We will definitely go back and stay again in the hotel! - Location very peaceful and near to mall, subway and restos and very close to seokchon lake and lotte mall also the airport bus stop loveee the location. Staff are friendly. The heater is a great addition since it was still cold when we visit korea. Overall I will recommend this hotel to friends There’s a smell in the bathroom like unwashed rag or something it’s like the rag used to clean the bathroom is not clean or something maybe next time they should use bleach in cleaning the bathroom

• Rachel (8/5): Great location for Lotte world/Lotte tower/ Olypic park or Gangnam - Good location, friendly helpful staff and easy to get to public transport Bed was like a rock very uncomfortable and only 1 pillow each. The light switches were very bright and stayed on all night lighting up the room and they were right above the bed making it very had to sleep if you need/like complete darkness

• Nastya Hanzhova (10/5): Fantastic view, spacious and clean! - Great view, huge windows (a rarity for Korea), extremely comfy beds, the cleanest sheets and everything you touch, the bathroom was spotless every single day, as well as fresh towels! Great location near Sokchon Lake and lines 9 and 2 of subway. Definitely recommend staying here! The sink in the room is a little bizarre, using it makes people wake up (since it's right next to the bed), but otherwise maybe a fun little detail

• NATALIA (10/5): Красивый, чистый, комфортабельный отель с отличным расположением. - Отличное расположение отеля в районе Jamsil рядом с Lotte World. Очень удобно добираться на общественном транспорте из аэропорта: и автобус ходит прямой и станция метро рядом. Рядом с отелем красивый парк, и в нем парк аттракционов Lotte World и башня Lotte Tower. В отеле очень чисто и тепло ( особенно понравилось отопление пола). Жили на 14 этаже с видом на Сеул. Рядом с гостиницей есть много разных кафе. Обязательно остановимся в этом отеле снова.

• 지은 (10/5): - 마루 바닥에 바닥 난방이 되는 객실이어서 갑자기 추워진 날씨에 적당히 따뜻하게 지낼 수 있어 좋았습니다. 객실은 굉장히 깨끗했고 변기에 비데가 설치 되어 있어 좋았습니다. 로비에 비치된 전자레인지도 유용하게 잘 썼습니다. 개인차에 따라 다를 수 있으나 저같은 경우는 암막 커튼이 없는 것이 조금 아쉬웠습니다.

• Nikka Mae (10/5): Good location, but should have a Friendly and considerate staff. South Korea is a great place and has great people. That - I have no complain about the property. Our stay is so relaxing and comfortable. During the time we were there, the staff thats on duty the time we are there is not as friendly, not kind and not accomodating. As a tourist, we understand that they have rules of check-in time. But 3pm was their check-in time. We arrived there early to drop our luggage at the front desk, since its lunch time, we decided to eat outside and went back to the location, we are back at 1pm, and we ask if we could checkin early, but then the staff is really not friendly, we are not forcing it at all, so we waited and fell asleep in the lobby waiting for their checkin time. They allowed us to check-in around 02:55pm. They didnt really make it easy for us.

• Sheema (10/5): - The room was quite large, the sink was outside the bathroom which was a bit odd but it was very large and well made and so surprisingly it was quite convenient. The floor was not carpeted - it was some kind of wood imitation I think but anyway I think these type of floors are far easier to clean and much more hygienic than carpet floors. Also the beddings were cotton which apparently isn't that common in hotels here. The light panel was in the middle of the headrest of the bed and when you turned the lights off at night it would still illuminate which could be annoying. I covered it with a pillow.

Clean facilities and love that they allow you to leave your luggage early in the morning and comeback and check in whenever you are ready. Very professional and accommodating. Room is small but good for price. Really good for area and price Small room, late night walk from transportation, shower is a tight squeeze.

• Chang-mi (8/5): 청소 상태 외에 편안했어요. - 먼지나 머리카락이 없도록 청소 상태를 깨끗하게 해주시길 사전에 요청드렸어요. 근데 이불을 덮고자 할 때 이불 아랫부분에 얼룩이 크게 있어 이불을 교체하지 않은 느낌이 들어 불쾌감이 좀 있었습니다. 하지만 이에 대한 컴플레인을 했을 경우 바로 이불 교체해주셨고, 사과의 의미로 다음날 조식 쿠폰을 주셨어요. 앞으로는 좀 더 세심하게 신경써주셨으면 좋겠습니다.

Also walkable distance to subway lines. There are also many restaurants near the hotel. Stay was comfortable and quiet. Staff were very helpful with all my needs. Room was nice with heated floors. Bathroom was nice as well. Highly recommended.

• Bettina (8/5): Will definitely consider to stay again as it’s walking distance from the Lotte World. - The bed and pillows are really comfortable and the floor heating is superb! Bring your own toiletries such as toothbrush/toothpaste as they do not provide those but it’s not a big deal.

She made me feel welcome in a foreign country. There were no language barriers as she spoke great english. Great location, nice and clean, helpful staff, 10/10 would highly recommend!
