TAKAOMI (8/5): - ハイバチュン通りから少し入ったところ、オペラハウスの裏側あたり。よって立地はとても良い。新しくはないが室内は綺麗でコスパ良し。シャンプー、ボディソープ、歯ブラシ、ドライヤーあり。テレビはYouTube等ネット番組専用のようだった。セーフティボックスが壊れていたのと、無料の水がなかったことが玉に傷。

Angie (4/5): - Bathroom smelled like stale urine. I had asked told the desk gal to clean it and it took over an hour for her to have someone clean the bathroom. Still smelled like stale urine and I asked a 2nd time for it to be cleaned. Smell never went away. I had to buy air freshener to help mask the smell a bit. There was a cockroach we had to kill in our room as well. Pictures on site are not uptodate and do not represent what the rooms look like. Outside looking at the building the left side had rats running around and garbage along the walls. Smelled terrible as well. I would not recommend staying here to anyone.

olisolo (2/5): Don't stay in this hotel - Don't bother to book this hotel. I booked via Traveloka and the advert says with bathtub for Standard double. See attached. We booked because of we want the bathtub. Else, there are many nicer and cheaper hotel nearby. Nothing so great about this hotel. 1. Checked in around 2.10pm and was given a room without tub-304. All others great. Aircon was cold, with fridge. 2. Showed the counter lady my room comes with tub, she told me me traveloka made mistake. Well, I told her not my mistake so she needs to give me tub. 3. I was moved to 506, key lock problem. Not able to use card to tap open. After bathe and around 1hour+, the aircond not working. I was literally sweating. I went down, told a second lady name Wuna she wasn't able to converse in English but slightly helpful and super slow. 506 has many problems. No fridge too but I was given one from other room. Water blockage. Flooding toilet. 4. While Wuna was arranging for another room, came another lady name Chang, super rude and rolled her eyes at me. She even invited me to leave the hotel and told me to get back my money from Traveloka, she has no room for me to stay. Is this such an attitude or training given by DYN Hotel to the staff? She's very argumentative keep saying she feels cooling aircond. When I replied her I've been sweating past 2hours, how could you say cold? What makes me pissed off is she said, "in Vietnam all hotel not cool air-conditioning". I said, are you sure? This isn't my first trip to Vietnam. Then she rolled her eyes and walk off. 5. Cleanliness failed. There are long hairs on the pillow and bedsheets. I don't think they change the bedsheets after last guest's occupancy. 6. Room phone not working. Overall, out of my many trips to HCMC and stayed in many hotels, I'd say this is the worse experience I had. Now I m staying in hot room. They are not willing to change, reason is no room and my room does not comes with tub. They only have tub room left Traveloka needs to reply to this. Thanks Please don't stay in this hotel. We made huge mistake. We should have read the reviews before booking this DYN. They really spoil your vacation. Plus, they only want to win in any arguments. To them, they are always right. They should change the hotel name to EYE ROLLING HOTEL

Sue (4/5): Uninformed change to my stay - On my arrival, I found out that the hotel moved me to another hotel for the night. I wasn’t informed of this decision prior or given the opportunity to cancel so that I can book another place. The place they booked me at is about 20 - 30 mins away from this location. When asked if they will reimburse me for my taxi fare to this location and back, they didn’t respond. Ruined my entire trip to Vietnam. I believe the way it was handled was extremely unprofessional. Won’t stay again.

Bring earplugs if you are sensitive to noise as you could also at times hear the other rooms on top of noise from outside. Friendly reception staff who could organise your laundry for you, just ask.

