Francisco (5/5): - La ubicación y la comodidad de las camas. Una habitación que da a una calle trasera con un tráfico terrible noche y día y con un ruido insoportable para dormir. Te vuelven loco de edificio a edificio para desayuno para recocion para habitación . No es un hotel es un conjunto de habitaciones en varios edificios

Abdelatif (10/5): Un cocon d'amour exceptionnel - La suite Sophia Loren est exceptionnelle ! Le jacuzzi est spacieux, la vue est splendide, la salle de bain est grande, la literie est très confortable, le petit balcon est suffisant, tout est fait pour vous faire passer un super moment de détente. Le personnel est agréable et souriant. La rue devant la suite était en travaux, mais finalement c'était génial parce qu'il n'y a pas eu de passages, la vue était dégagée, donc on a fini par apprécier ce point.

Özlem (5/5): Schönes Hotel. Freundliches Personal. Lüftung kaputt. Zimmer laut. Aussicht Baustelle. Straße Lärm. Frühstücken okay. - Grundsätzlich war es wirklich gut.Die Aussicht top. Betten bequem. Bad groß. Es war immer sauber. Alle freundlich. Frühstücken im gegenüberliegenden kleinen Restaurant war auch okay. Ich konnte drei Tage lang nicht schlafen weil die Lüftung extrem laute und Geräusche gemacht hat. Trotz reklamieren wurde nichts gemacht. Die Polster waren zu hoch und ungemütlich. Ausserdem war unsere Aussicht durch eine Baustelle beeinträchtigt und der Lärm war auch nicht angenehm.

Juan Manuel (1/5): Horrible - Nothing This stay was a disappointment from start to finish. Over two nights I was placed in three different rooms, which was disruptive and stressful. The first room had an unpleasant odor strong enough to be unlivable. The air conditioning was not working throughout the stay, making it very uncomfortable. The first night was practically sleepless. Instead of promptly moving us to a new room, the staff spent a long time trying to fix the AC, hesitating to make the decision to change the room — by the time we were finally moved, most of the night was already gone. And the disruption didn’t stop there — the very next morning we were forced to move again to a third room, making it impossible to ever settle in or rest properly during the entire stay. The overall cleanliness of the property left a lot to be desired. Most frustratingly, the property is advertised as 4 stars on Booking.com, but this is simply false. On the door of every room there is an official certificate issued by the public authority that clearly states the hotel is rated 3 stars. This is not an opinion — it is a legal document visible to any guest. Future guests deserve an accurate listing, and Booking.com should verify this. I would not recommend this hotel.

La vasca idromassaggio aveva sporca, con peli e non so cosa all'interno, non è una cosa che ti aspetti di trovare in camera dopo ave pagato un bel po', perché lo sporco veniva dai tubi della vasca appena azzionata.

The rooms were on the street, although we had sent a request a few days ago to have rooms with a sea view. We spoke to the gentleman at the reception and he said that they were not available, but he gave us the same type of rooms with a view of another street for which he asked us for 100 euros, without issuing us proof of payment. In terms of cleanliness, the hotel is very good, it was cleaned every day, but there is a strong, heavy, nasty smell in the rooms. The hotel is well located. Next time we will definitely choose another hotel.

Gaetana Ilaria (2/5): Da non ripetere - Abbiamo prenotato una camera per un fine settimana presso il relais ma siamo stati accompagnati in una sorta di palazzo /condominio adibito ad hotel nella stessa strada . Le scale per accedere alla camera erano così impolverate che restavano le impronte delle scarpe. La camera era a una temperatura da cottura. Nel complesso la camera non era male nonostante avesse le finestre su una zona interna molto sporca. L’indomani la camera non è stata rifatta e al nostro rientro alle 17 abbiamo dovuto chiamare per farla pulire e sistemare. La camera non era nella struttura prenotata. La sporcizia. Il servizio pessimo

The staff had offered us breakfast, which they took away the next morning because we showed up at 10:01, one minute late, when the time had changed the night before. Very disappointed!!!!

GABRIELE291083 (2/5): Esperienza orribile - Il personale gentilissimo e accogliente Struttura pubblicizzata benissimo ma nulla a che vedere con la realtà , qualcosa di orribile , camera sporca, rumorosa , chiesti letti separati ma nulla letto matrimoniale , areatori esterni rumorosissimi e alle 7 del mattino non si sa per quale motivo la donna addetta alle camere con la sua scheda fa partire un bip fastidiosissimo che ci costringe ad alzarci per poi disattivarlo dopo mezz'ora avendole detto che stavamo dormendo , frigo bar non funzionante esperienza veramente orribile l'unica cosa buona la posizione comoda per la giornata organizzata.

John (7/5): - The location would have been ideal, unfortunately major road and drainage works were going on about 10m from our window and balcony. Well situated for restaurants. A good buffet breakfast at a restaurant across the road. Noise from work outside plus other work going on on connected buildings. Also could very clearly hear someone snoring in the next room. The room is smaller than it looks on the photos and the balcony is only about 8ft x 2ft so hardly a place to sit out even if the construction work hadn't been going on.
