- Costantino (4/5): Outdated property with great potential - Very kind and helpful receptionist, beautiful view from the room and large outdoor areas to relax. The restaurant quality was decent and the overall structure has a lot of potential thanks to its location and atmosphere. Unfortunately, the hotel feels quite dated and both the rooms and bathrooms would benefit from renovation. The bathroom drain kept getting clogged, the heating was turned off despite the still-cold temperatures, and the double bed was simply two single beds joined together, which was not very comfortable. The biggest issue was the poor sound insulation and overall rest quality: strange noises could constantly be heard from the corridors and early in the morning the cleaning staff conversations were clearly audible from the room. Breakfast looks appealing at first sight, but the actual selection is rather limited. Another major issue concerns the weekend events already mentioned in other reviews. On Saturday, loud music and vibrations could be felt in the room for the entire day. In addition, when leaving for a work appointment, our car was blocked in the parking area because of guests attending the event who had parked irresponsibly.

- Angemi (7/5): - Nella struttura e presenta una spa carinissima e soprattutto pulitissima, qualità riscontrata anche in camera. Le ampie finestre offrono inoltre uno scenario meraviglioso sulle Dolomiti, davvero suggestivo. Faccio infine i miei più sinceri complimenti ad Alessandro, parte dello staff: professionale, disponibile e sempre sorridente. Nel complesso, un soggiorno con più luci che ombre. Durante il mio soggiorno ho riscontrato alcuni problemi che hanno influito sull’esperienza complessiva. In camera il riscaldamento non funzionava. Dopo diverse ore ho segnalato la cosa in reception e mi è stato consigliato di alzare il termostato, ma purtroppo il riscaldamento non è mai partito. Di conseguenza ho dovuto dormire con la coperta di lana presente nell’armadio. La mattina successiva ho nuovamente comunicato il problema al check-in e mi è stato detto che sarebbe stato chiamato un tecnico, ma….. Anche la cena (mezza pensione) non rispecchiava il costo di 30,00€ a persona escluse bevande.

La camera tuttavia non era quello che mi aspettavo per il prezzo pagato.. l'illuminazione era scarsa, il termostato sempre impostato su 28 gradi (abbiamo dormito con le finestre aperte i primi di aprile), le finestre erano mezze scrostate e si staccava anche la maniglia e la presa vicino al letto era mezza rotta... peccato

Le.service au restaurant pas digne d'un 3 étoiles et long. Le serveur était seul et il aurait fallu une personne de plus. Le petit dejeuner vraîment médiocre très peu de choix et pas de ravitaillement a 8h30 sachant que le petit dejeuner fermait à 9h30.

Zunächst möchte ich mitteilen das die Frond Managerin eine sehr unfreundliche Person ist. Begründung: Bei meiner Anreise sagte man mir nicht einmal guten. Im Gegenteil, man fragte mich sofort nach meiner Kreditkarte. Ich fragte ob erst mal das Zimmer besichtigen könne. Mir wurde gesagt das ich ohne die Hinterlegung der Kreditkarte keinen Zutritt ins Hotel bekäme. Für mich ein NoGo. Ich hatte schon so meine bedenken, weil der Eingangsbereich sehr ungepflegt und Abgewohnt wirkte und auch unangenehm roch.( Zur Information ich mache 90.000Km im Jahr und übernachte in Vielen Hotels bin bei Booking auf Level 5) Ich habe als Erfahrung was Hotels bestritt. Nach Langem Zögern ging die Managerin mit mir in 2 Etage dich zeige Sie mir das Zimmer. Ich war schockiert einfach nur ein Loc...., ich öffnete die Badezimmertür und das hat mir Dan den Rest geben. Kein Fenster , Dusch ALt und der Sifon wurde mit Silikon verdichtete. Ich hatte für 3 Tage gebucht und meine Stornierung war abgelaufen. Das war mir Dan aber egal ich trotzdem Stoniert und muss €95,- für nichts bezahlen. Uch sagte der Managerin das ich Stoniert habe, sie sagte nur ,... Nun dan werde ich bei Booking die Storno gebühr anfragen. Ich sagte nur machen Sie das ,aber in so einem Hotel werde ich nicht eine Minute übernachten. Lasst euch nicht von den Fotos auf der Webseite beeindrucken. So geht sicher vielen die auf Hotel Webseiten schauen und dann aber enteuscht werden. Nur eine Kurze Info an die Managerin, Sie sollten vielleicht mal eine Anstandsschule besuchen. Den mit Kunden geht man nicht so um und Ihre Arogante Art ist inakzeptabel für diese Branche. MFG

Io ho soggiornato 3 giorni per sciare ad Alleghe. Non sono attrezzati per chi scia (es. deposito sci e scarponi). Dovendo riporre le tute e tutto quanto in camera il posto è davvero poco.

