- John (9/5): Excellent, we will definitely use Willin House again - Very good location close to Central Pier, Lovely room, great breakfast, friendly staff, parking space provided, keyless entry (doors unlocked by code, no need to remember a key) Shower was a bit weak, but still did the job
- Sarah (10/5): - Very friendly staff breakfast cooked fresh and was delicious close to everything we wanted room was clean with comfy beds Everything was perfect
- Tracy (10/5): Comfortable bed and great breakfast, what more do you need? - Comfortable room that looked and smelled clean. Good position for what we wanted in Blackpool. Breakfast was great, perfectly cooked with plenty of tea! Parking very convenient. Staff friendly and helpful. All in all a great stay and we will use again when in the area. Can’t think of anything. For the money it was great.

- Beverley (10/5): - Thank you soooo much. You, your husband and your daughter were really lovely 😍 Nothing. Everything was so nice and owners was really really kind and supportive.
- Maria (8/5): -
- Joe (10/5): -
- Siwan (9/5): - Friendly owners Nothing really.... just not 5 star... but absolutely lovely for blackpool
- Thomas (3/5): - Very unorganised, had to phone to check in and the hotel in the evening had a bad smell of Green. The bar area was a storeroom for bedsheets ect so opted not to have a drink. Didn’t hang around for breakfast.
- John (10/5): -
- Nikki (8/5): Perfect for one night - I received a text in the morning offering us an free upgrade from our family room with a private bathroom on the first floor to a room with an en-suite, not to sure what the difference is but the room was cosy and perfect for a one night stay, (2 adults and 2 children) we only spent 10mins in it at check in time, then to sleep but it was really clean, beds were comfortable, bedding smelt lovely, plenty pillows and the duvet was warm. Nice mini fridge in the room, kettle, cups, coffee, milk and sugar sachets. Bathroom was small, didn’t use the shower so can’t comment on that, towels were provided.
Dining room was laid out nice. No menus, but we were all offered a full English (even my 3 year old) and the cooked breakfast was delicious, you could help yourself to juice, milk and cereal, coffee was served super hot with a jug of milk.
The only couple of points the owners could look at and consider, but be assured they wouldn’t stop me from booking again, are the lids on the cereal containers were dusty, the milk and juice although cold were on a shelf over a radiator which was on. Our bathroom door didn’t shut and there was an extension lead with the fridge and kettle plugged in which I’m not sure is safe in a hotel.
Overall I would recommend this hotel, thank you for a lovely stay. Needs a bit of an update, decor is dated.
- sharon (10/5): Highly recommend - Great location friendly and lovely and clean and excellent service the breakfast was amazing N/a
- Christina (6/5): - The close proximity to the north pier and tower Was disappointed we wasn't aware we needed to pay for a parking permit to park outside the hotel until the morning we were travelling there however on booking.com dosent say anything about this however the 30 pound was refunded the following day staff were lovely and acomadating
- geraldine (6/5): - Andrea was very warm, welcoming and helpful. Room facilities were quite generous. Lots of tea etc and a fridge. No curtains so sun came in very early. Sheets bit scratchey. Both those things meant we didn't sleep well
- Sharon (7/5): Clean friendly good location and great value for money!! Breakfast was amazing spec the coffee 🙂 - Friendly staff and their children Just a personal preference of the toilet not been in our room.
- Craig (9/5): -
- Shannon (8/5): Fabulous stay with my little family - Hotel was lovely, from entering to our room it smelt lovely & the room was clean & tidy.
Tea/coffee facilities with a fridge, bathroom spotless. Beds were comfy, my partner actually said it was the best sleep he had in years! Lol breakfast was also really nice.
They welcomed us like family & nothing was too much trouble....we actually ended up booking an extra night 😃
Perks free parking & location is fantastic! Would definately stay again.
- Pauline (1/5): - Nothing
Rude staff, bedding dirty, no heating Rude staff, dirty bedding no heating
Wouldn't stay never again....
- Michael (6/5): I had an issue with the water heater but the staff quickly sorted it out. Lovely service and location with free parking - The staff and location

- Michelle (6/5): - Location
- Zoe (10/5): Thank you we will defiantly come back - The area is ideal !!! We stayed for 2 nights and the hosts were exceptional !!! The room was clean and had everything we needed. My two children said they would give them 10 stars lol, we will defiantly be back Room was small but didn’t bother us!
