Brett (1/5): Don't stay here. Ever..... - Good central location Near train lines where diesel locomotives run past all night. Rooms where filthy, had to change rooms due to the first room containing mould, also smelled fusty, dishes dirty in cupboards. 2nd room barely better. Not even a full roll of toilet paper. Beds pushed springs in your back all night, pillows the worst I've experienced, I slept on a rolled up jumper as it was more comfortable. Couch smelled of urine. Dishwasher rusty inside and hardly worked, had to wash dishes after they came out. Limited cooking pans and utensils making meal preparation very difficult. List goes on and on. Not worth the money, not even close. Oh yeah and rubbish left in rooms from previous guests, both rooms we had even after being moved, not to mention the foul mouldy towels left in the washing machine.
Alida Lee (3/5): Won't stay there again - The location was convenient. There were restaurants close by. It was dirty. There was hair in the shower. The spare blanket had obviously been used & was just bunched up on top of a low cupboard. The top of the cupboard was covered in dust. The mattress was so worn that I fell out of bed because I got too close to the edge. One of the coffee cups had not been washed. The kettle was still full of water. The bin in the bathroom was badly in need of cleaning. There were food marks on the dining table. The coffee table was dirty All I wanted to do was get out the spray & wipe & clean. The reception area was unattended as the staff was outside talking to her friends.
Simon (6/5): Nice accommodation, handy to shops. - The beds where comfortable and the view of Townsville was very nice. The air-conditioning worked very well. Walking distance to dinner, and central to everywhere in Townsville. Dishwasher in room was very rusty and did not work properly. We put it through two cycles; we had to hand wash the dishes again. Key button for roller door did not always work. Microwave took a few goes to get working?
Donna (8/5): It was comfortable - It was spacious and comfortable! They asked for a holding deposit after I had paid through Booking.com It felt like it could have been a scam, but they wouldn’t release the key without it.

lowry (6/5): Great location justs needs an upgrade with the styling to make more comfortable for people staying for a week. - The location was great for us. Staff were good. Undercover parking. The room needs an upgrade with styling & maintenance. The couch was very uncomfortable no cushions made it very unpleasant to watch tv. TV was small and old and the volume was echoing. All the furniture was old. Remotes for aircon & tv were old and hard to turn on & off. Dishwasher was not working, sink was blocked up. No communication about the gym being closed.

Belinda (9/5): Very nice apartments in a good location - The location was very central and views over the river were great. The room was well fitted out and had everything needed for an enjoyable stay. Not a big issue at all, but I did have to go and purchase some dishwasher tablets and laundry powder as none was supplied. But other than that, everything was available.
Tania (1/5): - There were lots of cockroaches throughout the apartment. The fans didn’t Work properly and Bathroom fan didn’t work. The rooms felt damp. There was no information about gym being closed for maintenance. The beds were very uncomfortable and need upgrade. If I was going to stay here again I would like a big discount or free.

Also we got locked out of 64A but when I contacted after hours which was after 11 she came out to open the room which had my partners sleep ap machine and also her medication which I was grateful No instructions to use the food dispenser

Andrea (7/5): Very enjoyable. - Central location, good BBQ and poll facilities. Friendly staff and generally quiet. Would stay here again! Facilities and apartment were outstanding. Smokers (likely permanent residents) smoking on balcony below, did not enable much use of the balcony or options to leave sliding doors open for fresh air. Bed mattresses could do with a refresh, very uncomfortable, sagging and did not provide any back support.
Tamara (7/5): Enjoyable, was a great spot to celebrate Christmas with family. - The location was great, very convenient. The facilities in the apartment were great, handy having a washing machine and dryer. Kitchen was well equipped. Pool , spa and BBQ area were a great place to relax. The beds were hard! Definitely need a topper or softer mattress. That the gym facility was unavailable.
Joy (7/5): - I like the apartment and booked it for graduation. I have also used it before when travelling to JCU for studies. The staff on duty. The one with coloured skin like mine. The lady has no sympathy and I find her rude. She did not give customer service. She keeps talking to whoever was with her there. I and my family were tired from a long journey and wanted to have an hour or two rest before driving out again. We didn't want to park in the basement yet. So we packed outside the reception among the other parking spaces there which I believe is four hours Max. We wanted to use the lift in the reception to our room. I asked her for direction at least twice and she just said "follow the instructions on your paper, the parking outside is for four hours only". Meanwhile, I wanted to use the lift from the reception to go upstairs, she refused to confirm that and just said follow the instructions (which by the way is not clear to someone new like my husband). We wondered to the other lifts outside but didn't succeed and then came back to her and she said the same thing. We were forced to take the car to the basement and had to drive out from there again in a short while. Not happy with her services and her attitude of 'I don't care'. We own a family business too and customer service is very important, even if she owns the place.

Liz (1/5): If this was my first time there I would not be coming back again. - I did not like anything about this recent stay. All other times have been great. Generally we are on the River side level 5 or 6 so we do not hear traffic, public, pub and cinema noise as we did on level 2 facing the cinema, pub, traffic intersection. Bed was shocking was a spring bed and every time my partner got into bed it just about shook me out of bed. Heard every door open and close, public noises and traffic stopping and starting up all hours of the night and morning. Crockery was greasy and dirty had to wash everything before I used it. Have spoken with attendants and request a room on the river side so will not be booking with booking.com as this is how I got this room.

Aaron (9/5): Staff fantastic, apartment pretty good and location was fabulous - Affordable for little family get away. Close to the venue that we attended. Some things in the apartment need some maintenance done or replacing. (Power points, dishwasher)

Christopher (7/5): Pleasant stay, great location but expensive for location. - Location was very convenient. The apartment was well appointed for extended stays. Having a laundry within the apartment is always a bonus and every appliance you could need. Secure garage was a necessity in this area of Townsville. High usage by trade workers which resulted in slamming heavy doors around 0600am during week days. The room was a little dated and felt the cost was high for the standard of the product. Front door used a manual key that was difficult to extract from the lock (Suspect it was bent). The remotes for the TVs were hard to use (Expect flat batteries).

Looking forward to our next visit already. - We enjoy the tranquility and privacy of the river view appartments, rooms are spacious and the rooftop pool an excellent addition. Location is also great with a variety of eating options to suit different tastes. Not really much to dislike here.

Key didn’t work correctly in door, lights flickered, shower head in laundry shower needs to be replaced, water goes all over the floor in laundry shower, main room aircon very noisy. We were locked out of one bedroom and no key to get back in as the key was on the other set of keys which the owner has.

Washing machine not working error code, visible, text sent asking for it to be fixed no reply. Furniture very used in appearance, kitchen chair visable refixed lots and clearly unsafe.
