- OMER (8/5): Güler yüzlü ve sıcak bir karşılama - Çalışanlarının aşırı güler yüzlü olması ve özellikle resepsiyondaki Semra Hanım'ın ilgi ve alakası tüm olumsuzlukları örttü. Otele gelirken beklentilerim ile konakladığım sürede yaşadıklarım farklı idi. Fiyat/performans olarak değerlendirdiğimde, otelin elden geçmesi (özellikle ıslak mahallerin) gerektiğini bizzat gördüm. Böyle bir otel yönetiminin bu şekilde detayları daha dikkatli görmesi gerekir.

Une bonne alternative pour visiter la Cappadoce, vous êtes à 50 mn d'Urgüp.

- Berrin (10/5): Kesinlikle kalınır - Kayseri uçağımız kalmadığı için bizi bu otele aldılar. Çok güzel bir deneyimdi. O kadar yoğunluğa rağmen, hızlı c/in yaptık. Odalar çok büyük ve konforlu. Banyo temizdi. Yatak çok rahat ve çarşafla çok iyi durumda. Otelde eski bir şey yok, yeni duruyor. Kahvaltı oldukça zengindi. 6 çeşit reçel, 10 çeşit peynir (aynı peyniri çörekotu ile cesitlendirmeden) vardı. Restoran oldukça temiz. Ayrıca müşterilerin kullanımı için bilgisayar ve yazıcı da ücretsiz şekilde vardı. Her şekilde rahat ettim. Bir daha geldiğimde mutlaka kalacağım bir otel oldu. Özellikle gece resepsiyon ve güvenlik personeline bizleri mağdur etmedikleri için ayrıca teşekkür ederim.

The spa and indoor pool and sauna exceeded our expectations and great to relax there after a day of skiing nearby. Plenty of space in the room. The condition of the rooms is a bit older, and we wish there were robes in the room, but not a big deal. Breakfast was really nice and well prepared. A bit of a drive from restaurants, city, and skiing.

- Bedir (2/5): Kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum. - Gece 23:30 da otele giriş yaptım. Misafirleri karşılayacak kimse olmadığı gibi vale de yoktu. Resepsiyonda sadece bir kişi çalışıyordu ve yaklaşık yarım saat bekledim. Zira benden önce 4 kişi kayıt için bekliyordu. Nihayet odaya girdim. Geniş yataklı oda ayırtmama rağmen tek kişilik vardı. Saunanın yanındaki iki duşta çalışmıyordu. Sabah çıkış yaparken de yine vale yoktu, koskaca otel de sadece bir çalışan vardı.

- Martin (8/5): Check in problem was overcome. - I had a small problem on check-in, which meant I was inadvertently charged twice, but the staff went out of their way to make sure I got the refund before my departure after a couple of nights.

Oda servisi bile söyleseniz peşin ödeme yapmak zorundasınız. Hiçbir ücreti odaya yazdırmak mümkün değil, herşeyi anında ödemenizi istiyorlar ki bu da bu tip bir otel için çok garip bir uygulama. Spa tesisleri (sauna, buhar odası vb.) kadın-erkek ayrı ve soyunma odalarının içinde. Havuzda cinsiyet ayrımı yok ama çocuk kaynıyor. Genel olarak otelde sadece uyumak için güzel bir otel ama otelde vakit geçirmeyi düşünmemek gerek, yemek yemek dahil.

- ahmet (10/5): Çok başarılı tek eksik yemek lezzeti - Yeni temiz bir otel. Otobüs Terminalinin tam karşısı. Şehir merkezine biraz uzak ama araç varsa fiyat kalite anlamında çok uygun bir otel. Tek önerim yemek konusunda biraz daha iyi olabilir. Restoranında yediğimiz yemekler vasatti. Kayseri mantısı bile lezzetli değildi. Kahvaltıda çeşit çok ama yine lezzet konusunda sıkıntılı. Ama genel olarak otelden çok memnun kaldık. Havuzu hamamı spor salonu çok üst kalitede. Erciyes ve kapadokya ya aracınızla ulaşım çok rahat. Kayseri de başka otelde kalmaya gerek yok.

- AHMET (6/5): Deserves 4 stars at most - It was a 3 or 4 stay experience. Pillows and sheets weren’t clean, we asked for new ones but they were worse. This hotel is far away from city center. It has a great breakfast but cheese choices were very bad. Nice spa facilities.

- oguzhan (8/5): Tercih edebilirsiniz... - 3 günlük kar tatili için konakladığımız otel otobüs terminalinin tam karşısında konumlanmış. Özel araçla Erciyes Dağı'na ulaşım kolay ancak aracınız yoksa dağa ulaşım konusunda sıkıntı yaşayabilirsiniz. Hizmet kalitesi genel olarak oldukça iyi, personel güler yüzlü ve yardımcı. Odada ücretsiz kablosuz internet var ancak hız çok kötü.

