Pavimento stanza inadeguato, televisione piccolissima per la distanza dal letto con solo 4 canali memorizzati. Hotel che non può essere considerato un 4 stelle. Augusto. Senza finestre e con le luci che si accendo al passaggio delle persone. Davvero deludente rispetto a come viene rappresentato attraverso le foto.

• Rinaldi (7/5): Ottimo ma non da 4 stelle - Mi è piaciuta molto la pulizia della camera e lo staff è super disponibile e competente. Ottima la prima colazione, anche se integrerei qualcosina anche sul salato. L'accesso principale all'hotel, sembra l'entrata di un garage e non di un albergo a 4 stelle. La doccia in camera l'avrei oscurata un pò di più e non rendendo visibile.

• Janna (3/5): Si on Vous propose la chambre 10, fuyez. - L'emplacement est très bon, le personnel était aimable et le ménage était extrêmement bien fait. La chambre 10 que j'ai occupée était sans fenêtres, la porte de la salle de douche était en carton et sans poignée à l'intérieur (donc impossible de fermer), rien pour placer ses affaires devant le lavabo. Il était très difficile de ce maquiller car les lampes étaient mal placés. Comfort d'une cave!

• Federico (5/5): Assolutamente non un hotel 4 stelle - Personale molto gentile e posizione eccellente Inconcepibile che una struttura del genere venga considerata come un 4 stelle. Il costo (assolutamente esagerato) è da 4 stelle ma l’hotel ne meriterebbero al massimo 2, a voler essere generosi. L’hotel è al terzo piano di un palazzo dall’ingresso decisamente fatiscente e poco curato, la camera era senza finestra, il bagno era senza bidet e il frigobar conteneva prodotti da discount. Se fosse stato un 2 stelle e fosse costato la metà sarebbe andato anche bene ma purtroppo viene spacciato come un 4 stelle e fatto pagare come tale.

• Lars (1/5): Schlecht - Das Personal sprach kein Englisch. Die Zimmernummer nummeriert, ich habe das Zimmer nicht gefunden, musste warten, bis die Rezeption gezeigt. Die Tür ließ sich nicht aufsperren nach langem endlich. Die Tür ließ sich nicht zusperren weder von mir noch von der Angestellten des Hotels. Die Tür ist in der Nacht offen geblieben. Ich habe jedes Gespräch von Rezeption mitbekommen das ist ein Unding. Ich erwarte Ausgleich . Das Hotel hat sich gemeldet mit Faal Behauptungen die Tür sei einfach zu verschließen. Es ist falsch. Ich fordere ein anderes Zimmer, was nicht möglich war. Ich forderte Rücktritt von den Bedingungen, was nicht möglich war.

Leider entsprach die Umsetzung der Servicequa - Die Unterkunft ist modern, stylisch eingerichtet und sehr zentral gelegen, eigentlich genau das, was man sich für einen Aufenthalt in Neapel wünscht. Wäre da nicht die überfreundliche, fast schon zu aufgesetzte italienische Freundlichkeit, die mit einem Lächeln alles „verkaufen“ möchte, wäre dieses Hotel wahrscheinlich wirklich hervorragend. Es gab mehrere Mängel während meines Aufenthalts. Das Bett war defekt, der Lattenrost durchgebrochen, die Spüle im Bad rasselte ständig und das Wasser lief nur, wenn man stark darauf klopfte. Auch die Badetücher rochen unangenehm. Der charmante und sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter am Morgen zeigte zwar Initiative, fragte nach den Mängeln und ließ sie beheben, erkundigte sich jedoch nicht, ob mich die Probleme gestört hatten. Es wurde keinerlei Entgegenkommen oder Vorschläge angeboten, um den Aufenthalt angenehmer zu gestalten. Die überfreundliche Art des Personals nahm die tatsächlichen Probleme zwar freundlich auf, aber die praktischen Auswirkungen auf meinen Aufenthalt, insbesondere in der Nacht, wurden nicht berücksichtigt.

Pulizia generale della stanza e del bagno, pavimento sconnesso, polvere e impronte digitali, aria condizionata rumorosa, dotazioni del bagno ridotte all'osso. Ho chiesto un flaconcino in più di bagnodoccia e me ne è stato dato uno aperto preso da un carrello delle pulizie pieno di spazzatura. Illuminazione scarsa in bagno.

