• Lorena Natalia (7/5): CÓMODO Y ÚTIL PARA POCOS DÍAS - El Lugar es lindo, pequeño, tiene balcón que da a la Collins y aunque afuera sea un bullicio constante, adentro no se siente nada de ruido. se puede dormir y descansar bien. fuimos solamente 3 días, cumplió con lo que necesitábamos. Solo me costó acomodar el AA porque de a ratos sentía mucho frío, y directamente tenía que apagarlo porque no podíamos subir la T° Principalmente no me gustó la llegada, había un auto estacionado de la persona de la recepción del complejo en la zona de descarga de valijas y descenso de pasajeros, y si bien hay un cartel de Prohibido estacionar, o parar solo 15 min para descenso, ella no quiso moverlo y nos dijo que bajemos las cosas en la calle, lo cual por el tráfico del lugar es IMPOSIBLE. Así que tuvimos que frenar a la vuelta y llevar TODO más de 150 mtrs. Fue estresante realmente. Luego otra cosa es que reservamos el lugar para 4 personas. Pero había 3 SILLAS solamente jaja, y 3 TENEDORES. Así que nos teníamos que ir turnando para pinchar una porción de Pizza. si bien NO TIENE COCINA lo que yo alquilé, te lo venden como algunos servicios como para poder comer ahí. pero bue, quizás la limpieza podría mejorar también un poco. ... excepto eso, fue cómodo, y útil para nuestra necesidad.

In a perfect location to everything you need while in south beach. can be a bit noisy with the party crowd after their night out and the housekeeping staff as well in the mornings as they chatter up and down the hallway doing the rooms.

• Ariel (4/5): - The location it’s the only good thing about this place, you’re near about all you’ll need at Miami Beach. Basically everything in this place isn’t good, bed it’s uncomfortable and place not in good conditions, the place it’s ugly and feels so underground, there is no lobby or staff taking care of the building, even if there is a secure code to access the building, many people than does not belong the place can easily walk in, there was many bad smells and overall unsafe, no body warns you that you have to lock the door before close it when going outside or anyone can access to your room.

No está el alojamiento como se ve en la publicación de booking - Su ubicación Sucio, artefacto cocina destruido y sucio, camas incómodas, llave con código que no funcionaba, no nos dejaron sábanas al llegar de noche, reservamos para 5 perspnas y había vajilla, sillas, sábanas y toallas solo para 4 personas.

• Christian (7/5): - The location is amazing, we also had beach beds included during our stay, and the staff was really nice. The room smelled of damp, there was no security at night (someone even tried to get into our room in the middle of the night), and on some nights it was impossible to sleep due to very loud guests. There was no way to adjust the air conditioning, and it was also very loud. The cleaning was not great. I wouldn’t recommend staying for more than 3–4 days.
• Jánosné (1/5): Maga a pokol - Sajnos előbb nem lehetett átvenni,csak 16 órakor Ez a szállás maga a mocsok, ócska kopott ,penészes,büdös .Már érkezéskor a kő ragadt a kosztól, az ágy alatt szemét ,rozoga ajtó , rozsdás szék, az ablakon nem lehet kilátni ,mert előtte van vilaly doboz valószínűleg. Olyan büdös volt bent,hogy azonnal ki kellett menjek inkább az utcára. A recepció előtt volt , nagyon hangos, kértem másik szobát nem adtak. Ilyen ócska kopott szálláson még nem voltam . A képek beszélő viszonyba sincsenek a valósággal.Nem ajánlom senkinek.

• Kathy (9/5): ovarall I had a great stay - great location next to beach, food, transpotation & landmarks everything is right outside your door - staff is very friendly and the rooms are great - the oven in my room didn't work too well but that is not to take away from the hotel I've stayed at this location plenty of times & this was a first - I was just too lazy to change rooms after unpacking

When we arrived, the room wasn’t clean. There was sand all over the floor, the bathroom was dirty, and the mirror had hand marks on it. It seemed like the room hadn’t been cleaned before our arrival. Also, there were only 2 towels even though we were 4 people.

