Verified traveler (10/5): Great spot - Once you get the parking figured out, this is an outstading property with amenities close by. Fully equipped and very clean.
Fernando E (4/5): Camas muy incómodas - En la descripción del apartamento no se indica que está en un tercer nivel. No apto para personas mayores pues no cuenta con elevador. Las camas son tan duras como una tabla y descansar fue casi imposible. La limpieza del lugar no óptima (mesa sucia, basura en el bote del baño, almohadas viejas) Falta de papel higiénico, solo un rollo para cuatro personas. Llegamos a tender camas, y no cuenta con ningún servicio. Al final de la estancia te solicitan dejar limpio, sacar basura, lavar platos, etc. No es claro desde un inicio.
Karen (8/5): little apartment close to the city walls - This is a nicely appointed little apartment with great amenities and very easy access to the medieval city of Carcassone. It does have a moisture problem which is a concern if you have respiratory issues. We enjoyed the access to the old city and the easy access to many dining options, but would be hesitant to return because of the moisture issues.
Sandra (8/5): Great location - Great location between the Medieval cite and the new bastide area. Nice views from the balcony. The apartment had everything needed. Could do with a couple of touch ups in couple areas,but it was really clean. Really good communication about arriving and leaving Would stay here again

Jennifer (10/5): - We enjoyed having an apartment to ourselves! Very clear instructions for getting in and host responded quickly to our questions. A/c worked great and outdoor patio was enjoyed. Everything was very comfortable and having a couple small grocery stores nearby was a plus. Couldn’t find directions for operating the dishwasher. Maybe include them somewhere? Thank you for a wonderful stay!
Damien (10/5): Un appartement au pied de la Cité - Les Clés de la Cité offrent un hébergement bien situé dans une rue piétonne et commerçante à 10 minutes à pieds de la Cité de Carssonne. Le logement est propre, confortable et climatisé. Valérie est vraiment sympathique et souriante. Nous y avons passe un agréable séjour à revisiter !

Verified traveler (10/5): Great Modern Apartment - Excellent stay in Carcassonne, location is a 5 minute walk to the walled city which is perfect, much better than staying in the walls with all the crowds. The street it is on is lined with cafes and restaurants but is not loud at night. Apartment is very modern and comfortable even with a terrace, a gem of a find! Would highly recommend.

Benoit (10/5): Excellent location and charming place! - Excellent location and nice little apartment. Kids loved the little play area on the second floor, and balcony offers a nice view on the forteresse. Host was available and helpful. Highly recommended!
Frank (4/5): - Rien à redire sur la propreté ni sur l'équipement (lit, électroménager, salle de bain au top ) par contre, comme ce sont de vieilles maisons réhabilitées les vitres ne sont pas doublées. Et comme nous y sommes allés un Week-end ou il faisait froid et humide les vitres à l'intérieur coulées l'eau, il nous été donc impossible d'ouvrir certaines fenêtres, et certains volets refusaient de se fermer, du coup il fallait mettre le chauffage à 30° dans toutes les pièces pour avoir chaud, surtout à l'étage et dans les toilettes où ça restait glaciale.

carmen (8/5): Excelente ubicacion - Súper bien ubicado cerca del castillo , con muchos restaurantes alrededor y cerca de la ciudad nueva. Lo malo subir dos pisos con un carrito de bebe y no encontramos papel de wc ni mantas . Por nuestra parte no llamamos al propietario para pedirlo pero era un caballero muy amable quizá lo huniese solucionado
