• the nagual (4/5): - very close to the railway station and the metro. It's the only plus. Breakfast was not bad, with some variety and staff was very kind. Difficult to say what I liked more than this. the hotel is on road very dirty. It is inside an apartment at the first floor of a residential building. The room was clean but the bed was not confortable. To have breakfast you must exit on the road and enter a near by bar/restaurant. Room without power outlet. I had to unplug the bedside lights

• Helia (4/5): Lo siento, pero no os lo recomiendo. - La ubicación, desde el aeropuerto llegué en bus,se tarda muy poco, eso sí, tener en cuenta que siempre van con retraso, pero al llegar a la parada, el hotel está a 6 minutos andando, super bien. A ver, os cuento mi experiencia, hago 4 viajes al año y por lo general, cojo hoteles con 3 o cuatro estrellas, este se queda muy corto para ser un 3 estrellas, partiendo porque el buffet al desayuno es muy escaso y el ascensor sólo funciona si le pones monedas de 10 céntimos, de lo contrario te toca subir o bajar por un montón de escaleras antiguas. La cama y la almohada eran muy incómodas, necesitaban un cambio ya. Yo iba por 4 días 3 noches, que pasó el segundo día? Nos quedamos sin agua caliente y así hasta mi cuarto día de estancia, osea sólo tuve agua caliente el primer día, pregunté que cuando lo reparaban y dijeron que alguien vendría, pero ya os lo digo, en esos días nadie lo reparo. He pagado un servicio el cual no sé me ha dado, no estoy pidiendo grandes lujos, sólo agua caliente. En cuanto al dejar la maleta al hacer el check out, que ya había preguntado si la podía dejar, me dijeron que si, pero debía pagar un euro, casi me da algo, no por pagar 1 euro, que es poco dinero, pero pensé? De verdad? Me has tenido a mí y a toda la gente del hotel sin agua caliente los últimos días (que es un servicio que viene incluido en la reserva) y ahora me cobras 1€ por dejar la maleta? No tuvieron ningún detalle, lo siento, pero no recomiendo este hotel, aquí no volvería.

• Zsolt (7/5): - Kellemes illat a folyosón, a szobában is jó lenne ugyan ezt érezni! A szállás üzemeltetője, és a hozzá tartozó étterem személyzete nagyon kedves volt! A 15-ös szoba fürdő ajtaja a földön van, és szorul nyitogatáskor. A karnis leesik a fejedre ha nem figyelsz hogy húzod el a függönyt. Kis képernyős tv.

Le tres bon petit déjeuner Bien qu à proximité de la gare,la chambre sur la cour était très calme. Au début, un peu difficile de comprendre que l accueil soit à la trattoria au rez-de-chaussée de chaussée de l hotel,la porte à côté.

• Jasmin (8/5): - Das Hotel befindet sich in Bahnhofs Nähe und ist sehr zentral gelegen Der Hafen ist zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Das Hotel wird von einer freundlichen Familie geführt die sehr um ihre Gäste bemüht sind. Das Zimmer war groß und sauber und das Frühstück war ausreichend.. Ich war 4 Tage dort und hab mich sehr wohlgefühlt.

En alrededores hay un ambiente que no invita a darte un paseo a partir de que anochece. El desayuno poca variedad, simplemente aceptable.

The breakfast was nice and adequate for our needs, and the attached restaurant was superb. The staff were very friendly, helpful and informative about the area.

