• Bernard Simpson (9/5): Great place to stay - It was located perfectly for us, close to the ferries for our early departure in the morning. A nice walk through the old city area very close by. Also close to the Trojan horse, and Marine museum. Staff were friendly and sorted out a parking issue very promptly.

• mahmoudi (3/5): Keine gute Wahl!! - Die Lage war gut. Im Zimmer gab es viele Ameisen und als die Hotelpersonal darauf angesprochen wurden gab es keine Reaktion oder Entschuldigung. Es war irgendwie normal für denen. Im Bett gab es viele Flecken. In die Ecke von duschkabine gab es schwarze Flecken. Die Türrahmen von duschkabine waren klebrig und gelblich eingefärbt. Klimaanlage war sehr schwach. Frühstück war immer das gleiche. Leider keine gute Wahl und nicht empfehlenswert.

В двух шагах от всех паромов, в шаге от старого города и в пятнадцати минутах от главной городской достопримечательности - крепости Чименлик. Вокруг - полно всяческих кафешек на любой вкус. Весь городской транспорт легко доступен, включая и стоянку такси в пятидесяти метрах от гостиницы. Завтрак вкусный и разнообразный. Может не работать оплата картой - так что запаситесь наличкой на всю стоимость проживания. В номере тускловато верхнее освещение. Есть проблемы со слышимостью. В номере слышно всё, что происходит в коридоре (благо в наш приезд жильцов в гостинице было немного).

Our first question was whether Hotel Helen is the same as written in our reservation - Hotel Helen PARK and we were answered yes, same place. BUT IT"S NOT. Be aware of this scam. There are two different buildings!!! Hotel Helen is situated directly on Cumhuriyet Blv. The rooms are outdated with moldy spots in the bathrooms, the noise from the street it's constant. For Hotel Helen PARK you should passing along Helen Hotel and turning to the right small street - Tekke Sk. It's a different building although they are sharing one and the same breakfast room with Hotel Helen.

• patrizio (2/5): - Con questa recensione non valuto l'hotel ma il personale presente alla sera nel giorno in cui siamo arrivati. Nella nostra stanza non funzionava l'aria condizionata e con 30°era impossibile dormire Sono scesa alla reception per avvisarli e dopo 5 minuti è arrivato un addetto che, dopo vari tentativi , ha constatato che era rotta e se ne andato dicendo che chiedeva alla reception. Abbiamo aspettato più di 20 minuti, alla fine, visto che non si vedeva nessuno, sono tornato alla reception e l'addetto presente mi guarda con aria stizzita , gli faccio presente che l'aria non funziona e lui, molto infastidito mi dice, allora vi cambio la stanza, preparatevi i bagagli. Ora , non dico che ci saremmo aspettati chissà cosa, ma almeno una scusa per il disagio, dirci subito che ci cambiavano la stanza e un aiuto per spostarci da un'ala all'altro dell'albergo con tutti i bagagli, almeno quello si. Chi viaggia in moto come noi, sa che che non abbiamo valigie o trolley, ma varie borse, caschi, abbigliamento della moto , stivali etc. Abbiamo dovuto fare 3 viaggi, ci hanno dato una stanza di categoria inferiore a quella pagata e anche qui l 'aria condizionata funzionava a malapena . Per farvi capire abbiamo dovuto dormire tutta la notte con il condizionatore puntato a 18° con le ventole al massimo , per avere una temperatura appena accettabile, il tutto in 15mq. Ribadisco non giudico l hotel che è in una bella posizione e ha il parcheggio interno e sicuro per la moto, ma il personale , incompetente , maleducato e per niente professionale

Наличието на собствен паркинг е безценно. Доста е шумно, но предвид местоположението няма начин. Чистотата е на ниво, закуската е добра. Идеална спирка по пътя за големите курорти.

Nevertheless, the price increased significantly. Personnel at reception doesn’t speak English almost at all. The farewell gift in the past was a very nice gesture, that no longer exist.
