• Darayash (6/5): Descent hotel. Would go there again. - Nice hotel - spacious and helpful staff. Breakfast could have been much better. Staff needs training. They have got young kids who need more training. Lady waitress got a wrong order, reception staff refused to help with some basic support on my checkout time.

• LAGRANGE (7/5): OK - emplacement ok, l'hotel est au milieu d'un jardin comme souvent en Inde, même dans des hotels de standing, les chanmbres ont trés mal insonorisées, c'est le cas dans celui là, malheureusement, bruit permanent dans les couloirs, même dans les étages supèrieurs on entend le vacarme résonner depuis la réception

• GT3RS (8/5): Comfortable place to a layover period in Thanjavur. - location of the hotel is great and the parking spaces available is a convenience factor. Breakfast is basic and good enough to go. except that they have a coffee machine that is not working.
• Philipose (10/5): Comfortable stay, good food and reasonably priced hotel. - The property is located at the heart of the city and is spacious. It's clean and the facilities are good. The staff is also courteous. Nothing much to mention. There is no buffet lunch or dinner when we visited, however their buffet breakfast is excellent.

• John (5/5): A very basic hotel, outdated with staff who simply don’t seem to care. - Nothing really although bed was comfortable enough with a decent shower. Outdated hotel which no better than 2/3 stars. Surly reception staff, pool area is disgraceful with dirty sun beds, filthy tiled floors. Once in hotel zero facilities so absolutely nothing to do. Bar area is like stepping back in time. Dark, dingy full of men who were very drunk, one asleep & the other literally grunting/burping every 2 mins. Hotel manager when we left chased us as we paid the wrong amount for the peanuts & owed a further 100 rupees!! Sad beyond words.

I mean, really, appalling!! (Sound is my profession) No fault of the hotel, but inconsiderate guests making noise in the bedroom corridors at all hours of the night. Guests, please have mercy on those of us that actually sleep sometimes.

Bathroom was very clean. Food ordered through room service was really bad. No value for money. Guests are better off eating elsewhere.

• PUVANESVARAR (7/5): Comfortable stay in Tanjavur - Overall, the stay was pleasant, and the staff were warm, courteous, and genuinely helpful, which made the experience comfortable The hotel has a lot of potential, as it is part of luxury hotel chain and with a bit more attention to consistency and detail for cleanliness, the guest experience could be even better. Some aspects could be refined-such as with better ventilation for indoor cooking during breakfast, but nothing took away significantly from the stay. The team was always responsive and willing to assist, which I truly appreciated.

If booked directly they offer everything available. Every hotel is encouraging to get booked directly to get max margin. Booking.com, please look into. This hotel doesn't have any security provisions. They allow all range of visitors into the customer room without asking permission. No one is asking who is coming and going

Chambres grandes et literie confortable. Dommage que la salle à manger (fermée avec clim à fond) soit un vrai frigo où tous les bruits résonnent. Le bruit dans la salle du petit déjeuner/diner

Obwohl die Einrichtung und Ausstattung teilweise ein klein wenig in die Jahre gekommen ist, ist alles tiptop in Schuss, sehr sauber und sehr gepflegt. Nettes Personal. Sehr umfangreiches und gutes Frühstücksbuffet. Auch das Abendessen ist qualitativ und geschmacklich sehr lecker.

I would recommend this hotel for a relaxing stay. The rooms are just like the photos that you see and everything works well in the room. All good.

Perfecte uitvalsbasis voor een bezoek aan de Brihadeeswarar tempel. Het restaurant, zowel het avond eten als (zeker) het ontbijt was niet als per standaard. Summier en niet duidelijk wat je krijgt. • Pavithra (8/5): - Food quality and rooms. The menu. It's really expensive especially when there aren't many restaurants in Thanjavur. Prices can be revised and made more affordable. Quantity is also less for the amount paid.
• NRK73 (9/5): We enjoyed our stay and have very good memories of the visit - The food spread was good in the restaurant and room services were very prompt. The front desk was very helpful and Ms.Vijayalakshmi was very efficient and friendly and finding ways to solve issues and finding local guides etc. The soap in the bathrooms was of very low quality and most likely being recycled. Avoid this by dispensing gels and also reduce costs of wastage. Also smoking smell from some other room was being sensed in the bathroom through air conditioning ducts along with some noise of the TV from the other room.
