• 157milenam (10/5): Acceptable - Everything is ok, and acceptable! Polite staff at the reception. It is 5 *, but not really feeling luxurious like the other 5*hotels in Anthalia, or Istanbul. Anyway, all is clean, and the breakfast is ok. Great shopping location! The outlet is behind the hotel and the Mall is near by also. Enough park spots, so everything is well organized!

Kahvaltı zayıf olduğunu düşünüyorum ürün kaliteleri 5 yıldız bir otel için düşük kalitede haşlanmış yumurtadan tutun reçel bal peynir ve şarküteri ürünleri ve bunun gibi bir çok gıda ürünü otelin isminin gölgesinde kaldığını düşünüyorum.Genel olarak resepsiyon persenoli iyiydi sadece ismini hatırlayamadığım yanılmıyorsam gözlüklü düz saçlı bir beyefendinin üslubu pek hoş değildi pek beğenemedim yersiz ve patavatsızca konuştu.Onun haricinde gerçekten odalar ve yatak konusu orta seviyede kahvaltı orta seviyenin altındaydı. Kahvaltı ve otelin oda dizaynı Margi isminin gölgesinde kaldığını düşünüyorum.

• Sean (8/5): Not up to 5 star standard - This is graded 5 but should be a 4 and possibly lower. Room was in need of maintenance and there was evidence of mould in the shower. Carpet was stained and fitted furniture scratched and damaged. Mini fridge was dirty and turned off on removing key card on exit. Penthouse restaurant is good for breakfast but items not replenished regularly.

• lawtonjl2002 (10/5): Mighty fine hotel - Traveling with a friend we spent one night at this hotel. Friendly staff greeted us at check in. Clean spacious room with fluffy towels and fresh linens. Delicious breakfast buffet with plenty of choices. Starbucks is nearby too

• HACI (4/5): Not a 5 star hotel - Car park is absolutely a mess. Front car park is fully occupied by customers of Starbucks and shopping centre. No proper ballet. Under 40degree weather carrying your luggage from awkward and.far rear car park is not great!! Minibar in room is empty. 4 star hotel in Sofia had a full minibar with many drinks and snacks. They force you to buy and wear a plastic on your head in the pool. Breakfast has good options.
• Maxwell (10/5): - I’ve stayed at several hotels in Edirne and this is by far the nicest. Bedding is nice. Staff are friendly and speak good English. Bathrooms are relatively clean. It’s nice. If you’re staying in Edirne and want a good feeling, just stay here. Price seems to fluctuate, but anytime it isn’t too high, I’m very happy to book at Margi.

Staff is friendly, very professional and communicates in a lot of different languages. Food selection is rich and offers a variety of options. Overall, a great option when visiting Edirne.

• Zafer (8/5): Es war mal ein schönes Hotel - Ich hatte vor einigen Jahren in diesem Hotel übernachtet. Damals war es ein sehr schönes Hotel. Wir sind nach der letzten Übernachtung enttäuscht. Die Möbel sind verschlissen. Das Haus ist sanierungsbedürftig. Das Bad braucht eine gründliche Reinigung.

Zum einen müssten wir unseren Gepäck selbst tragen (sowohl bei der Einreise als auch bei der Abreise) zum anderen wollte das Personal für unseren Kind extra Gebühr haben! Das komische dran genau vor 3 Wochen waren wir auch wieder dort mit dem Kind und keiner wollte dafür extra Kosten!!! Zusätzlich dazu haben wir auch kein Kinderbett bekommen!! Nicht empfehlenswert für Familien!

• Sadik (10/5): DANKE - Nach eine Lange Fahrt haben wir uns in diesem Hotel ausgeruht , wir hatten uns Spontan entschieden. War eine Richtige Entscheidung. Und auf die Autos wird es hier auch aufgepasst sind sicherheitsleute auf dem Parkplatz.

• onurd831 (2/5): Poor customer relationship management - Hotel is a bit off the city but easily accessible with a car. Personnel friendly and helpful. The problem is their very poor customer relationship management; I have been stuck in the elevator for 45 minutes with my 5 year old boy. During the following 2 days no one called us to apologize or simply ask if everything’s ok. While check out we wanted to talk to the hotel manager, we were not able to. Only after hours after our check out someone reached out to us to apologize. Worth noting is also that the elevator maintenance labels said that the maintenance was 1 month due.
• zamela (8/5): Nice and helpful staff - Margi Hotel in Edirne Turkey is a five stars hotel , and near Margi Outlet, they have a very nice and helpful staff , price was very reasonable, the distance from city center is around three kilometers.

Big parking place in front of the hotel which is situated next to the margi outlet. We had a pleasant stay . The only thing we didn't enjoy very much was the breakfast which was quite poor for a 5 star hotel. We will visit it again though.