Se nota que Booking no ha inspeccionado el alojamiento, ni han leído las opiniones que hay en varias webs o app coko Tripadvisor. No llegué a entrar porque el sitio por dentro es un asco y con el tema se su recepción automática no se accede con facilidad a la clave. En mi familia estábamos con una menor se edad y el sitio no resultaba adecuado. No tienen control de nada, no nos alojamos en un sitio inseguro, cochino y me mandan una encuesta de cómo me fue, si nunca me alojé.
• Daniela (5/5): Não me serve. - A localização é muito boa, pois está no coração da Ocean Beach. Camas confortável e chuveiro muito bom. Cozinha, geladeira, fogão e mesa para refeições. O local é muito, mas muito sujo. O banheiro tinha cheiro de banheiro público, as roupas de cama não tinham cheiro de limpas e a acomodação toda tinha sujeira. Não tem lugar para deixar o carro e os estacionamentos da volta são muito caros.

La cocina esta bien equipada, heladera grande, horno, microondas, y todo lo necesario para comer platos cubiertos servilleta para lavar los platos, hoyas, sarten. El trato del personal malísimo. Cuando llegamos pedimos un late check out y nos dijeron que eso lo tenemos que ver el dia del out. Cuando fuimos a ver ese tema en el front nos dice que eso lo teníamos que aclarado desde el check in. El front esta de 10 a 18, si te pasa algo después o necesitas algo no tenes a nadie a quien llamar. La limpieza es solo para estadías de mas de 4 días, menos no, no te sacan la basura ni nada.

Limpeza deixa a desejar e o exterior do apartamento é bem estranho. Meio velho, aspecto de pouco cuidado, elevador antigo.

Tive que comprar um colchão inflável para dormir no chão. Absurdo isso! Procurei outras acomodações e não tinha! O funcionário disse que essa acomodação seriam para 3 pessoas. Estava com dois adolescentes que foram para competir. Quarto para duas pessoas e não para 3. Ridículo

• De Fan (7/5): All in all it was a nice stay. - It’s close to everything. No need to worry about transportation to get around. The bed was not sturdy enough. There was a screw loose. It felt like it was about to break with any slight movement. And the door to enter the room feels like anyone can kick it down.

• Kelly (2/5): If you like to be up all night and love the flashing cop lights and neon signs, then having to walk almost a mile to bea - The size of the room was ok. The noise was terrible- inside and outside. Cops lights flashing all night long. There was no shade or window covering on the glass door to the balcony, so it was bright all night long from the neon lights. The balcony needs a lot of work. Having to walk 4 blocks to the beach for chairs was not advertised.

• stephanie walls (6/5): The location was top notch, the balcony was nice, so I enjoyed those two things. - The location was excellent. I loved the balcony. But it needs work! The internet service is terrible. I could barely watch tv because the internet was always out or buffering. They need a better plan a real business internet account. I was very upset I couldn’t watch tv at night or in the morning. Also, it’s not a real studio. There’s no stove to cook and nowhere to wash the dishes. Also, I did not like having to walk four blocks to our beach location. That took away the fact that the beach was close by but we had to walk 4 blocks to get to the hotels beach seating. That was utterly ridiculous

• MORGANE (9/5): Un super séjour !! Une localisation au top - Logement super bien placé. A quelques pas de ocean drive et de la plage. Et proche de nombreux bus. Logement calme et salle de bain au top. On a passé un super séjour. Le personnel au top. Autre point positif on peut laisser nos bagages en consignes sur les heures d'ouverture. Vraiment pratique !!! La plaque de cuisson nous laisse songeurs... mais on a réussi à cuire des pâtes

• Paris (4/5): Ottima Posizione, Pulizia e sicurezza molto scarsa - Colazione non inclusa, posizione perfetta per muoversi senza l’utilizzo dei mezzi per Miami beach. Hanno la possibilità di fare check-in a tutti gli orari ed è molto importante, tanto quanto la possibilità di lasciare i bagagli anche quando la stanza non è pronta oppure quando si esegue il check-out. Appena entrati in camera c era già un ragazzo visibilmente “trasandato” che era entrato dalla finestra ( probabilmente lasciata aperta dalla donna delle pulizie) che aveva dormito e “ribaltato” la camera. Per fortuna sono riusciti a cambiarci di stanza in quanto avevamo paura che questo evento potesse ricapitare essendo anche al piano terra. Pulizia molto scarsa, si sente tutto ciò che dicono e fanno i vicini di stanza e c’é molto rumore durante la notte, sia a causa della zona molto movimentata e caotica (ma si sa già che é così), sia per le persone che fanno molto rumore.