- Jckie (7/5): -
- Kirsty (10/5): Fabulous stay at Willin House 😊 Thank you - The staff were friendly and very helpful. The hotel was very clean, and I noticed it always had a refreshing smell around the place. It was very quiet throughout also, and we slept well in the very comfortable beds. Our room itself was better than we had expected, and my children were disappointed to leave, requesting we return for another stay soon! They were particularly grateful for the Wi-Fi service, and the extra tv, and mini fridge in their bedroom section. Thank you for a lovely stay, hope to return soon. Nothing
- John (10/5): - Fabulous hotel with wonderful warm owners. Great location and fantastic value for money. Will definitely be back again Nothing!
- david (10/5): -
- Catherine (7/5): Reasonably priced overall good stay , few things that could be better - The breakfast was great - nice addition as complimentary
The location , perfect for what we wanted
Free Parking bonus that’s included too as Blackpool can be expensive.
Overall Reasonably priced.
Clean
Pleasant host The family room had a triple bunk bed which was less than ideal as the bottom one was coffin like and the top one was extremely high to the ceiling
The light between the rooms flashed all night every few seconds and kept us awake most of the night.
Found the double bed uncomfortable, but that could just be my preference as mattress was hard
The host was very nice although I feel she was overstretched and needed some more staff , waited 45mims for breakfast which took us past check out time , not that she seemed bothered about that.
There is nobody at reception to see you in , (despite the host asking x3 times what time we were due to arrive) and waited a while whilst unknowing to me host dealt with someone else.
Many people seemed to be waiting around not knowing where to go. Again host was very nice but seemed not to be able to be in all places all times.
- Sam (9/5): Great, friendly, clean and cosy B&B. One of the best in Blackpool. Well located near central and north piers. - Nice, cosy and very welcoming entrance to the property. Very friendly staff who couldn’t do any more for us, the best thing is the staff, a family run business. Breakfast was fantastic too. Nice warm radiators too. Very clean and tidy, and great wee lounge area and well stocked bar too. Decor is a wee bit run down in some of the rooms. But owners said the place is due and redecoration soon. But i would definitely return again
- Clive (7/5): - Good location for attractions, friendly service. Basic price for small on suite room, ok just for a couple of days.
- Lijo (8/5): -
- Christopher (7/5): - I had a lovely stay at Willin House Hotel. The hosts and their family were polite, friendly, and made me feel very welcome from the moment I arrived. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy, and I really appreciated the warm, homely atmosphere.
The location was great, with the beach, pier, and football stadium all within a 15-minute walk. There are also a few local pubs, pool clubs, takeaways, and supermarkets nearby, which made it really convenient.
The price for two nights was very reasonable, and breakfast was available at an additional cost.
Overall, I had an enjoyable stay and would be happy to return for a few nights again. The “family” room was on the smaller side for a family, but it was the perfect size for two people. It was clean, tidy, and the bed was very comfortable — I slept well both nights.
Parking is a bit limited, located behind locked gates at the back of the hotel. I did feel slightly awkward each time I needed to get the car, but the staff were always cheerful and helpful — nothing was ever too much trouble.
- Lindfield (10/5): My veiw - Beging close to all amenities Coming home
- Mariana (6/5): - Friendly staff The room could use some renovation.
- Beata (10/5): - The hotel owner was very nice. The room was large and comfortable. The breakfast was very tasty.
- David (1/5): -
- Gwion (8/5): Great location, friendly staff, clean and comfy room and a nice breakfast - The super friendly owners and location Needs some tlc but owners said it was a work in progress
- Claire (8/5): Hosts very accommodating and helpful. - Location and free parking
- Denys (9/5): A really pleasant stay — clean, comfortable, great location and lovely hosts. - We stayed for one night and really enjoyed it. The room was clean and everything worked as it should. Parking on the street was easy when we arrived around 2pm (it might get trickier later on). The location is excellent — close to the town centre, the beach, and Blackpool Stadium. The hosts were lovely, friendly and really helpful. Perfect for a short stay! The only minor downside was the sound insulation — we could hear people talking quite loudly in the corridor and nearby rooms when we were trying to fall asleep. It didn’t last long and wasn’t too bad, but worth mentioning.
- Tinson (8/5): Family stay - Great location. Family friendly. Room was large enough for a family of 4 with storage for clothes. Narrow corridors but expected from a B&B.