HUONG (6/5): Nhân viên không chuyên nghiệp, không được đào tạo - Nhóm chúng tôi có 4 người, đặt 2 phòng. Chúng tôi đến lúc 10h30 sáng và gửi hành lý để đi ra ngoài. Trước khi ra ngoài chúng tôi có cung cấp tên + số booking và CCCD cho nhân viên lễ tân để họ làm thủ tục để khi chúng tôi về chỉ cần nhận phòng. 15h40 chúng tôi quay lại khách sạn thì 1 nhân viên lễ tân ca chiều tiếp chúng tôi như những khách vừa đến vì...không nhận được bàn giao gì từ ca sáng mà chỉ có bàn giao hành lý. Chúng tôi lại phải trình bày lại từ đầu việc đặt qua đâu, qua kênh nào, tên là gì, CCCD đâu...?? Sau 10 phút check hệ thống các kiểu thì lễ tân trả lời chúng tôi là "không có booking nào" trong khi tôi đã đưa rõ thư xác nhận và tên tuổi, thanh toán đầy đủ..và lúc đó tôi giận rồi nhưng vẫn kìm chế để bạn lễ tân kia đi chào đón check in 1 đôi khách khác (mặc dù chúng tôi đã đến trước và đợi rất lâu). Sau 1 hồi chờ đợi thì 30 phút sau chúng tôi mới được lên phòng (Tổng thời gian chờ là 40' ) Tôi được nhận 1 phòng điều hòa hỏng, hành lang trước cửa nham nhở đang sửa chữa, vào phòng thì mùi..vì điều hòa không hoạt động, mở két sắt thì có 1 vỏ cốc mì tôm đã ăn hết còn dính nước khô két cùng thìa nhựa, vỏ mì..nằm trong két! Lễ tân đó lên sửa điều hòa 1 lúc lâu không được nên đổi cho chúng tôi xuống 1 tầng khác. Ngày check out tôi xuống đề nghị rằng tôi muốn giữ 1 phòng đến 17h chiều và tôi trả 1 nửa tiền để keep đồ, còn 1 phòng kia chúng tôi sẽ trả sớm lúc 10h sáng, chiều chúng tôi quay lại thay đồ và đi sân bay NHƯNG lễ tân trả lời rằng " vì dồn 2 phòng vào 1 nên c/o

Hatyaiman (4/5): Noisy from Live Band near the hotel - Location is OK as closed to many tourist attractions by walk. What I paid for one night was so reasonable. However, the pain point is noise from Live Band near the hotel. As check in after mid night, I thought this sound should be ended at 2 am. However, playing ROCK was until 3 30 am and turned to be soft rock or Ballard until 4 30 am Not highly recommended for guests who need sleep before midnight.

SANTO (6/5): - I need coffee to start my day. None here. 100 meters away great coffee shops. Convinient stores and Costly resteraunts about a block away. This place is central, meters to the opera house and classic hotels. The building is a small redone older building, exterior nothing like the picture. The youngest staff member spoke English well and was very helpful. If you must stay in D1 it's ok.

Russell (8/5): Lockdown experience - Although there was an unusual, somber and almost eerie quietnrss across the city because of a Covid-19 lockdown, the reception staff were very friendly and spoke English well. They were very helpful with my enquiries and good listeners. The room was comfortable but it was lacking a small refrigerator which would have been helpful since most restaurants were closed.

Wilko10 (10/5): Great little hotel in District 1. - The Dyn Opera Hotel is centrally located in District 1 near the shops, markets, tourist sites and restaurants. The staff are very friendly, helpful and professional. I recommend it as a good pace to stay at a good price.

The rooms were a little dated and hot water was in short supply but the staff were quick to react if problems were found. The WiFi rarely worked but almost every restaurant around had free WiFi so we were able to take care of business while on vacation.

The room is clean and comfortable. Nothing fancy and some rooms may have no view at all but the price is right. Will definitely go back again.

La ubicación es muy céntrica, a 10-15 minutos del Palacio de la Reunificación, oficina de correos y catedral de Notre Dame. Como se encuentra en una bocacalle, es también tranquilo en lo que al tráfico se refiere. Realmente una muy buena opción para descansar. Nice and clean hotel. The employees offer a very good service and they are always happy to help. The bed is king size and very comfortable. It is very well located in the center of Saigon, 10-15 minutes away of Reunification Palace, Post Office Building and Notre Dame Cathedral. As it is not located in a Main Street, it is also quiet regarding the traffic. It is really a very good option to rest and have a nice stay in Saigon.
milisibach (10/5): Nice centrally located hotel with friendly staff - A very good hotel with large and clean rooms. The personnel is very friendly and helpful if you have questions. The hotel is situated in the center of the city, so you can easily walk to the most important sights. All in all, very good value for money. Only one small negative point: it can get a bit noisy because the walls are quite thin and the isolation of the window is not very good.

