- Connie (8/5): Wedding in Italy Birthday in Croatia - Beautiful place in such a nice area by the Adriatic Sea. Wonderful small village with much to do in the area.
- Mary (10/5): Great place - above expectations - Beautiful property! Grounds and pool were lovely, apartment was spacious and comfortable. Sladjana at guest services was extremely helpful and friendly in helping us when we had a problem with our car - she was awesome and went way above and beyond! Only complaint was the bed smelled of pet urine - maybe a little extra cleanup would have helped. Otherwise everything was beyond expectations.

Arrived in the height of summer although adequate albeit a bit tired looking, it was not the cleanest and AC was broken, they sent a maintenance guy who said it needed something changing on the roof and it would be sorted the next day as everyone had left for the day. Went to bed that night and awoke to a strange scratching sound, my husband and I convinced ourselves it was wind rattling something outside. Back to sleep to wake to the same sound, he looked under the bed to find an actual mouse running away out of sight!! Just leaving behind a tampon it had stolen from a previous guest, some droppings and a gnawed headboard. Cutting our losses we moved to the living room to spend the rest of the night on a sofa bed. Upon inspection in the morning we also found mouse droppings underneath the sofa bed. Reported to reception in the morning, the staff were not overly apologetic and said they would send someone to catch it! I calmly told them I was not staying there with my two children. They agreed to swap us once someone had checked out later that day. We were moved to a much nicer (refurbished) apartment with working air con, however the apartment still hadn’t been cleaned well, with dusty and dirty skirting boards, hair blocking the drain, food left behind and a full dishwasher to empty. Service at the pool bar was slow, no one on site was overly friendly… such a shame, with better housekeeping and service it could be a winner. The location was great.

- Verified traveler (10/5): - Appartement hôtel pratique, au bord de la mer. Cependant il n'était pas très bien nettoyé ; poussière et reste de nourritures des anciens occupants. La porte donnant sur le balcon ne se fermait pas correctement. Et pour finir nous avons eu une coupure d'eau pendant 3h sans nous prévenir.
- Minette (8/5): - Vi kom I slutet av säsongen (september) Naturen, stranden och omgivningarna var vackra. Men området kändes dött. Det fanns inga turister kvar. Det fanns dåligt med varor i lokala affären samt många restauranger /glasskiosker som var stängda. Detta framkom inte vid bokningen. Kände oss lite lurade. Lägenheten var vi super nöjda med sant bemötande av personal. Det var rent och fint. Vi kommer kanske återkomma men utan våra tonåringar. De tyckte de var ett tråkigt ställe.

- Vincent (6/5): Rapport qualité prix mauvais - Très déçus de l’appartement qui est vieillissant et non entretenu. La porte d’entrée est toute gondolée, la salle de bain n’est pas fonctionnelle et est vétuste avec de la moisissure sur les joints de la douche. La chambre a une odeur d’égouts, et la propreté de la chambre laisse à désirer. Au niveau équipement de l’appartement, il manque un micro onde, il n’y avait que 2 bols pour 4, 3 verres pour 4, il n’y avait qu’un petit fond de liquide vaisselle et le distributeur était cassé. Nous y étions que pour 3 nuits, nous nous en sommes donc accommodés. En revanche l’appartement est grand, les lits sont confortables et la piscine, le bar en bord de mer sympas. Aucune communication, on ne nous a même pas demandé comment s’était passé notre séjour. Bref ça ne vaut pas le prix élevé.
- Jennifer (8/5): - Die Wohnung hat eine schöne Ausstattung und war sehr sauber. Wir hatten eine schöne Terrasse auf der keine Sonnenliegen waren. Ich habe bei der Rezeption nach Liegen gefragt und mir wurden für nächsten Tag welche versprochen. Leider ist das nicht geschehen. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Im Haus gab es keinen Besen oder ähnliches ich weiß nicht wie man die Wohnung sauber halten soll wenn man länger bleibt als wir. Ein schöner Strand und Poolbereich ist auch vorhanden. Im ganzen ist die Anlagen zu empfehlen aber es gibt besseres für das Geld.

Elendig service på strandbar hvor de ansatte var mer opptatt av å prate med hverandre enn å betjene kunder. Elendig renhold på felles toalett, det tok minst 3 dager mellom hver overflatiske 'vask'.

- Romain (10/5): Bon séjour - Les appartements sont bien équipés et les installations nombreuses (piscine, plage, sauna, salle de fitness). 2 points noirs : - les petits déjeuners : buffet pas assez approvisionné (alors qu'il est petit), le pain et les viennoiseries sont constamment en rupture. Il faut attendre 15-20min pour en avoir des nouveaux - les transats : ils sont pas assez nombreux et pas assez entretenus, un transat sale restera sale pendant de longues journées

Les appartements agrémentés d'une terrasse et d'un jardin privatifs sont très bien agencés et vous offres tout le confort nécessaire. Le site vous permet de profiter d'une belle piscine donnant sur la mer, d'une plage privée et d'une salle de sport possédant des machines dernier cri. Pour votre dépannage, vous trouverez sur place un supermarché, une boulangerie et deux restaurants. L'équipe de l'hôtel est à votre écoute et à votre sevice, très professionnelle et commerçante.

