Guest Reviews
- Allison (10/5): - we will definitely be back!
- Johanne (2/5): - Je n’avais pas loué à Eastman aux États Unis mais au Québec ,vous m’avez mal diriger
- Ned (10/5): - Clean room and quiet environment!
- Philip (8/5): - It was fine for a couple nights :)
- William (2/5): - Room was very dirty. Something was smeared on the walls, ceilings, and even on the picture frames on the walls. The room had a very mildew smell when walking into the room.
- Steve (8/5): - No complaints concerning the room. The room was clean and comfortable. It looked like it was new. It was all expected it should be.
The only complaint is the breakfast. A hot breakfast was advertised. That raises expectations of something like scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, biscuits, grits, oatmeal, pancakes or waffles. This is what I’ve had at other hotels. However, there was no hot food ready to serve. I did make my own waffle which was great. The second morning I expected to have another waffle only to discover that the waffle maker was gone. The explanation given was - waffles were only available on Monday and Wednesday. It was Tuesday and no waffles. There was plenty of good coffee. The wheat bread toast I made in place of the waffle was perfect. I will be back and if I want a hot breakfast, I will go to the Huddle House down the road.
- Danielle (2/5): Cleanliness - The room was infested with dog or pet hair and smell of urine. We had a night stay scheduled, but only decided to stay one night because I could not sleep due to the strong order of pet urine. There was blood stains on the walls in the bathroom and cigarette burns on the bedding and mirrors looked like they had not been cleaned in weeks
- Delinah (6/5): Could’ve been better. - Rooms have a bed smell. I had to go buy my own cleaning supplies, the bathtub had rings and didn’t look sanitized. I was also missing items and given the run around when I inquired about them.
- Sonya (8/5): - Friendly staff, clean room will stay against n
- Flavia (8/5): - Other than it needs a little updating and probably take up the carpet in the room it was decent
- Scott (10/5): - Excellent value; clean and comfortable.
- Nixie (4/5): - Clwqn bed good ac but no shampoo or soap and room smelled like smoke
- Gary (10/5): - Nice pool
- Angelyn (10/5): - other then the remote didn't work.
- kathryn (4/5): - Says the pool is open april 2st for the season. Its the middle of May its not open. My kids were so disappointed. And there is most definitely not a buffet breakfast. Cereal and toast. Or you can make yourself a waffle. Staff was very nice though
- Deejay (6/5): - Hotel is a little older but where we have stayed for years when we visit. Best place in town. Staff is always amazing and very kind.
On this last visit due to booking with Expedia we were placed in a smoking room. The staff found us a replacement room for one of the nights but due to being fully booked, we had to take the smoke :(
- Allen (10/5): - Exceeded my expectations
- Tameika (10/5): - Enjoyable experience and great environment and the breakfast is great.
- Charles (8/5): - They didn't have much for breakfast as they had no food delivery they told me. Walmart was right down the road and they could have sent someone to get something to cook up for the $115.00 I paid.
- Dawn (10/5): - They went above and behind to make sure we were comfortable
- Star (10/5): - Very quiet cozy clean place to stay. Will definitely return.
- Kristin (10/5): Would recommend - Very happy with this hotel. 40 year old female would recommend as a safe, well lit hotel with a decent breakfast
- Matt (10/5): - I checked in late and the staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. I appreciated that.
- Bailey (10/5): - Lovely place with kind staff. Stayed for work and couldn’t ask for better.
- Ronald (2/5): No shower - Shower curtain missing shower didn't work either
- Emerald (10/5): - Staff was very helpful and comforting, location wasn’t far from dining and shopping area, room was clean, quiet besides the train passing by lol.
- Tierro (2/5): - Needs updating
- Robert (6/5): - Pretty much the only option where we visited. We’ve been annual visitors since before COVID. The facility has deteriorated. On this stay we found a couple maintenance issues plus cleanliness and ROACHES! Yes, ROACHES. We brought it to the attention of the desk clerk and to pass it on to the manager.
- Jaimmie (10/5): - I come to town often to visit my grandma and this property is conveniently located to her. The staff is friendly, rooms are clean and the breakfast is quick and easy to grab. Much appreciated.
- Charles (10/5): - All Good
- Mary (10/5): - Good place to stay.
- Mary (10/5): Nice - Everyone was nice and breakfast was more varied than most
- Craig (4/5): - We came from Florida because of the hurricane. We reserved an accessible first floor room and had service animals with us. When we arrived, we were given a 2nd floor room. The front desk clerk was gracious enough to help switch us to first floor even though it was not accessible. The smell about knocked us over. It was a musty, mildew maybe from of smoke- it was bad. We went to Walmart to get damp rid and fabreez. We turned the ac down as low as it would go to help with the humidity. We didn’t try to switch again because we knew they were sold out. We checked out early because we couldn’t deal with the stench. The staff was all very nice though.
- Christopher (4/5): - Very few places available in Eastman, GA. The train at night was loud, also the room had a damp smell to it.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Comfortable - Very surprising this was a nice hotel for it to be a basic hotel in a small town. Very clean. The girl at the desk was very nice and helpful. Breakfast not good. We were very comfortable. Would stay there again.
