- Sherpa44467323852 (6/5): Great location and some opportunities - ⭐⭐⭐ 3 out of 5 stars I stayed at the Aloft Hotel Downtown Orlando and had a mixed experience. The room itself was very spacious, which was a big plus, and the staff—especially the bartender—were extremely friendly and welcoming. The location is also great and very convenient. That said, there were some notable downsides. There were no toiletries in the room, which was surprising and inconvenient. I stayed on the 8th floor, and the noise from cars on the nearby highway was significant and made it very difficult to sleep. Additionally, the QR code for the in-room dining menu didn’t work, nor did the option in the app. While the front desk did text us the menu personally (which I appreciated), the food options were very limited. Overall, the hotel has a great location and genuinely friendly staff, but issues with noise, amenities, and dining options held the experience back.

No microwave in the room and there was a large gap when the bathroom door was shut, you could still see right in. There aren't any hooks in such a large room, a lot of unused space. The bartender was swearing and rude during a football game we were watching. We were fans of the opposite team.

It's in a good location downtown and close to Lake Eola Park. You have to order food on an app. Breakfast was basic and disappointing. Some menu items are ok.

There was an issue when my mother was being checked in and the front desk staff was not listening to understand but listening to respond and this made the process longer than it needed to be.

The room was spacious, including the spacious handicap bathroom that made it easy for my mother. The atmosphere was pleasant. The room got nice and cold quickly. The room was nice and clean with plenty of clean towels. The beds were comfy and the curtains sealed the windows nicely to keep out the morning sun. They were all really kind and considerate with helping my mother with her motorized wheel chair. Last night, Nef went above and beyond the call of service and made sure all of our belongings made it safely to our room and even helped me and my mother get to our play across the way on time with no hassle. This morning we were greeted with the same level chivalry and hospitality. Juvante and Roshorn aided my mother and I as we checked out. Making sure we had all the assistance we needed. Its men like them that helped to make this a fun and memorable experience.

- msmyka (10/5): Solid modern vibe social hotel with comfortable rooms and friendly team - Aloft is comfortable hotel with friendly staff in the downtown area. Here’s the details: the hotel itself looks to be older but has been renovated to a modern vibe. The rooms are very large, beds and pillows are comfy the showers are walk in and offer nice products currently dry-bar. The lobby and common areas have a club and social type vibe. The staff is always helpful and full of smiles, the bar has a friendly staff (especially Matt). The menu is simple and good enough to keep you here instead of venturing out to a downtown which has sparse offerings at night. The bar has a happy hour and seems to drawl in locals as well as guests. Overall the stay is great I only was disappointed by the gym because it doesn’t have a Peloton or spin bike. But if you want a treadmill or elliptical and the usual small gym equipment you’ll be satisfied.

The staff was amazing, the rooms are clean and the location in downtown Orlando was perfect! The pool table and bar were a perfect night cap! We walked everywhere we needed to go including to the Kia Center to catch a Solar Bears Hockey game! The sales manager Tiffany was attentive, efficient and made arranging 14 rooms as simple as possible! Personalized thank you letters were the perfect touch!! We will definitely stay here again!

- leuf2023 (10/5): Dope valet and the dogs at the desk - The guys at a loft valet were amazing. We were here for a wedding and came with kids who also needed a lot from the car at all times. They were very professional and knowledgeable about the area. Their names include Luis Roshorn Jervontae Ricky Major Also the dog at the desk. How cool for the kids to see. So sweet

The customer service was top-notch from check-in to check-out—friendly, attentive, and accommodating at every turn. The meeting room on the 6th floor was perfect for our needs: spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped for a productive working session. Our team also stayed in several guest rooms, which were modern, clean, and comfortable after long days of meetings. Highly recommend Aloft Orlando Downtown for business gatherings or team offsites. Great location, great service, and an overall smooth experience.

The rooms were spotless, modern, and beautifully designed — a perfect mix of comfort and style. The location was ideal for all of our events, with everything just steps away. Every entertainer in my group loved their rooms, and the hotel’s upbeat atmosphere made us feel right at home. Staff were friendly and professional, and the entire stay felt seamless from start to finish. It was a joyful, pride-filled experience, and I’ll definitely be returning for future events!

- shaunas376 (2/5): Beware of not having a room - Hate to do this, but these guys did me dirty. I was headed into town for a board meeting and booked a room at the Aloft for two nights well in advance. I arrived after a five hour flight only to be informed that they cancelled my reservation claiming my credit card didn’t work. While I was waiting in the lobby trying to find a new hotel I was informed that it was because they were overbooked that they “cancelled” my reservation. Hmm. Oh, and my credit card was working just fine when I booked my other hotel. Interesting, huh? So if you want a room, don’t book here.

- Megan (6/5): - Room wasn’t the most clean, room service took forever (even when not ordering anything hot) - one time they didn’t even bring it - and there was a water leak in my room so water started leaking from the ceiling!

- Edna (8/5): - This is our go to hotel whenever we come into town for music or theater events! Fabulous rooms with climate controlled ac, swivel tv, plenty of room to spread out! My only negative would be the hassle it has become to get your car out of valet and lack of staff (bartenders) at the Pink event. Never got to try the appetizers as they never came by us at the bar. Other than that we will definitely return!
