• Murray Wood (5/5): - Overall design The place has great potential and is really beautiful — it just needs a little attention to bring out its best. There are some minor maintenance issues, like small areas of wallpaper coming loose, a few missing tiles, some rust under the stair frame, and a couple of loose decking boards. The kitchen layout could benefit from a rethink, and overall, the property would really shine with a one-off quality refresh by someone with an eye for detail — rather than ongoing patchwork repairs that don’t quite do it justice.

It was right next to a construction site which was noisy all day every day It was right next to a club so the noise sounded like a party in our bedroom until about 2am The WiFi was intermittent but mostly didn’t work.

The men who met us at the Villa, and who took care of the Villa from the front desk/reception area, were excellent - very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend as a travelling family. All food was easy using Gojek, plenty of shopping nearby. Really easy stay!

The staff were so welcoming and so nice every single day Not the villas fault, but first day we arrived there was no power throughout Bali and the villa didn’t have a generator so it was a tough night. The villa was also located next to a construction which worked 7 days a week

• Royston (8/5): Pleasant stay with very nice hosts and ample space and facilities. - Very spacious for 2 people. The amount of living space was meant for 6 people so we had all the room we needed. For 2 ppl they will unlock the room on the ground floor and lock the upstairs 2 rooms. Water dispenser, ice and showering amenities were provided It’s not really well marked on the map and the entrance is all the way inside so drivers and bikers can’t really find. It’s also located in the restricted zone for pickups so you would have to walk out to get a Gojek/Grab.
• Racheal (4/5): Disappointing - Staff were kind, Villa was pretty but not practical, shower is outside and is all small with plants all around it so I felt sketchy to shower at night. Inside they have bath tubs with a shower head but you need to hold it the whole time so it’s not easy to use. Bath tub also has a crack in it so if you stood in the bath dirty brown water would come into the tub Bathroom is outside so if it’s raining you can’t use the toilet as you would get rained on. Our second night in the villa we found I’m going to say RAT poo all in the draws on our plates and all under out furniture 🤢

• Ian (6/5): Nice property with potential but some issues. - Large apartment with nice pool. A bit tired. Water came through the roof of the bathroom in a storm that made it unusable. No signs to property and difficult to find. Breakfast that was supplied was always cold and initially microwave didn’t work. Building site next door with constant noise 7 days a week - will be going on for at least another year.

Everything in that sense was excellent. 1. The sunken bath tub with no additional stand shower inside the bathroom was hard to get in & out. 2. The water heater did not have enough hot water to fill the tub (then why have a tub?). Just a couple inches of water and water was cold after that. 3. The tub shower hose was not long enough to reach so we had to sit/squat to shower. 4. Water bottle in dispenser was finished when we checked in and it was not checked prior / changed so we did not have drinking water the whole night (it was midnight and we didnt bother going out to ask till morning) 5. 1 bedroom door upstairs could not lock. 6. Bidet hose was leaking water and wet the whole bathroom area upstairs 7. No hot water frm water dispenser (could not make coffee/tea) 8. Microwave was not functioning (though was changed next day after complain)

The staff were so friendly and were able to accomodate our last minute request for a late checkout as we were ill. We loved the pool and the space to hang out and come together downstairs. • Leith (8/5): Awesome staff, great Villa, would be terrific for a few friends or couples to stay. - The staff always kept the Villa clean every day and were very flexible with when we wanted it cleaned. The pool was awesome! It was shaded most of the day, so it was always very cool to jump into after the heat of the day. (My 17 yr old Daughter wanted more sun to work on her tan) but the rest of us appreciated the shade. I liked that there was 24/7 staff at the entryway, felt safe. If we needed a taxi or washing done, staff always had someone willing. I thought they should have had a toaster, a cooktop of some sort, so we didn’t always have to walk up the road to get something to eat. I think a TV on the wall in downstairs / pool area would be awesome. You could lounge around in the pool and watch a movie.

