starting to help me out when the guy from the front desk (he might have been the supervisor as his uniform was different from anyone) came and asked to him to go away then he ask what I needed, I explained and he just said go outside and walk to the left; I asked if it was too far or where exactly, he just said go and walk. It was extremely rude and not helpful at all. I ended walking for about 20 min and didn't see any ATM. This same guy checked me in and was not pleasant so shame on this kind of service which can make the whole difference.
• Daniel (8/5): 2 nite stay at Agra Taj Vilas - Hotel was just right for the short stay we had - close to the Taj Mahal, very co-operative staff and a good breakfast was provided as part of our Expedia booking. Really appreciated the hotel providing an extra bed for free too when we required it - that was really unexpected, but very welcome :-)

• Verified traveler (6/5): Reasonable hotel for short stay with family. - The hotel is quite close to the Taj and better accessed from Delhi via the expressway. Rooms are descent and clean. Had minor challenged with the intercom. Food was ok for hotel of this class. Reasonable for a short stay.

• Sumit (8/5): Decent hotel for family and an overall nice stay! - Location is decent. You can find McDonald's across the road. Taj Mahal is nearby. Their buffett breakfast is also nice. Non veg lovers will find the chicken sausage (nicely done) with boiled eggs and an omelette counter (their masala omelettes is very tasty). For vegetarians, they have nicely done Upma, hash brown and other stuff which makes it a very good choice for breakfast. Rooms are clean, so is lobby. Room service is prompt. Special mention for extra bedding and their service. After a marriage function we came back at 3 AM and asked for the extra bed we have paid for. Within 5 minutes their folks are at my door and arranged the same in no time. That's great.
• INDRA (10/5): Great Hotel an many aspects! - This is a very good hotel for the price (worth more than what you pay). Very clean, professional staff, great service, very good - and reasonable - restaurant considering the area, We stayed here to visit Agra and Taj Mahal and this is a very good location to do just that. All is very good and if I were to suggest one single thing it would be to partitioned shower (or screened) so you can have a dry bathroom.

• Rwiti (8/5): - Nice hotel near to Tajmahal. We enjoyed our stay. The rooms are in good condition. Also hotel restaurant is good but little over priced. The ample variety is there in breakfast menu. Overall it is a great hotel in that location.
• Ram (10/5): Good hotel stay and as well wonderful travel desk. - Was a wonderful stay at the hotel. People were courteous. Excellent Travel Desk and help from Salamat who organized wonderful time. Made us feel at home. We did travel in a family group with kids. I would recommend this hotel with no reservations especially Salamat from the Travel Desk.

• GIDALTI (8/5): Good price, clean and cooler room - I have just stayed for one night in the hotel and the next day morning, it was a good room, clean, organized. The room was very silent and the air conditioner worked fine, what leaves a good choice for a good night of rest. I took 3 baths there, the shower was very good. The amenities(shampoo, soap, etc) were just regular. As I arrived from Delhi really hungry, I ordered some food, American Chopsuey. It was the most horrible food I have ever had in my life. Even though, in the next morning, the breakfast was very decent and I could enjoy it. The hotel is 5 minutes away from Taj Mahal by car.

The rooms are a little basic and you have to call ahead for hot water, but the beds are very comfortable. The food in the restaurant is really nice and the location is just a short drive from the Taj Mahal.
• CS (8/5): Worth the price - Worth the price. Paid 7K for two rooms and an extra bed. Good locations. Lot of restaurants nearby. Also have few pharmacy (medical store) Clean and neat room and bathroom. Good Service. A bit noisy at night and early morning is the only complaint.
• Verified traveler (6/5): Good hotel if you get a deal - The hotel is located in a good location. Away from the clustered surrounding of agra. However one issue with the hotel was food. The food is a bit pricey for the quality. We ended up eating in other restaurants (Dasprakash and Udupi). The rooms are well maintained and the service is prompt. Will definitely recommend it to others visiting Agra with families.
• Vinothkumar (10/5): Easy access and good location near Taj Mahal, Agra - It was a good experience to stay in this hotel. The ambience and the location is also perfect to stay. Only morning breakfast seems to be more or less same menu. But if the travelers are going to have a short stay, it doesn't matter. Also look for online booking for offers at this hotel.

• Pranav (8/5): Room NA! Hotels.com not reachable ! Good Hotel ! - On arrival at 11.30pm, we found that the reception has no information on our booking. We were told that all the rooms (in the category in which we booked) were unavailable. We had to forward the booking confirmation email. Hotels.com numbers were unavailable and they were not reachable. Irony is that the booking confirmation email from Hotels.com said specifically that customer need not call the hotel. It is all taken care of :). Manager provided us with a upgraded room (so he said) and a story. Overall, the staff was courteous. Small incident during baggage handling by staff that badly damaged the laptop. We too were responsible here as the chain in the bag was not zipped properly. Good value for money. Location close to the monument.

• Flo (8/5): Modern hotel - We have stayed two nights here and we think that this hotel is very nice, modern and with all comforts. The only thing we have to say is that the restaurant is a bit expencive and that you coul hear the general air conditioning system from our room and it was quite noisy (we had a room on the first floor). Nice staff and good position.

• Verified traveler (2/5): Didn't get to stay there inspire of having a booko - Inspire of having a booking, when we reached the hotel, we were told that we had to move to another hotel which was their sister concern. They cited non availability of rooms and some electrical problems. In reality, they put us up in a hotel which was of lower standard than Taj Vilas. I am left wondering if this was because we got a discounted fair through Expedia.

• Abhishek (8/5): Fantastic service - The hotel staff was very friendly and accomodating. The food was great and was custom made (as we went during navratras) on request on a short notice. The hotel staff upgraded the rooms as we were on time but the booked rooms were still being prepared.
• Verified traveler (8/5): Great Service, Staff and Location - I think overall I liked the Hotel, with the ambiance, rooms etc. One of the rooms that was allotted had a huge AC plant on the roof, so their was lot of disturbance. We escalated and hotel manager was kind enough to change our room. Other than this hiccup, food quality was excellent. Staff was courteous and helpful.

• bk malhotra (8/5): nice ambience - nice stay..infrastructure very good ,excellent and feel like to stay again in the same hotel..the hotel reception staff is very casual which is the negative point that needs to be strenghten. The coordination between housekeeping and reception needs to be improved. The very satisfactory level can easily be achieved by the hotel just by asking their staff to be more attentive.
• Verified traveler (4/5): Comfortable; but not value for money. - The hotel is well located, close to the taj mahal, room service staff is courteous and hotel is well maintained. However, the rate of the room we paid for was not value for money, breakfast was below average and staff seemed hasseled and irritated at the time of the breakfast. I have stayed at much better place for the price we paid for Taj Vilas.