- Mini (8/5): - Eine wirklich schöne Unterkunft. Wir hatten ein Appartement mit Terrasse, jedoch leider ohne Meerblick (Jammern auf hohem Niveau). Zum Strand und Pool sind es maximal 2 Minuten zu Fuß und das ist wirklich traumhaft. Man bräuchte theoretisch nicht mal Badeschuhe, da es 2 Stege gibt, die einen steinlosen Eintritt ins Wasser gewähren. Vorteil: es ist ein eigener Bereich gewesen. Die Jahreszeit für uns perfekt, es war nicht mehr allzu voll. Im Hochsommer zur Hauptsaison sieht das wahrscheinlich ganz anders aus. Der Ausstattung habe ich nur ein „ok“ gegeben, weil die Küche sehr spärlich eingerichtet war. Wenn man nicht mit eigenem Auto, sondern via Flug anreist, hat man nun mal nicht den halben Hausstand mit. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert!

- Verified traveler (8/5): - Upon arrival we were greeted by a very welcoming reception lady always a good start, who informed us that we were receiving an upgrade to a two bedroom apartment, excellent start. The apartments have private parking outside the front door, a very large terrace and a garden at the rear. The complex has three pools and we had no problem obtaining sunbeds each day, the swim up bar is good for a cooling down drink and a beer is 35 kunas, not bad for a hotel. We were self catering so didn't try the restaurant however we did eat twice at the bar opposite the on-site supermarket which was very good. Zadar is 15 mins away and we used Uber to get there on a couple of nights which costs about 100-120 kuna. All in all great place for families. Overall very pleased with this chilled out well run holiday

Attention à maintenir les équipements en bon état car certains éléments sont cassés mais pas bien entretenus (ex : ponton en bois cassé, placo gonflés non réparer,...) Sinon une semaine au top :)
- Verified traveler (10/5): 海・プール近のアパート - 街の中心地からは少し離れており、閑静な住宅街の中にあります。ビーチへのアクセスは抜群です！またプールもすぐのところにあり、大人が泳いでも十分に広かったです。部屋にはキッチンがあり、自炊もできます。スーパーも徒歩圏内になるので特に不自由なことはありませんでした。 部屋は写真通り綺麗で、快適な滞在ができました！また機会があれば滞在したいと思います！

Vi var 5 personer men fikk bare sengetøy til 4, når vi ga beskjed sa de at det skulle fikses men det skjedde ikke. Det var mye maur i leiligheten og aircondition luktet kjeller, de sprayet for maur utendørs men det hjalp ikke så mye inne. Vi hadde til og med besøk av en skorpion på badet.

- Olav (10/5): Fantastisk bassengområde - Fin leilighet og kjempeflott område rundt basseng/strand. Hadde satt pris på bedre rengjøring både før og under oppholdet. Fint å sitte på den store balkongen. Barna var kjempefornøyd med treningsrommet. Kjekt med egen parkeringsplass til leiligheter og supert med baker på hjørnet slik at vi kunne kjøpe ferskt brød til frokost.

L’appartamento è efficiente e moderno, non manca nulla (a parte il bidet, ma pare che solo gli italiani ne facciano uso). Il complesso piscina/spiaggia è veramente carino e studiato bene, non manca affatto la classica spiaggia di sabbia, il mare è cristallino, in acqua ci sono gonfiabili per i bambini più grandi è vicino alla piscina un parco giochi per i più piccoli. Inoltre ci sono diversi bar con drinks, gelati e snacks. Il ristorante (avevamo mezza pensione) è un classico internazionale, qualcosa da mangiare si trova sempre ma senza aspettarsi grandi cose.

- Leila (8/5): Great pool and Water at the beach - Skønne nye lejligheder med super fin balkon (vores havde udsigt til vandet, og det var så lækkert). Men fuldstændigt tåbeligt at folk kan gå ned kl. 5 om morgenen og reserverer de bedste solstole ved poolen, men så først komme og benytte dem kl, 12.00. Jeg står selv tidligt op, og første dag gik jeg til poolen kl. 7.30. Jeg fandt énstol, resten var reserveret med håndklæder. Jeg lå der fra 7.30 og de første der ellers kom for at ligge der kom omkring kl. 9.00 ... Nogle kom først kl. 12.00. Det er simpelthen for SINDSYGT at hotellet tillader dette. Jeg klagede i receptionen, men der skete intet. De kunne med fordel lave samme ordning som mange andre hoteller har, med at hvis din solseng ikke benyttes i 30 min. så fjernes de håndklædet. Så kunne alle de der gik forgæves rent faktisk have fået sig en stol. Der var stole nok ved strandområdet, men virkelige dårlige stole da de var i plast uden madras. Med fordel kunne de også købe madrassers til alle stole. Så ville det ikke være helt så ærgerligt ikke at få 1 stol ved poolen.