Clean & comfortable but not a hotel really. - Clean, good location for port & 30 mins walk to train line porta Napoli where you can get to Pompeii & Vesuvius , nice receptionist, small but okay breakfast but mainly cakes but did have French bread , it’s small continental breakfast. I enjoyed my stay It’s not really a hotel, more maybe b&b, it’s very small so don’t go here if you want hotel facilities. I never saw anyone at the bar & I was hoping to use the bar as travelling alone & thought a hotel bar would be useful but it wasn’t.

The only thing is you have to buzz in to get into the building which can be annoying. But I really enjoyed my stay and will be coming back!

Looked dirty and the elevator sounded as it would break down at any second - hard beds and pillows - the floor was uneven and didn’t feel stable. - no door for the toilet, only a courtain and apparently someone thought that puting a bath tube in the middle of the room was a good idea - breakfast was really small and not so appetitive - ok AC after a day or so, but not good enough

Nous avions 1 douche défaillante, l'échangeur douche était manquant, nous avons demandé à avoir la douchette qui fonctionne, le personnel est arrivé avec 1 pince et a changé simplement le mode. La déco des lettres en tête de lit est tout abîmée, les ampoules des lampes de chevet ne sont pas adaptées et éblouissent...et le petit déjeuner très insuffisant, et dans une pièce sans fenêtre. La literie n'est pas vraiment confortable. Par contre le personnel est vraiment très serviable et gentil.

• Jakviti (10/5): Oasis in Bustling area - From the outside it looks like a run down old apartment building, but don't let that fool you. The rooms are modern and well designed, with of course your own Juliet balcony onto the street. Staff are friendly and helpful with great recommendations for where to eat and what to do.

To access need to be buzzed in which is hit and miss. Rooms are extremely basic and bare but decent size. Not welcoming, feels austere. Bathroom door didn't fit properly and so didn't close. Tiny bathroom, no shelf for items, mini sink. Overall maintenance is DIY - badly tiled, badly painted etc. Aircon, fridge, safe and kettle in room. Tiny TV. Staff are friendly. Breakfast is poor, mainly sweets items. I would not stay here again due to room facilities, breakfast and access to building.

• Ailhlin (8/5): Great base for a very central city break. - The location is great, the entrance way and lift aren't fantasic but are very "Naples", staff were very helpful and professional, my room was nice, although if I had been sharing with someone the glass shower cabinet might have been interesting. The breakfast was good, although it was identical every day and a little variation would have been nice. The only down sides for me was the total lack of natural light in the breakfast area, I appreciate that it's an internal room, but still; the tea tray only had one type of fruit tea with no coffee or anything which would have been good, and the noise, both inside and outside the hotel. I might have appreciated a do not disturb sign to hang on the door just to highlight that I was trying to sleep at night.

Very creepy, there was no one else other than us. Couldn’t stay the night left after 10 mins from our arrival and they didn’t accept to do any refund for us! Don’t recommend it to anyone.

• Andre (3/5): Poor - Nothing to talk about what I like. No Airconditions, just a fan that blow air, didn’t sleep all night due to being hot inside the room. Fake advertising about Airconditions.
• Thomas (8/5): A nice place. - It is as others said, it's on the third floor of an office building. You take an elevator up from a courtyard. The place is clean. The breakfast was nice. The front desk is super and helpful. The area was safe and there was ao much in walking distance. The Metro was not far away either. I would stay again if it were a bit cheaper.
• John (1/5): Inaccessible for seniors, and unhelpful - scary elevator! - Nothing, we could not stay to experience its charms, assuming it has some. I reserved two rooms for three people, two of us seniors. We arrived to check in and we could not get to the front desk or to the room. It's up many stairs, on the third floor by Euro reckoning, to the fourth floor of n old building with high ceilings. There was an elevator but none of us trusted that tiny coffin, and the stairs were too much. In addition the parking situation looked decidedly dicey. The whole proposition was way too risky for the ambitious night that we had planned. The desk was totally unhelpful. The reviews do state that they're on the third floor, but it's reasonable to expect a quality elevator suitable for moving luggage and old people, and that was not the case.
• Constantin (7/5): Ok for a short stay, but not more. - The hotel is small and quiet, with minimalist design. The location was very central, even though extremely hectic over the weekend. If I knew I would choose a different area. Breakfast was very minimal (for Italy). The biggest problem is that the hotel is on the third floor of a building. To get in, you have to buzz, and someone lets you into a weird courtyard, where you take an elevator. Sometimes it does not happen immediately. There is no lobby, nowhere to wait or meet someone.

