Hay un foco de alumbrado público a medio metro de la ventana de la habitación número 1. Tiene una persiana en mal estado por lo que no se puede bajar. Dormimos toda la noche con una luz de alta intensidad apuntando directamente a la pieza. El resto estuvo muy bien.

Elegimos la habitación 6 y era preciosa, amplia y muy cómoda, una vista hermosa y un baño muy cómodo. Pedimos desayuno a la habitación y era espectacular, muy abundante, rico y variado. El personal muy amable. Hay distintos espacios donde estar y descansar. También nos hicimos masajes y fueron muy buenos, las chicas muy profesionales y amorosas. El restaurante rico y precios normales. Lo recomendamos 100% y volveríamos felices, nos llevamos un recuerdo muy lindo de un fin de semana muy especial. Todo estuvo perfecto.

• Court Juan-Oliver (5/5): Un lindo lugar mal aprovechado. - Sin ser extraordinario, El Desayuno Lo mejor el guitarrista y cantante en la noche del Sábado 13, El Sábado 13 dia que era mi cumpleaños motivo de nuestra estadía, teniamos la expectativa de pasar un buen momento, cómodos y agradados. Sin embargo en la Cena, el menú prometía por lo rimbombante del nombre de los platos, pero llegado el momento de la verdad PÉSIMO. Poca cantidad, sobrecocido y frio, al parecer recalentado y el postre regular. Finalmente el palo en la cabeza: EL PRECIO HORRIBLEMENTE CARO para lo que se ofreció $63.000 por 2 ps. El desayuno sin ser extraordinario salvó, pero con Huevos revueltos recocidos. Personal sin experiencia. Al final de la Cena me ofrecieron por cuenta de la casa un bajativo sólo a mi persona y no a mi esposa. Sin preguntarme que quería me sirvieron un licor Araucano, que no era de mi agrado. La pieza siendo espaciosa, tenia pésimo olor a humedad retenida sin ventilar. El Baño con poca comodidad y con el lavamanos tapado.

Lamentablemente mi experiencia fue muy mala. El administrador y la dueña demostraron una pésima atención y muy mala disposición. Tuve un problema con una solicitud en la que nunca me informaron que existía un costo adicional, y al manifestar mi desacuerdo me trataron de forma muy grosera, casi matonesca. Es muy triste terminar un fin de semana con mi pareja de esa manera.

• Matthias (3/5): Poor - Friendly staff. Good location. We had a delicious dessert in the restaurant. There were some major problems: 1) The reception is not always attentive. You have to ring the bell for someone to open the gate of the hotel. Twice nobody reacted. The first time we called by phone until somebody picked up. The second time was right after we checked out. The girl at the reception didn't open the door and didn't pick up the phone when we called from the car, so I had to walk back to reception. This shows a clear lack of attention. 2) We were given room 1, which is downstairs and has guest restrooms next to it. On the day we stayed there was an event at the hotel. Multiple restaurant guests came down the stairs and went to the restrooms while my partner and I were trying to sleep. It was obnoxious. It's unacceptable to put paying guests into a room and have tons of people going to the toilet right next to it. 3) At the check-out we were asked if we wanted to give a tip for the room! Ridiculous! Besides, we only stayed one night. 4) I also ended up paying over 40 Swiss Francs more than what Booking said.

• Karen (9/5): Beautiful hotel in a great location - loved our sea view - Beautiful little hotel in a great location. We had a lovely, spacious room with a small balcony with a superb sea view. Restaurant area and lounge are light and airy and beautifully appointed, they have kept the feel of the house it used to be. Owners are welcoming and helpful. WiFi in our room was poor. This is not particular to this hotel as many do it, but we don’t like the practice of asking if you want to add a 10% or more gratuity to the cost of your hotel. By all means ask if you want to add a gratuity to any restaurant or bar bills, but not the cost of the room itself.

Access to the hotel is tricky. It is not easy to spot the entrance to the hotel and get into the parking.

• Peter (4/5): Overpriced. Bad location and breakfast. - The room was large Firstly, it’s quite isolated. It’s overpriced. The restaurants near by are terrible. The breakfast is put out the night before. Secondly be aware if you book through booking.com be aware of the prices you are quoted. The only way you can pay in USD to get the rate without the tourist tax which 19%, is to pay in USD in CASH. We had to pay USD 100 more than booking.com had confirmed to us to pay as the hotel is unable to provide you the facility to pay in USD. So they then force you to pay in Chilean Peso’s which you are then obliged to pay the 19% tourist tax (even though we provided a tourist visa to them) that you should be EXEMPT from as there was no way to pay this in cash, the hotel is about 3km to nearest ATM. They don’t even provide you the correct details to do a bank transfer. They couldn’t provide an IBAN so the payment was rejected as they only provided a swift number but this was not sufficient. It’s not worth the location, the price or hassle with trying to pay what you had agreed you should pay.

• Nicole (9/5): Exceptional Location in Calm Surroundings - We loved the hospitality and helpfulness of the staff. They really did their best to accommodate our mediocre Spanish speaking skills.The location is incredible - consider booking here (in my opinion, best hotel in Concón) instead of Valparaiso if you want a more relaxing and quiet stay. The view is unparalleled from the massive Senior Suite - you can see the ocean and hear it every night right from bed. The lobby, lounge area, and outdoor terrace are exceptional to relax in. Very quiet. The breakfast was made to order eggs, toast, and juice etc during the week. It gets busier on weekends with visitors from Santiago. That said, there are ~15 rooms or less so it's always peaceful. The boardwalk is just down some stairs and across a street from the rooms. Highly recommend! The cleaning staff came diligently everyday, but perhaps a deeper clean once in a while would keep it looking more modern for years to come.

• Silvia (8/5): We enjoyed our stay at Casadoca but would not come back to Concon - The room with sea view, the staff and the lovely gardens. We were disappointed with Concon itself as it is extremely build up but the property itself is located at a perfect spot overlooking the sea