- Verified traveler (10/5): Tolle Appartements - Super tolles Appartement in unmittelbarer Strandnähe. Würden es sofort wieder buchen. Bäcker und Supermark zum einkaufen vorhanden. Abend kann man nach Petrčane zu Fuß am Meer entlang laufen. Einfach wunderschön.

- CECILE MARIE (10/5): Excellent accommodation!! - This apartment exceeded my expectations! I was sceptical about Hotels.com but this accommodation surprised me. Great value for money! Petracane is a lovely area. Local restaurants serve excellent and affordable meals for the lazy days. The supermarket had the best croissants! The sunsets from the poolside is magical! Definitely beter than Zadar.

- Carolyn (4/5): Disappointing - The apartment we were allocated faced onto another block of 4 apartments. The whole resort is more like a compound than a resort... quite souless and no privacy. The unit itself had a largish living area with sliding doors across the front leading onto a patio with patio furniture - the cushions of which were faded and old. The main bedroom was dark with one tiny window and so small it hardly fitted the double bed. The kitchen was not well equipped - the knife was so blunt it was barely possible to slice bread. All in all not good value for money. I would not recommend this establishment.

- Monty (8/5): Nice Apartments, in a lovely resort - Myself and Girlfriend fancied a last minute getaway to the sun and booked the Falkensteiner apartments. The apartment is airy and bright, and was exactly what we wanted. Its relatively spacious, apart from bedroom which was smallish. The pool area is lovely and sits right up against the Adriatic sea which is beautiful. There is a sand beach (uncommon in these parts) 150 Yards from pool area, which is great for kids and young families, and nice for a change of scenery from the poolside loungers. The area itself is quiet and calm, but has a few nice local eateries, as does the resort itself. We spent half of our evenings in Zadar so as to have more choice for eating and going for drinks. Overall food was excellent, especially fish options. Try Bruschetta restaurant or Tinel if eating in Zadar walled region, both beautiful. Wine was cheap and terrific, with staff in many restaurants giving advice on food accompaniment.

- Ed (8/5): - Nice modern services apartments. Close to the beach with good coastal paths for walking or jogging. Beautiful big clean modern pool facilities. Easy parking and handy supermarket next ti reception.
- Ethan (8/5): Great modern apartment, everything's there ! - Very clean and modern apartment in a secure environment. Very close to own beach and pool area, market on site and not too far from other facilities.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Great family location, close to Zadar - Great location - close enough to Zadar to visit without being in the hordes. Pool was much nicer than looks in the picture. Great to have space int he apartment, although the kitchen was very poorly equipped, making cooking difficult.
- Joao (10/5): - The hotel restaurant requires reservation to the breakfast and we didn't know about that. As it is an apartment we made shop in a grocerie store and had it at the apartment.
- Michael (8/5): - The apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable (for the most part); however, the air-conditioning was not adequate and the wi-fi was intermittent.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - It rained every days during our stay. We didn't get a chance to use a swimming pool and dine in at the restaurant. We rent a car from the airport so we could commute to any places, the hotel location is pretty far from tourist sites. The staffs were very nice. The mini mart had everything we needed.
- Kayleigh (10/5): Nice weekend break - On arrival greeted by receptionist, was very pleasant. We were given information about our apartment and where to find everything. When we got to our room was very pleased, very modern and spacious for two. We found we had no bed linen or towels, so went back to hotel reception. Within ten minutes the guy (who was working alone that night) came up to the room with towels and bed linen and insisted on making up our bed. Very lovely. The next day the maid came round and cleaned our room and checked we had everything we needed. We enjoyed our stay, room was comfy. On the last night we wanted to find a place to eat but it was pretty late, the receptionist recommended a place to eat, called to tell them we were arriving shortly and booked us a taxi for there and back. Restaurant was really good and we had the best meal we had over there. All staff worked very hard to make our stay enjoyable! Only thing I would say is that the location isn't in the centre of Zadar and taxis or a walk to the nearest bus stop is needed for the trip in to town.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Beautiful apartment but comes with hidden costs. - When we checked in, our room wasn't ready. They said they were arranging a room closer to the beach so we waited at there pool and ordered a drink until it was available. They charge an extra charge per person to clean the linens as well as for towels. Those are services that are usually implied when renting a place in my opinion. Also when asked about laundry services that they state they offer, they are astronomically high to use. I believe it equated to 7 dollars to wash one t-shirt. Great apartment, great location, but we had to buy our own towels which was slightly ridiculous.