- Paolo Efisio Anedda Angioy (7/5): Bella struttura - Posizione panoramica L'albergo è fuori dal centro città, dal quale dista un quarto d'ora di camminata. La struttura è curata ed è piacevole a livello architettonico. Parcheggio interno sul fronte. C'è una stazione di ricarica per veicoli elettrici ma non funziona. Stanza arredata con gusto ma decisamente minuscola (valige poggiate a terra per necessità), anche il letto è ridotto una piazza e mezza o poco più. Il bagno è anch'esso stringato. Staff efficiente. Colazione varia ed abbondante. Da notare che tutti i servizi della spa, (compreso l'accesso alla piccolissima piscina) vanno pagati a parte. Rapporto qualità prezzo decisamente non esaltante, se pagato a listino pieno.

- Erich (7/5): Das Hotel Imperina ist für einen Kurzaufenthalt in Ordnung. - Frühstück typisch italienisch und in Ordnung. Abendessen im Restaurant war sehr gut. Badezimmer ist sehr klein, aber für eine Nacht auf der Durchreise in Ordnung.

Nell'hotel c'era una festa (per ospiti esterni all'hotel) e hanno tenuto la musica altissima fino ad oltre la mezzanotte. Abbiamo cenato nel ristorante dell'hotel e la pizza era molto buona. Spa piccola ma ben attrezzata e rilassante. Letti comodissimi. Come piccoli suggerimenti per l'area spa: sarebbe utile prestare maggiore attenzione al rifornimento dell'acqua per le tisane. Inoltre, alcuni clienti erano piuttosto rumorosi: ricordare all'ingresso l'importanza del silenzio aiuterebbe a mantenere l'atmosfera rilassante.

- Anna (8/5): Ottima vista sulle montagne, villa d'epoca affascinante ed accogliente - Ottima la posizione, con panorama stupendo. La colazione a buffet piccola ma abbastanza fornita sia di dolce che di salato e di prodotti fatti in casa. Anche il ristorante offre piatti interessanti soprattutto le pizze. In generale lo staff è stato accogliente e disponibile. Ci sono state delle piccole pecche, a cominciare dal parcheggio molto piccolo nel quale si fatica a parcheggiare, inoltre nella stanza il pavimento era sconnesso in un paio di punti nel bagno e scricchiolava in alcuni punti in camera. Unica pecca la temperatura troppo alta delle camere non facilmente regolabile.

La struttura è bella e curata, la camera adeguata e con lo spazio giusto per due persone, pulita, in ordine e dotata di tutto il necessario. Ho apprezzato molto la colazione a buffet, varia e di qualità. Il personale è stato cordiale e gentile durante tutto il soggiorno. Lo consiglio sicuramente e ci tornerei volentieri. Unico piccolo neo (molto soggettivo) il cuscino, che ho molto rigido.

Camere assolutamente non insonorizzate e tremanti fino a tarda sera e notte. Sconsiglio di prenotare, una struttura gestita a modo avvisa gli ospiti quando prenotano che si trasformerá in discoteca. Stanza piccola, letto occupante quasi tutto lo spazio. Sunto: fidatevi delle (tante) recensioni negative.

Ho chiesto di sostituire il telefono della doccia perché spruzzava acqua solo ai lati ed era impossibile lavarsi, ma la seconda sera la situazione era identica. La camera non è spaziosa ma confortevole, la villa si trova in posizione strategica ed è circondata da un parco bellissimo.

- Thomas (5/5): Good location and breakfast but bathroom was tiny and not as pictured - The breakfast was good, coffee was made-to-order, and breakfast staff was friendly and professional. We booked a standard double room on Booking. The bathroom picture on Booking showed a bathtub but we were given a different room with a tiny walk-in shower with a toilet right next to the shower and facing it; there was so little space and we could not sit on the toilet without our legs pressing against the shower. We asked for a different room and showed the picture of a room with bathtub on Booking, but the staff said that was a deluxe room. They moved us to a different room where the toilet was not right next to the walk-in shower but there was still no bathtub like pictured on Booking.

- john-Henry (8/5): Friendly experience - Wrong time of the year but the location was amazing. The service from the reception was amazing as they took in conceded you as a individual who is new to hiking and they advise you what you could easily achieve. Will come back again in the future