- Kathy (6/5): - The pool wasn’t in working conditions was very disappointed
- Rose (8/5): - The property was ok, lot of construction when enter property & no ice ( ice machine out of order)
- Verified traveler (4/5): Didn’t have a better choice for the area - The room is dated. It smells upon entry. Had to air the room out. There was hair on the floor in bathroom the entire stay which indicated room was not swept. The bathtub in room 201 had cracks in it. If you stepped in the middle on the tub it sounded as if you were surely going to go through the floor. It felt very unsafe. Location had ran out of 2%milk. Only had skim (walmart is literally one street over but no intentions were made to restock). Lastly someone made the decision to allow paving company to come work on the parking lot leaving the lot a hot sticky mess during memorial weekend (messy tires and shoes) Who does that????
- Cathy (6/5): Weekend stay - Over all the room was clean, the carpet does need a deep cleaning or be replaced. The shower dripped all night. I did report it and no one ever came to check it out.
- Anita (4/5): - The room I was given smelled terrible, like dogs had been living there. The front desk attendant did give us another room, it smelled a little better but it still had a stench to it. The shower was dirty, had soap suds on the wall as if someone had used it before we checked in. There was also mold on the shower curtain. I will not be staying there again.
- Ernie (4/5): - Shower water controller was broken and we had to have staff assistance to get it repaired. Mattresses on beds were lumpy and not very comfortable. When we arrived to check in at 1;00 pm the room was not ready and we had to wait over two hours to get checked in.
- Barbara (10/5): Excellent - Great stay for the price ,very safe and clean quality towels and the staff was extremely accommodating
- Verified traveler (4/5): Worse visit ever - The room was musty and smelled of some kind of another unknown odor. Had to go get Lysol disinfectant and free breeze. Something bit me not sure if it was a bed bug but I have a big red welp on my arm. The room was so dusty my allergies started bothering me causing an asthma attack. I have stayed here several times before and never had problems like this. Not sure if it's under new management but it's honestly better than the other hotels in the area. Very slim pickings for the area
- Aaron (10/5): - Always a wonderful stay here. Staff is friendly and very helpful.
- Ann (10/5): - Friendly yet professional staff. Well maintained.
- Christopher (8/5): - Staff was very friendly and professional. Only issues I had was that the top sheet and comforter had a yellow stain, there was a dirty t-shift stuffed between the headboard and mattress and the shower head had built up calcium. Other than that, the room was clean and smelled nice, and the breakfast was good and hot. I would return if Im ever in that area again.
- Barbara (10/5): Great stay as always - Always a pleasure and Rhonda is amazing
- Kellie (10/5): - Walmart in the area … food in the vicinity … overall very good
- Mary (10/5): Great place to stay - This Quality Inn was a pleasant surprise. The office folks were so nice and helpful. The room was warm and clean on this cold winter night. The jetted tub was a nice amenity although we did not use it. The breakfast bar was clean and all the food was kept full.
- Roberto (8/5): - N/A
- DEBRA (8/5): - It was a nice hotel. No issues.. just a bit of noisy room neighbors, but that's not the hotel's fault.
- Kimberly (8/5): Our stay - Our stay was short and nice. My only complaint was the water did not get hot and I did see a small roach.
- Helene J (10/5): - Everything.
- Robert (6/5): - This is the only hotel in the town. We’ve been staying here year after year to visit family. Upon arrival into the room, there was a strong odor of urine. The room also had minor maintenance issues.
- Bridget (10/5): - Unlike other reviews, I really did like the cleanliness of the room and the main entrance. It’s also close to food and stores.
- Barbara (10/5): - They are great people and very accommodating
- Melanie (4/5): Never again - Painting was being done on the outside of the building. Our doors and windows were covered by plastic. After check in we could not access our rooms for two hours. Rooms had a nasty smell. The front office gave out air fresheners to cover up the smell.
- Courtney (8/5): - Clean, friendly staff, yummy breakfast and shower pressure was fantastic! IYKYK
Would stay again if in the area!
- Tammy (10/5): - They need to get better at having the egg sausage the gravy at keeping that hot.but everything else was fine playing room they just need to shampoo the carpets though other than that everything was very nice.
- Shakeela (8/5): - Rooms need to be dusted and they have a smell to them. They were renovating outside started at 8 am it was a lot of noise.
- Faith (2/5): - Bugs spiders mold throughout the room. The room felt wet with so much moisture in the air
- Barbara (10/5): - Always clean friendly and great little place to stay
- Laura (4/5): Very Disappointing - There were roaches and spiders in the room and the bathroom had dirty towels. The only reason I stayed this time, is because there are no other decent hotels in that area.
- Amy (6/5): - Average condition. Sheets were criso and fresh, really like that! Towels were hard and smelled old as if they had not been used in years. Pool was refreshing. Breakfast of eggs and coffee was pretty bad. Your coffee maker needs to be cleaned.