• Tan (5/5): Passable - Great location, very near La Brisa and it's walkable to the spas or restaurants around Canggu. If you are lazy to go out you can chill at the villa and order food delivery, there are many options. The pool is also clean and big so you can do some swimming laps. The rooms are relatively clean although there are many mosquitoes. There is a huge bathtub which was the reason I booked this villa.. but unfortunately the bath tub does not have hot water. I think this is quite disappointing. Although you can shower hot water near the pool in the outdoors, you can't get hot water at the bath tub shower. This should really be fixed.

• kristie (10/5): - Property is a great location. Located in a safe lane way. Staff at the villa 24/7 so made you feel very safe. On arrival the fridge has 6 soft drinks, and some snacks which was unexpected, was so kind and thoughtful. The villa was spacious, great pool not too much sun which is nice to help with the heat. Villa staff were lovely very helpful, and like a said was nice knowing they were there 24/7 I didn’t realise breakfast was included, which was great and 1 less expense with different options to choose. Beds were comfortable, I’m pretty fussy with beds but had a great sleep every night. Was a nice and quiet lane way too, no noise keeping you up at night. Villa was a great location in Canggu with good food options, echo beach, la brisa, spa’s, markets all within a few minute walk. Great spot if you don’t feel comfortable riding on scooters. • Josh (10/5): An amazing, spacious, luxurious and comfortable space with great staff set in a convenient location - This villa was amazing and comfortable and reflects the pictures 100%. Extremely spacious with a beautiful open floor plan with a nice and cooling pool for the hot days. In addition, the staff there were super helpful and friendly and the check in was no problem at all. The location was fantastic as it was very central to the main parts of Canggu. I honestly didn't leave the villa for a couple of days because it was just too comfortable to leave, and the place was very easy for Gojek or Grab drivers to find. The privacy of this place was also fantastic. It was secluded enough to be quiet and peaceful yet central enough for it to be convenient. Getting to the main strip of Canggu is was literally a 2 minute walk about the road. I would 100% stay here again and look forward to it next time I'm in Canggu. Highly recommended. The only issue I found was the outdoor shower, as both bathrooms including the one in the ensuite master bedroom did not have one. However, the shower is still hidden from plain sight.

• Benita (8/5): Lovely stay at a beautiful villa - The villa is lovely and the location is great, especially for La Brisa, the beach and some other beach clubs! The private pool is fab & the rooms are spacious- it’s also very quiet in the villa. Each bathroom has a bath but the shower is outside, I would also advise to be prepared for the open planning living layout being outside but covered. It’s only the bedrooms that are totally inside

And it was relatively quite at this end of Canggu, compared to the crazy traffic in the centre. So it was nice to get away from noise and traffic. Nothing.

• John (9/5): Comfortable stay near Echo Beach - Size, great outdoor area with pool, friendly and attentive staff, good breakfast (supplied by local restaurant), coffee pod machine, filtered water on tap. A few power issues however they were quickly rectified by staff. The shower is outdoors, this may be an issue for groups larger than a couple.

• Michael (8/5): Amazing staff, great location, Cool villa a little bit dated for the price. - The staff were amazing and super helpful! breakfast was on time each morning and great. lack of an indoor stand up shower. It wasn't a big problem for me, but if you were sharing the villa with friends or family, showering just in the garden for all to see might be a bit strange.