Not recommending to anyone! - The room was clean, location is very close to Napoli Centrale, the working staff everything was great but the check-in and the behaviour of the owner! We went to check if we could checking or just leave our luggage. I've asked wether we can checkin early when we arrived at the property at 10:10h as was suggested to ask due to my request was answered in Booking with "subject to availability" which is perfectly fine. At the time we arrived we explained that we have to catch a train and we are in a hurry (the train was in 20 min and we had ). The lady started checking us in, no matter that I haven't asked that and it was clear that the room is not free, which was fine as I expected that it will take no more than 5min. However, she started questioning my ID card (used in more than 20 countries and hundrieds of hotels). Me and my wife we are Bulgarian and live in Germany. So, it was natural the request to be on my Germany location and my ID Card (on which it is clearly state Europian Union) to be another EU member. However, the lady saw that suspicious. I had to explain again to the lady what EU means and that we are in a hurry. She started being very rude pushing us away because another person is checking out?!?! We are at the counter first anyway explaining that we are in a hurry for a train and we can do checkin later and just leave our luggage. My wife reacted as firmly mentioned that this rude behaviour is inacceptable which actually lead to even more aggressive behaviour and qualifications to me and my wife like "You are crazy!". In the same time we just were aiming to leave our luggage which we gave to the man next her (we assume her husband who was trying to calm down the situation). As we had to go we started going out, but she was following screaming that we won't be staying at her hotel and we will find our luggage outside, also was threatening us with pollice?! In a situation where she was the aggressive one?! At the end we left and our luggage stayed and we managed to catch our train and spend the day as planned. We came late, the usual staff was very polite.

• Carmen (6/5): Insgesamt positiv, für die Lage und den Preis prima. - Top: Sehr sauberes Hotel mit kl. Balkon je Zimmer. Restaurant im Hotel, sah gut aus, leider nicht getestet. Zentral und dennoch halbwegs ruhig in Seitenstraße. Für ital. Verhältnisse gutes Frühstück, ich fand es ausreichend, um in den Tag zu starten: Säfte, tägl. gek. Eier, leckere Croissants, div. Kuchen, Obst und Gemüse, dazu Käse und Wurst, auf Wunsch auch Cappuccino o. ä. Aufzug (außen) kostet einige Cent extra, (daher ist bei Bedarf Kleingeld nötig), was offenbar nicht durch das Hotel zu beeinflussen ist... Ich benutzte die Treppe. Leider Tauben am Gebäude (Geräusche) ...

Varje gång vi skulle låsa upp fick vi be om hjälp av personalen. Det kändes inte tryggt att låsa om oss när vi sov för då visst vi inte om vi skulle kunna få upp dörren igen. Det känns som en grundförutsättning när man bor på hotell att kunna låsa om sig. I det andra rummet vi bokat fungerde inte spolningen på toaletten.

• KAZUHIDE (8/5): 合格点です😄朝晩7th5th - 立地は最高です。ナポリ中央駅から出口にも依りますが、徒歩数分。ホテルの人もよい人達でした。部屋もまあまあ広く合格点。因みにバルコニーでタバコが吸えます。喫煙者にはありがたい。 近くにも店やレストランがあり、何かと便利です。 バスルームがちょっと狭いかな。得にシャワー室。身体洗うのに一苦労。あとアメニティはシャンプーと石鹸しかないので、持参する必要あり。ドライヤーはありました。 レセプションは併設のレストランが兼用してるのでご注意を！始めホテルの入口に行ったら閉まってて誰も居なくて焦りました笑
• Annette (8/5): - Wir waren das zweite Mal hier, weil es uns beim ersten Mal zur Zwischenübernachtung gut gefallen hat. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist super. Leider hat uns der Mann beim Check in nicht gesagt, dass das Frühstück und auch der Checkout im Nebengebäude ist. Es war auch niemand bei der Rezeption. Erst nach einer Stunde kam eine Reinigungsfrau, die sehr sehr nett war und uns zum Nachbargebäude begleitete und da konnte wir dann auch auschecken.