- Emrah (8/5): Çok sıcak otel - 19 kişilik bir gruptuk. Herşey güzeldi aslında. Tek sıkıntı yaşadığımız bölüm odalardaki ısının 25,5 derece altına düşürülememesiydi. Toplam 3 gece kaldık ve uyumadan 19 derecede uyuyabildiğim güzel evimize kavuştuk.

- Ziya (10/5): One nighter - Stayed for one night during our visit for Galatasaray game. Very close to the stadium, 10 minute drive to the city center. Decent breakfast, very good value for the price.
- Business visito (6/5): Generally good hotel with 4.5 star facilities - Sadly not quite 5 star service! TV and some lights in bathroom only partially working, no movies, alarm not working, invoice and billing system offered but not working!. Generally service was lacking for a 5 star hotel therefore a bit expensive in comparison. Arrival flight was delayed so got in late - 9.30pm. Was told dinner served until 10pm. I ordered quickly but food and bill delivered together at 9.55 with beer in a bottle and water in the glass! After 3 minutes all staff disappeared with no chance of a desert! On 2nd day I had a very early flight so asked for wake up call at 4.05am (as TV alarm did not function), simple breakfast at 4.30 and taxi for 4.50am. Was very impressed with reception staff who checked if all would be OK! But in reality my alarm worked, their wake up call came at 4.20. At breakfast area no staff. Reception did get them out of bed quickly, got cereal but no milk (until 6am ??) with could meats and cheese, but no bread? These were delivered after 2 requests.. Taxi did not arrive but staff did get another quickly... Generally the facilities were good but staff need a little more control if they should call this a 5 star with this price.. However other staff and facilities good so would consider returning, but would be aware and checking the above...

- Fatih (6/5): Bad service - I visited this city first time , I have met my military friend that I didn't see for 13 years , he picked my up from a bus stop and have me a ride to this hotel , he came upstair with me and carried my suitcase to my room , the reception called my room while I was using the restroom and my friend answered the phone for me and he told me that they told me I am not allowed to have guess in my room , this was ridiculous , and main time when I was going to my room I have seen some dirty dishes in a tray in front of the room 304 and those were still up front all night long between the time I checking to 9 am in the morning ,

- Emel (10/5): Truly 5 star - Very clean, luxury hotel with great service. Loved the fact that there is a free Turkish bath in the hotel along with great indoor pool. Customer Service was also amazing. I would recommend it for sure , my parents and I stayed and enjoyed our time and comfort at this hotel, truly 5 star.
- Susan Lindt (10/5): Lovely...almost sublime! - We stayed here after three terrible nights in a dirty Cappadocia cave hotel. It was lovely, clean and beautiful. I wish we could have stayed longer! This hotel offers much more than most - all kinds of amenities, including the usual toiletries, plus bath salts, and even an "emergency kit" for ladies! The hotel had floor to ceiling windows across one entire side of the room, which included a small living room, an entry hallway, a huge comfortable bed, and two enormous TVs with satellite stations. This is a nearly brand-new hotel attached to a nice mall that has a decent food court. We didn't eat at the hotel restaurants, but they looked quite posh and lovely. This place is a great deal for your dollar...or yen...or lira...
- Tulga Kalayci (10/5): A nice surprise - We have stayed 1 night in this new and luxurious hotel during our family trip to east of Turkey. Our room had 2 double beds and comfortable large. Again, bathroom was spacious, clean and luxury. Hotel has a large gym and big sze swimming pool. My family also tried the Turkish bath (hammam) in the hotel and praised the quality of service. Open buffet breakfast contained lots of cheeses, breads, jams along with multiple egg choices. Only issue with hotel might be its location. It is located about 20 minutes from center of city and requires a car for easy access. On the plus side car parking is free.

- Verified traveler (10/5): Nice Hotel - The Hotel was nice, the location was random... It is across from the main bus station, and it was a 40TL cab ride from the hotel to the airport. It seems like cab drivers like to rip people off, and 40 was as low as we could get, so beware. The Hotel was a great pool (they make you wear a swim cap), the staff is very nice, and the restaurant is very good. The restaurant serves NO booze, which seemed a little odd, but Kayseri is a very conservative city. The Hotel is also attached to a very nice shopping mall, with some food places and a great supermarket/deli. We felt out of place here as apparently no tourists really stay here. The hotel seemed pretty empty except for a soccer team. The staff all speak English and are vey accommodating. Oddly we met a English speaking lady at the mall, and she was amazed anyone would visit Kayseri, in fact we seemed to be an oddity. We stayed for a airport connection, but other than that it seemed like not much else to do in that part of the city.
- fozer (8/5): Not for the international guests who takes alcohol - The hotel is far away from the cith center. It is a business type hotel but no alcohol. The loby is not entertaining. To order a cup of tea or coffee is a problem. Breakfast is very good and delicious. Hotel staff are kind and friendly.