- Amanda (8/5): -
- Zara (10/5): Great for a 1 night stay in Blackpool - Location. Staff were Realy helpful All good - get what you pay for :)
- STELLA (9/5): Fabulous - Great location, clean and comfortable, great breakfast! Staff a very friendly and accommodating. A really great stay. We would definitely return. Nothing

- Jeanette (4/5): -
- Gillian (7/5): -
- Dawn (10/5): - Very welcoming , lovely accomidating couple ,parking was great 👍 overall lovely stay
- steve (9/5): Stopover break - The hotel was excellent throughout. The lady was brilliant, friendly, helpful and could do no more. The children were good fun as well. Very close to everything, with the added bonus of secure parking. Highly recommended Nothing really, all was fine.
- lorna (8/5): -
- Leeann (10/5): Best memories made with my son xx - The way we were welcomed into there family business, and mafe to feel save as it was just me and my 4 year old there ,,breakfast was lovely ,beds comfy and good shower clean, perfect location too will definitely be back bring my mum and brother nxt time?x Only thing maby a lamp for the room we were in as big light too bright so had to keep bathroom light on wen y son was asleep,
- Leanne Gowler (9/5): Lovely stay - Had a lovely 3-night stay. Close walking distance to Blackpool Tower, Coral Island, Sealife Centre, Madame Tussauds and shopping areas. Clean rooms. The bathroom had a shower which provided good hot water. Tea and coffee-making facilities are provided. Full English breakfast and continental available at extra cost for us as we booked without. The host was lovely and very helpful. I would definitely stay again. Plenty of plug sockets but a little far away from a mirror if you wish to use them while styling your hair. Minor issue.
- Grant (10/5): -
- Almeida Fox (5/5): Normal - The breakfast was very good. Very small room and wifi didn't work nor did the 5G have a signal. It was impossible to use my cell phone in the hotel, so I ended up forgetting my phone there, when parking in front, on the public road we were fined despite having a disability card.
- Amrit (10/5): - Clean room, nice staff. Near the strip,
- Colin (9/5): Excellent for staying in blackpool close to the action. - Excellent location just off the front a d close to the tower.
Staff were excellent
- Maureen (10/5): - The hosts were super friendly, great location, free parking and breakfast was fabulous 👌
Would definitely stay again when in Blackpool
- Paul (9/5): Fantastic. Will definitely stay again if we travel to Blackpool. - Excellent location. Most comfortable bed ever. Couldn't fault anything.
- Daniel coles (8/5): -
- Tracy (10/5): -
- Clive (8/5): -
- Alan (10/5): -
- Michael (10/5): -
- Mia (8/5): Great location close to the tower and coral island, very friendly helpful staff, clean room, comfortable stay, breakfast - Great location close to the tower and coral island, very friendly helpful staff, clean room, comfortable stay, breakfast was lovely and affordable - good value for money. Dated decor, feel like it could do with abit of money spent on it. Bedroom was ok but bathroom ceiling didn’t look great and the sealing around the bathroom was hanging off in places.
- Shrikar (9/5): A very pleasant stay - The Staff was very friendly. She kindly offered us to show the way to the hotel's parking lot and stand at the entrance to guide us. The room was clean with all the facilities as described. 1. The hotel check-out time is too soon for a Sunday. Should have been at 11 or offer late checkout
2. Breakfast closes very soon on a Sunday as well. The breakfast timing should be till 11 at least on weekends.
- Lee (9/5): -
- Jenna (10/5): -
- Jonathan (10/5): Welcoming hosts and great location - Great place to stay, Lukas and his family were so welcoming, had great chat with Lukas in the bar. Great central location too, we wer staying in Blackpool particularly for the Darts at the Winter Gardens, so was great location.
- Karina (8/5): Great value for money, friendly staff. - Great location. Staff were fantastic, really looked after us. Helped with our luggage, allowed us to check in a few hours earlier and helped with parking.
- Layla (3/5): Just a place to sleep - The location was good short walks to both shopping centres and the sea front.