Battlecats123 (10/5): Second visit - Stayed here in May for 2 nights and returned with my parents in November for 6 nights. Both times we received excellent service although this time they excelled themselves. We booked direct with the hotel and depending on length of stay you get airport transfers included. The room was spacious and clean with the great comfortable bed. Breakfast is buffet style with a good choice. The location is perfect and they also have a roof top area to sit in the evenings. Mr Trong went out of his way to assist myself and my family and along with all the very happy and helpful staff they made our stay very enjoyable.

The hotel was situated and closeby to many facilities and attractions which made everything super convenient. Durham-Cox-UK (6/5): Get what you pay for - This is a low cost hotel in a good location and with lovely staff. My room was a decent size and was properly cleaned each day. The TV has a good selection of news, movie and entertainment channels in english. Breakfast is basic - some Vietnamese dishes, cereal and fruit. Juices are diluted (not fresh). Shower is in a tub (not very well secured). Located in District 1 and close to what Ho Chi Minh has for tourists. However, there is a bar next door with music blaring until about 02:00. There is also a construction site of some kind with workers from about 07:00. Not ideal for good nights sleep. The lovely, friendly staff, low cost and location are what makes this a worthwhile option for a short stay. As for Ho Chi Minh- personally I prefer other parts of Vietnam. The city doesn't have too much for tourists, is over priced compared to Hanoi etc. and the locals in general are just in a but more of a hurry (so not as relaxed and friendly as other parts of this lovely country).
GoHenriGo (10/5): Dyn Opera Stay - Great location, property and staff. You will be met by the bell hop when you arrive and be offered a refreshment while waiting to check in. Ms. Hang is especially helpful if you should have any issues with ANYTHING.

914samirt (6/5): Clean but dated, tired and over priced hotel - I had prepaid for family room and could not cancel the remaining nights reservation without charge and had to stay there for all 3 nights. The hotel is very dated. The hair dryer is an antique piece. Shower doesn't work well. 3-4 staff run the show. Staff is nice and friendly. They try their best but are not trained properly. You will have to ask for toilet rolls, bath towels, bath foam etc as they don't replenish it when they make up the room. Moisturiser and conditioner is not provided. Toilet roll quality is cheap. Breakfast is limited choices. On request the chef prepared vegetarian noodles for us. That was a consolation and they allowed late check out without charge. The room is clean, There is good Jacuzzi in the room. Overall, ok 3 star hotel but not a great value for the price you pay. 30 to 40% over charged. If you have another option then take the other option.

Verified traveler (6/5): - Nicely located hotel in centre of District 1. Close to all major attractions and lots of restaurants. The hotel itself is basic. The staff are friendly, helpful and keen to ensure your stay is pleasant. The rate was very reasonable. Good choice of TV channels. Mini bar includes complimentary water and cans of pop. However, the shower is in a tub - not that well secured. The shower curtain in my room had mould on it. There is a kate might bar next to hotel - music until 02:00. Additionally, there is a building site next to hitel - workers from about 07:30. All in all a reasonably priced hotel but could be better with some minor changes. Ho Chi Minh itself is OK. More expensive than Hanoi.
HHSGAL (8/5): Not bad hotel in a decent location - I stayed there in July 2019.. Check-in was easy enough and room was nice and big... Location was good but pet peeves is there is a huge flight of stairs in front of the hotel that you may have to lug your luggage up yourself.. Breakfast was not bad and a decent selection... All in all a good stay, might stay again...

Convenient location for walking around to the local market and the opera house! also to some pubs abd restaurants nearby! i hv my pleasant stay during my time in saigon/HCM

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room is very comfortable and tidy. The breakfast is nice with various choice everyday. We enjoyed our stay there very much. Highly recommended.