• Mandy (7/5): Perfect location - Excellent location with convenient close parking at reasonable daily fee. Loved the little balcony and view of busy street and the sounds of the city. The room doesn’t didnt make sense to me. I get the whole design hotel thing but to have zero privacy is just ridiculous. Not even a toilet door is a bit much. The “arty” lamp made of a canvas and a lightbulb produced so much heat that it started smoking and we had to quickly turn it off. Staff didn’t seem to care too much about the guests.

• Marina (10/5): Excellent & highly recommended - It location was excellent, the lift worked well which you need if you do not want to climb three floors using large marble steps! The room was excellent, loved my balcony & the level of my genie was very good. The staff spoke some English was a bonus as I do not speak Italian! Excellent overall. The flights of stairs were hard work after walking all day but the lift was easily accessible and worked fine

• zedaluca (4/5): If this is a Boutique Hotel I'm a football star..... - It's not a Boutique Hotel but a small, only one floor of the building, old hotel to be refurbished. On internet you can find pittures old, room and building condition are worse. I've found bed sheets of 2 colour: they should be white but internally they are yellow.....Good positio for the city center but you can find something better at the same price.

• Masja (5/5): … - The location and one male receptionist Breakfast was not good Our room door could not be locked from the inside and when we told it in the afternoon it should be fixed in the night and it wasnt so we rufused to sleep in that room and finally we could change rooms.

• I4382XXkellyr (6/5): Hotel experience - The staff were very nice, good location in the centre but I wouldn’t say it’s 4 stars. Rooms are needing a bit of an update and the bed are so hard with the thinnest pillows. Breakfast was a bit of a let down.
• LUIZ (6/5): - The staff was really kind and friendly, the location is very good, but the hotel is not on a good condition. We had no hot water for one day, the room is old, the breakfast is poor.
• Israel (6/5): - The room was modern and comfortable. Even though our room was facing Via Toledo, whem we closed the window, it was very quiet. On arrival, it was very hard to find the hotel. There isn't a big sign of the hotel name. We had to call the reception for help. I accept from a 4 star hotel to arrange a proper sign to help the guests finding the hotel. Breakfast: i can't even call it a continental Breakfast. The breakfast included small pieces of baguette, small pieces of cheese, small slices of salamy, several cakes that weren't eateble. From the second morning we had our breakfast outside. If the category is 4 star hotel, the hotel can't serve this kind of breakfast.

• Viviane (6/5): Hotel bem localizado - Hotel bem localizado, perto da Via Toledo, porém em um prédio bem antigo mas o quarto me atendeu bem porque eu só fiquei 1 noite. O hotel fica em um andar de um prédio e na entrada não tem nenhuma indicação que ali é o hotel. A entrada do prédio é bem bagunçada e um pouco abandonada. Eu indico esse hotel pela localização dele. O atendimento da recepção foi maravilhoso. Uma única coisa que não funcionou bem foi o ar condicionado do hotel. Eu indico para uma curta viagem pela localização desse hotel.

• Susel (8/5): - The hotel itself is nice and clean. It could be hard to find/access because it’s inside an old building. It was quiet in the room even tho it is in a busy street. The room was large and had ample storage space. Bed/pillows could be better and shower was tiny. AC worked well but didnt cool as much

• Robin (7/5): It served a purpose and was clean and comfortable - It was in a good location close to the main strip and square Lift was a bit tight but grand and worked. When we first arrived it wasn’t very easy to identify how to enter. Should be a little instruction or something for people, someone let us in. The acoustics where not great so sound carried very easily. Could hear our neighbour up listening to music and could smell cigarette smoke through the vent. But that was only heard / smelt from 6am
• Daniel (7/5): Nice stay for a couple of nights in a very central location for shops and bars - Great location, nice to have balcony looking over busy street. Very friendly staff. Interior was a little tired
• Alberto (8/5): Position idéale - Petit dej à revoir - Le personnel est vraiment très gentil. L’hôtel est dans une position idéale pour visiter la ville. Points négatifs : le petit déjeuner n’est pas digne d’un 4 étoiles. Les produits proposés sont industriels sans aucun intérêt (c’est bien dommage) et la climatisation dans la chambre est à revoir.