Comfy beds. Very small room, wifi didn’t work in room - to far from router, communal area (bar, pool room) very cluttered and dark, not very inviting
- Jiordan (10/5): Amazing, staff were so friendly and really attentive, rooms were clean and comfortable and breakfast was lovely! - We loved that the hotel was located right in the middle of everything, just a short walking distance to all of the main attractions which was perfect for the kids. The rooms were clean, gorgeous breakfast was well worth the money and the owners were so friendly! Nothing was a bother anything we needed they were so attentive. We had a really good stay, The only thing that I could really comment on was that the room was hot and no way to cool down other than opening the windows which mens interrupted sleep due to other hotel guests out having cigarette and chatting late at night, but apart from that everything else was really good and we will definitely return when we come back to blackpool.
- Stuart (8/5): - Friendly helpful patrons, clean and tidy. However lack of parking space could be a problem. Hotel within easy walking distance to promenade and, if you go to the football, its close to the stadium.
- David (7/5): -
- Sarah (9/5): -
- Dianne (6/5): - It was clean room very small great hot water nice couple
- Haile (10/5): - Every thing was amazing
- Barbara (8/5): Vriendelijke eigenaren, schone, ruime kamers, lekkere Engelse ontbijt - Vriendelijke eigenaren, lekkere Engelse ontbijt, goede locatie, op loopafstand naar Winter Gardens, goede WiFi Vervallen buurt
- Vandra (10/5): nice place to stay. staff very good and helpful. lovely breakfast. - clean room. location good. didn.t like the bottom sheets on the bed. too scratchy.
- Trijntje (8/5): A comfortable hotel with the warmest welcome you could think of - The couple running the hotel are incredibly helpful, kind and welcoming! Car parking in the street, but this wasn’t a big issue as there was a multistory car park around the corner.
- Sinead (9/5): -
- Maegan (9/5): - Very clean, staff very attentive and nothing too much trouble. Great facilities and the fridge in the room added bonus. Beds really comfortable and lovely smelling linen.
- Leon (9/5): Friendly and fun, great location. - The hosts Lukas and Andrea are such lovely people. Friendly and very accommodating to their guests. They make you feel very welcome, with such a great sense of humour. Both work incredibly hard in their growing business. Situated slightly away from the busy area, the location is ideal for a brief 3 minute walk to the beach promenade at Central Pier. The accommodation is worn in areas, but with a humbling feel, don't be put off by that though, it is clean, comfortable, and a perfect bargain. I highly recommend a stay at Willin House. We will definitely be returning customers.. Nothing
- sarah (10/5): -
- Melissa (10/5): Fab stay, would 100% recommend - We booked this very last minute (the afternoon before) and were not disappointed. Lukas the host was lovely and very welcoming, messaged us on the morning of arrival to let us know our room was ready and was happy for us to check in and leave our bags so we could go out and make the most of our day. We will definitely book to stay again.
The location is fab too as it just up the road from the central pier so very handy for all the attractions around there and the Tower area.
- Samantha (6/5): - Location
- Paula (8/5): Lovely staff, a warm welcome and a delicious breakfast - The hotel was clean and the breakfast was delicious. The staff were really friendly and even servec breakfast early do me and my daughter could eat before we had to leave really early. The room was a little small and was not very sound proof. The location in Blackpool is really close to the centre but is not in the best area.
- Carol (9/5): Excellent B & B - Clean, friendly staff, free car parking, excellent breakfast. Brilliant location 10 minutes walk to central Blackpool. Highly recommended and would certainly have no hesitation in booking again next time I'm in Blackpool. Nothing
- Mohammed (10/5): -
- Georgina (9/5): Great - The owner was very friendly and made you feel welcome Nothing
- Elsworth (8/5): - Ideally situated for my visit to Blackpool close enough to where I needed to be.
Room was ok can't complain
- Allison (8/5): -
- Stuart (10/5): - Great location 👌 , staff so welcoming and friendly !
My daughter of 6 years old was nervous coming in but felt so comfortable after minutes,
Great room clean and tidy , not any major noise at night so peaceful sleep
Location again is 10/10
Views of tower and under 5mins walk to centre pear which is a straight path
Breakfast was excellent 👌
No rush come as you please as we asked for preference time roughly when we arrived which was good
Nice wee play area for kids which the enjoyed on arrival, before breakfast and amd after No issues
- Gemma (1/5): Awful hotel but lovely staff sorry - Property was awful dated very badly inside rooms very small tight squeeze smell like damp and bed sheets were dirty all around valance sheet but staff are absolutely lovely family The property was awful to be honest could of got a main big hotel on front for pice paid but we like to support smaller hotels but was awful dirty sheet around bed small dirty outdated inside smells like damp but staff are lovely