- Carolyn (10/5): Church revival - It’s was a very good experience Ms. Rhoda was awesome front desk person
- Dorothy (10/5): - Convenience
- Charles (10/5): - Great staff quiet very clean. Will recommend
- Angela (8/5): Not too bad for an overnight stay - Bed was clean and comfortable. Bathroom was very clean with plenty of towels. Room had an odor like stale cigarettes. Carpet was stained. Their breakfast was pretty good with lots of options. We would stay there again.
- Michael (8/5): - Nice rooms. Very clean, and friendly staff.
- Barbara (10/5): - For a small town this the best place great hot breakfast and very friendly
- Guilherme (8/5): - Clean, restaurants and Walmart close by. Good option for a small trip.
- Steven (8/5): - Room was clean and the bed comfortable. The only drawback is the air conditioning unit in the outside wall was quite noisy. Fortunately it was cool enough at night that I could turn it off.
- Sarah (4/5): - Moldy walls, outdated tubs and missing parts in them. Lots of swarming termites on the first night, and they must've sprayed insecticide heavily because the rooms smelled of chemical the second night. Old carpet. I suggest not going barefoot. Fridge didn't keep anything cold. And the breakfast? Even for a "continental, it was pitiful. Walmart brand yogurt packs and stale bread. For people with food allergies, this town's options are already very limited. The least this hotel could do is provide fresh mixed fruit. At 7:15, the coffee pot was empty and not being refilled. A dirty wet rag was in the sink of the communal dining area, which is just two tables in the lobby. Would I recommend this place? Absolutely not. The only reason they are still in existence is because it's the only hotel in town. Book the bed and breakfast instead.
- Kenneth (6/5): bathroom issues - Hair dryer didnt work. Rather thatn replace it, a sign was up that it didnt work. Bathroom door would not shut. Minor maintenance would remedy the problems.
- Susan Gattis (10/5): - Beds were clean and very comfortable.
- Dusty (6/5): - Don't complain about your stay with the staff, if you had a problem they just laugh..
- Dawn M (10/5): One night stay - Nothing fancy. This was a one night stay to visit family on our way to Florida. The staff was friendly and the room was comfortable enough. Room could use some detail cleaning and maintenance, but overall not bad.
- Bethany (10/5): - We stay here every year during Peaches to Beaches. Easy to access along Hwy 341 and it is always clean.
- Duane (8/5): - Decent place for a decent price. Carpet was badly stained but the property was otherwise in good shape. Just fine for a smaller city
- Marcos (10/5): Clean and great value. - Very friendly staff. The property is well lit and clean. Nice breakfast included with stay.
- Candace (10/5): Def the place to stay in Eastman - Room was very clean and the housekeeper lady was so sweet.
- Aaron (10/5): One of my favorite places to stay. - This place is amazing. From the rooms to the area to the ever so pleasant staff you couldnt ask for better. I highly recommend the hotel. Its the only place ill stay in the area.
- Josephine (10/5): Friendly Staff - My stay was good. I felt safe and staff was friendly as well as attentive to my needs. I was traveling alone & with my pet. Staff was very accommodating.
- Tomul (4/5): Decent - The accommodations are just okay. I received towels with ants.
- Alice (10/5): - A fine night, but the AC is loud when it kicks on. I liked the pillows, coffee and quick breakfast foods. Sheets were clean and well made beds.
- Tamika (6/5): - Disappointed…Not what I expected for 2022.
- Jesus A (10/5): - The hotel was located just a short walk from the event I went to
- Laura (6/5): - Stay was okay, shower curtains not long enough to catch water when showering, toilet had hair around it on floor, and hair on back of door in bathroom.
- Wanda (8/5): - Staff friendly, property is pretty and quiet. The rooms were nice. But the odor in the room was nauseating, it smell like old urine. I suggest the carpet gets a VERY good cleaning and treated for urine odor.
- David (10/5): - .

- Carol (10/5): - quiet and clean
- Diana (10/5): - The place was quiet for the most part withe exception of the lady checking out next door. Nice place to stay, will stay again. Front desk ladies were polite and efficient as well.
- Rita (10/5): - Great place clean and staff was nice.
- willie (10/5): - Enjoyed the stay, excellent and professional staff
- HELEN (10/5): - Checking was quick and easy! Very friendly personnel. Room was clean and had everything we needed.
- Carol (10/5): - quiet and clean
- Verified traveler (8/5): A Nice Place To Stay but….. - My room was very clean and well-made. However, I had to ask for a different room initially because the first room I checked into smelled like cigarette smoke. The second room smelled like cigarette smoke as well but I just decided to suck it up. There were several individuals standing around their pick up trucks with the back gates down drinking beer and smoking. I have a feeling this is not an uncommon occurrence at this Quality Inn. So I’m not sure if there was actual smoking in my room prior to my stay or if just the pervasive odor of cigarette smoke is due to the smoking that occurs right outside the rooms in general.
- Kenneth (10/5): - Convenient along my route of travel; good availability of parking; front desk person was very friendly and helpful, expeditious, too. This hotel was very clean, even the grounds were well kept.