• Shelly (10/5): FABULOUS LOCATION, CLEAN, QUIET, SPACIOUS AND CLOSE TO EVERYTHING - My husband and I felt like we had struck gold when we greeted by friendly and welcoming staff. We had to go to the restaurant next door to check in as there is no reception inside the building where we stayed. I asked for a couple of extra blankets which was no problem for the hosts, they were very willing to help us with everything. Even taking my suitcase up the two flights of stairs for me. The idea of Cine holiday art and artifacts was a fun way. We stayed in the Audrey Hepburn room and the double bed was comfortable, the room was quiet and we slept well. Everything was very clean and wifi was very good. Plenty of hot water and the bathroom was spacious. Breakfast was a complete surprise. Nina the lovely lady who bought us our tea and coffee was very kind and caring and we had fun conversations with her. The buffet breakfast is the best we've ever had in Italy. Muesli, cornflakes, yoghurts, nuts and dried berries, boiled eggs, meats and cheeses and salad. Oh yes and bread to toast yourself with some nice different jams. This hotel is SO close to the train station and yet far away to be away from the noise of traffic etc. Plenty of restaurants nearby and not far from the supermarket which had everything you could ever want. It's easy to walk around Naples and down to the harbour terminal, it's not so far. Thank you Anna and the team and especially Nina 😁 Everything was perfection!
• Shelly (10/5): SECOND TIME HERE BECAUSE IT'S PERFECT 😀 - This was our second time staying in Hotel Cineholiday and it was just as perfect as the previous time. We would stay here, time and time again. It's location close to the train station, buses and supermarket and restaurants is perfect. Nina was a gem and we enjoyed our best breakfast buffet in Italy Everything was perfection plus!
• Shelly (10/5): STUNNING ACCOMODATION, CLEAN, SPACIOUS, QUIET. PURE JOY BEING SO CLOSE TO EVERYTHING. GRAZIE - Our third time on the same holiday, totally exceptional 😁. We used Naples as a base to get to Capri, Pompeii and Rome and flew into Naples from Spain. It felt like coming home on our third final time to fly home the following day. We were thrilled to be upgraded to having a free breakfast each, thanks to Anna and Nina. Like I have said in my previous reviews, it's perfect in every way. Close to the train station and buses, restaurants and shops as well as a big supermarket. Breakfast is super, hard to beat. We felt very full of healthy food offered in the breakfast buffet and of course tea and coffee was very good. Grazie Nina for your friendly smile and special personal service. You are the best! Total perfection

• Jordi (8/5): - Situació a tocar de l'estació central Habitació àmplia i agradablement decorada (cinema) Té Restaurant propi, a la planta baixa, molt recomanable, (a on serveixen l'esmorzar) El subministrament del aigua calenta (tarda moltíssim). L'insonoritzaió de la porta del balcó (pèssima!)

• Silke (7/5): Einfach, aber prima für Sightseeing und Ausflüge. - Zentral zwischen den Bahnhöfen Porta Nolana und Garibaldi und Nahe der Altstadt. Frühstück war okay. Kaffee/ Tee, Weißbrot, Kuchen, Marmelade, Wurst, Käse und gekochtes Ei. Die Zimmer waren am Ende des Ganges und nicht zur Straße, deswegen nicht so laut. . Nach einigen Anlaufschwierigkeiten hat die Klimaanlage gut geheizt. Ohropax sollte man mitnehmen, sehr hellhörig. Hatten 2 Zimmer im Cineholiday gebucht. Haben aber eins in Annas B&B bekommen, konnten das aber nach ein paar Tagen tauschen.

• Jose (8/5): Buena opción de hospedaje - Ubicación muy cercana a la estación de trenes, la limpieza de la habitación El desayuno es muy sencillo, un dia de la estancia incluso estaban las tazas y platos que habiamos usado el dia anterior sin haber sido recogidos

• Anita (6/5): - Közel van a vasútállomáshoz, metróhoz. A reggeli nem csak egy croissant. A környék zajos és zsúfolt. De ha csak aludni akarsz itt és innen menni kirándulni akkor megfelelő.
• IGNACIO (9/5): Excepcional - Habitación espaciosa y la cama muy cómoda. Todo muy limpio. El desayuno bueno y la ubicación genial junto a la Piazza Garibaldi donde se encuentra la estación central de Napoles. El lugar ee eesayuno es el restaurante del hotel en la Planta baja a pie de calle. Nosotros cenamos un día y muy bien.
