• Nadia (6/5): - Hotel bien situé car proche de Malin plaza mais du coup hyper bruyant toute la nuit. La salle de bain laisse a desirer aussi. Enfin piscine inaccessible car en travaux et évidemment on est pas prevenu a l'avance.
• Karolina (6/5): - The location is very good - near the beach and right by one of the night markets. However, there's milions of scooters passing by the hotel day and night which makes it extremely noisy. Cleanliness of the bathroom could be better although altogether the place is clean. I had my towels and sheets changed often and the room can be cleaned upon request. Nice and spacious room, good for relaxing, apart from the noise. Remember that upon checkout they will check your room so make sure you have enough time. The deposit was an unpleasant surprise, wish there was another option than only cash.

• Danila (2/5): - The pool is dirty, water is yellow-green like a swamp. No poolside bar and no gym, although they were advertised. When you in your room, opposite windows are so close, so you can hear every single word from rooms of next building. In overall, the room is ok. Rating because of lie in description and photoshopped photos.

• pontus (4/5): - There was ants or some kind of all insects all over my room, the balcony couldn’t get shut. The night staff was sleeping on a couch in the lobby and I had to pay extra for a later check out. Bad service.

Market next to hotel with food, clothing, gifts at very cheap prices. The pool is clean & the view from the roof is relaxing. Staff always available to assist with directions & suggestions. • Verified traveler (6/5): Close to the beach - I booked a balcony room with city views but was given a room with a view looking between the next door building and directly into someone else's room. After complaining I was given a room on the other side of the building. The bathroom had patches of grouting missing and could've done with an overall deep clean. The pipes also stunk out the room every time it rained.

• daisy (10/5): Lovely hotel - Really nice hotel, receptionist was lovely. Only a 15 minute walk to the nightlife and a 2 minute walk to a food market. The pool was also great to chill around during the day when it was too hot to go to the beach. Was amazing value for money!! Only negative was that the air con wasn’t that great but did the job.

Pour dormir impossible avant 6h du matin,une population banlieue/racaille passe son temps dans la rue a mettre le bazar!

Reasonable location just a few minutes walk from the beach, with lots of bars and eating places close by. Staff were helpful and nice.

• Verified traveler (6/5): Cheap room, but problems checking in. - Beware, paid through Hotels.com but when I arrived they wanted 1000 baht deposit and check in took well over 1/2 an hour. First they couldn't find my booking, they asked me to pay again, finally they found it, when I asked for the manager, another 10 minutes went by and I said not to worry!! Unprofessional. On the good side, it was cheap, room ok, private balcony but the double bed was 2 single beds pushed together..but it was good value for money.
• Charlotta (4/5): Feedback M narina. - First day we arrived, the aircondition in our room did not work. We told this to the staff anf they said they would look it up. They said it would be ok but the first night it did still not work and it was SO hot in our room. We complained but they said they could not do anything until next day.. After a while when we said we can not sleep in that heat they finally upgraded us to a new room that also had a better balcony wiew. Hotel has good location, next to nightmarket, family market, restaurants and shops. Much noise from street at nighttime. Hard beds. Cleaning was not good. Seemed as if they only wiped the floor and gave us new towels. Breakfast at hotel was nothing special, little to choose from, so much people and small place. We ate breakfast at a nearby restaurant instead. Pool at hotel roof was not suitable for children but ok for adults.

First cleaning of floors after 9 days stay. she charfed us one drink out of minibar we never consumed. under the beds a collection of dirt s nd rubbish of former guests. rest of hotel is good for 2 stars receptionists friendly and professional. Manager of hotel very nice person, was really helpful to us.

• Dylan (8/5): cheap and amazing hotel - Very nice hotel, have no negatives I could really say about the place. Good wifi, nice clean rooms on a daily basis, close to the beach and just a 10 minute walk to all the buzz.
• Bertrand (2/5): Plus jamais ! - EACH TIME THAT YOU COME WITH LADY : YOU MUST PAY 300 Bath C'est la grosse surprise alors que j'avais réservé une chambre pour 2 personnes, jamais vu ce règlement sur ma réservation et sur tout les hôtel de Patong. je connaissais bien cet établissement (séjourné plusieurs fois), mais très déçu cette fois-ci. En plus j'avais réservé un lit double et j'ai eu une chambre avec deux lits simples collés et une TV qui grésille (enceinte HS) difficulté pour changer de chambre (hôtel soi-disant complet en basse saison!!!) seconde chambre avec lit double obtenu : mieux mais mauvaise réception TV (un réglage de l'antenne de l’hôtel serai nécessaire). Hôtel qui privilégie les familles (Russe, en particulier), il semblerai.

• Holly (10/5): Great hotel - Great hotel, excellent rooms, close to the beach and nightlife, also there's an excellent night market around the corner for good cheap food as well as plenty of restaurants nearby.
• MARK (6/5): Not for light sleepers - Good value for 15 quid a night but stay spoilt by revving of motor bikes and a Jeep with no exhaust driving around the block at all hours practicing emergency stops. Some people are just wrong in the head. No fault of the hotel which I would otherwise recommend.
• Tourist (8/5): Staff, restaurant, linen - The management was great especially Lavant, the hotel manager and the restaurant manager. Rest of the staff works based upon hierarchy. Breakfast buffet is only 100 baht = to $3 USD, and has improved and competitive after they found out about the reviews. The Thai food during dinner in the restaurant is excellent along with the fresh fruit shakes which is equivalent to our smoothies. It appears most of the hotels in the area subcontract their linens to be washed and everyone is complaining. The best thing is to do is tip 20 to 50 baht if you need something done.
• Chiek Lee (10/5): good - satisfied with this hotel, comfortable rooms which suitable for vacation, the staff are helpful, beside the hotel got food market, 7-11 and family mart just around the corner, we will stay here again if we come to patong.
• WH (8/5): - The hotel was not very far from the beach and was quiet at nights. The staff spoke English and was helpful. The cleaning staff was conscientious about cleaning rooms, but not overly agressive. Overall, a good stay.

• Jordan (6/5): Decent hotel - Good Location, away from the chaos of Patong. In the Russia district of Patong, rooms are all tile with very thin glass to outside, so we could hear everything outside, and in the hallways. Room was what you would expect for a 3 star, most important is cleanliness which was ok. Overall good value if this is what your looking for