• Jessica (6/5): Pleasant - The Villa was beautiful. Pool was very private, as well as the outdoor shower. Staff were so nice and polite. There is also a Cafe on the same driveway, Koast, which I HIGHLY recommend. Was the best breakfast I had in Bali! The upstairs Bath, which we specifically wanted to use as per the property photos, was not private and the complex next door could see you in your bathroom through the big window. Also there is a HUGE construction site next door, with construction starting at 7AM and some nights going until 11PM! It was really disappointing as you couldn't really enjoy being by the Pool in the Villa during the day with the drilling, worker noise, and dust - and I was woken up each morning! Also note about the pricing. It is a 3-bedroom Villa, but if you are only planning to use 1-room, book the 1-room price. You have access to the entire Villa, and provided you don't sleep in the other 2x beds, you only pay for one. We paid for the entire Villa not realising this "pay for each bed you use" option was available. Staff did not allow us to downgrade our booking whilst there.
• Pei (8/5): This is a gorgeous villa with friendly, helpful staff, giving you an experience of living in luxury. - This is an absolutely gorgeous villa with 3 spacious bedrooms and beautifully furnished bathrooms. The private pool next to an open sitting area and well-equipped kitchen was perfect for my family with 2 children. It is also a stone’s throw away from the beach and many eateries, shops and spas are within walking distance. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. A few of the appliances could be improved. The hairdryer isn’t hot enough. The water dispenser ran out of water by the 2nd day. There was only enough hot water to fill up 1/5 of the tub and we were not informed, so we were left to shower with cold water. The aircon in the master bedroom was also not cold enough. Their torchlight was also not working (we needed it as the lane leading to the main road can get quite dark).
• Dalmago (10/5): Definitely one of the best Villas to stay in Canggu - The staff were extremely helpful and professional, they all paid good attention to us during our stay. They have a front desk and someone was always available there, so the check in and check out happened with no problem at all. The property is located close to the beach and also has several shops and restaurants around. Good breakfast variety and the staff brings the food upon request. The Villa has 3 bedrooms, we had access to all of them but as we booked for only 2 people, only one of the bedrooms was prepared to receive us. Our idea in Canggu was to relax, away from the "beach party vibe" and this Villa was the best option, located in a quiet street but not far away from the action. Their pool is great, very clean and gets lots of sun, so we hardly had any reason to leave the place.

• Kimberlyn (4/5): Overpriced average villa by the beach - My friends and I booked a stay at what we thought would be a luxury villa by the beach. The location is very good, less than a 5 min walk from Echo Beach. However, the accommodations did not meet our expectations. When we arrived, all the floors in the entire villa (bedrooms, bathrooms, outside areas) looked as if they had not been cleaned in a long time. They were visibly dirty. However, when management was informed, cleaning did happen the next day, much improving the cleanliness of the floors. The bed linens and bath towels were clean but they were exceptionally old and no longer white. The water pressure in the upstairs bathroom was low the drain was quite slow. The downstairs bathroom has a super giant tub, which has no plug, so the only way to shower is with the handheld shower nozzle. The outside area is open, with trees and plants around the border. It was impossible to walk outside the bedrooms without having on mosquito repellant, as there were mosquitos everywhere, mainly due to the stagnant water pool by the front door that is a big mosquito breeding area. The villa certainly could be a nice place to stay is closer attention was paid to details but I unfortunately will not be back.

Koko villa pintaremontin tarpeessa ja edellisistä johtuen siisteys ei kovin hyvä. Oma uima-allas ok. Aamiainen keskitasoa. Henkilökunta ystävällinen ja avulias. Hinta-laatusuhde huono.
• Catherine (2/5): Poorly managed, unkept hotel - One of the worst villas have stayed at in Bali. Price paid was not value for money (Villa was not cheap) - The villa is not at all as pictured. The villa is badly run and taken care of, ran by 1 untrained staff who doubles as the receptionist, bellman, housekeeper,etc. There is no receptionist desk so he was barely there when needed assistance. The rooms have no basic amenities like bottled water, slippers,etc. Negatives: -Mold in water dispenser -Room had bad smell -Multiple stains on bedsheets (from blood to yellow stains) -Villa generally feels dirty and not taken care of -Sink and bathtub was clogged -Had to kneel while showering because the handle to the shower was too short in length and many more...
• Jakob (10/5): Super villa! - Väldigt fint hotell och trevlig personal.
• Jeong Bong (6/5): Not a bad place when you don't look for luxury~ - 3 villas in one complex. We stayed at the 3 bedroom. Villa is managed 24/7 (taking turns with villa management agencies). Master bedroom bathroom is half covered and half open - meaning if it rains you're sitting on the toilet getting drenched. Best part about it was the large private pool and good TV (Samsung HD with ok channels). Downside was there was no hot water and they didn't try to resolve it and the apparent aging of the villa. A very close walk (4-5 mins) to Echo Beach. And a close walk to some restaurants and bars. Especially liked La Dunia (5-7pm happy hour) and Captain Catch (nice views and away from Echo Beach Club restaurants).
