Eibraheem (1/5): Bad - To describe Swiss-Belhotel Kendari as a 4-star hotel is, frankly, a profound misrepresentation. My experience at this property was not merely disappointing; it was an astonishing example of how hospitality standards can collapse beneath even the most basic threshold of acceptability. The room was visibly old and neglected, with furnishings marred by stains, cigarette burns on the seating despite the room being designated non-smoking, and an overall condition that reflected years of poor maintenance. The television displayed a persistent white line across the bottom of the screen, the wallpaper was peeling away from the walls, and the entire environment conveyed decay rather than comfort. Most alarming, however, was the bathroom, which was overwhelmed by humidity, a disgusting toilet seat, unclean surfaces, and an unmistakable sense of bacterial neglect (see photos). It felt unhygienic, unprofessional, and wholly unfit for paying guests. From an objective standpoint, this hotel does not merit a 4-star classification. Indeed, based on the condition of the room alone, it struggles to justify even a 1-star evaluation. The disparity between the hotel’s marketed image and its actual physical state is so extreme that it borders on deception. It is a disgrace that guests are expected to sleep in accommodations of this quality. This was my first stay here, and it will unquestionably be my last. For travelers seeking a genuine 4-star experience in Kendari, CLARO Kendari, located next door, is vastly superior and more accurately reflects the standards one should expect. I would strongly advise anyone considering Swiss-Belhotel Kendari to book CLARO or explore any other available alternative. The hotel management appears to demonstrate a significant lack of professionalism and very limited experience in the hospitality industry. This situation is deeply disappointing. Everything

Hotel very nice, room clean, very comfortable, excellent hotel, very hospitable staff and service including airport pickup, great bar/cafe. Minor issue was service in restaurant for dinner, we ordered our meals, my partner's meal was served very quickly, mine was served about 30 minutes later, well after my partner had finished hers. But overall a very good hotel. Kendari town itself rather unattractive, rubbish everywhere and waterways like sewers but if travelling through Kendari then Swiss Belhotel is certainly the place to stay.

Saya pasti akan makan pizza di hotel ini lagi apabila berkunjung kembali ke kendari. Untuk keramahan pegawai, kebersihan dan ketenangan di hotel ini cukup baik. ATM BNI ada tepat disebelah hotel.
