Second day Fruits were finished by 8 am and when asked for more fruits, they said they don’t have anymore. Whereas breakfast time was 7 to 10 am. So how come no supply by 8 am.

Nak ke pantai dekat, tempat sarapan yang kekinian pun banyak pilihan. Kalau teringin nasi Padang, tak payah jauh — depan hotel je ada. Bagi saya, ni antara 2nd best warung Nasi Padang di Bali. Memang repeat! 😄 Having this kind of food so dekat memang buat stay lagi best. Laundry sebelah kiri hotel pun bersih dan wangi — benda kecil tapi sangat membantu. Kalau cerita pasal bilik, bagi saya memang ok sangat. Biasalah, ada rasa klasik sikit sebab hotel lama, tapi tetap selesa untuk rehat. Hotel ni juga mesra family — ada playground dekat cafe, sesuai kalau datang dengan anak-anak. Apa pun, stay kat sini memang kena dengan jiwa sampai dari plan 2 malam… terus extend jadi 5 malam.”** 😄
- Rowan (8/5): a good place close to all - it is close to every were. the price you pay for what you get is good. we had problem with the ac in one of the rooms 2 time when we checked in we had to move rooms as it was not working and 3 weeks in we had on of the ac stop in the 2nd room and they fixed it once but stopped aging 2 day before we left so did not worry about it but other then that it was a good place to stay it is an older place but still clean and nice
- Rena (8/5): Short stay - I liked everything about this property The staff were lovely and very helpful Location was great even though you had to take a short walk to the Main road down a pretty wide access ștreet It seemed very safe Asked for ground level rooms for our second stay which were much better for my husband who has arthritis I think basic upkeep and attention to detail would improve the asthetics of this property For example replacing shower curtains with new ones that showed mould at the hem, bottom of shower doors tidied up and revarnished or painted

- Emma (1/5): It’s 3 AM and the rooster still won’t stop!!! - I came from Australia expecting at least basic comfort, but Siesta Hotel was a big let-down. Staff hardly understand basic English, which made even simple requests frustrating. My first room’s air-con broke after I’d unpacked, so I had to move – very inconvenient. In the second room, the window wouldn’t close, so bugs kept coming in, and every time I blocked it with a towel, staff removed it. The fridge made constant noise, and a rooster outside crowed all day and night – it’s now 3 AM and I still can’t sleep. The beds are extremely uncomfortable – feels like sleeping on wooden cardboard. Staff did help open a water bottle for me, but it took ages to explain what I needed. My friends’ daughter wasn’t allowed a pool towel and their room of four only ever got two towels. Great location, but honestly that’s the only good thing. Everything else was uncomfortable, noisy, and stressful. Not worth it.

There is no separation between the swimming pool and the dining area. Sheets even though they were clean had tattoo ink stains on them. The hotel towels are long overdue for replacement, some had holes or where torn.

I had to tell reception to make sure bed linens are changed at least every day as they did not changed for first 4 days. Overall Ok stay need more vegetarians breakfast options. Good thing staff was very friendly and listen to request made house keeping policy not changing linens everyday

- rachelpQ6781TP (2/5): Disappointing. Moved elsewhere. - Arrival & Reception. No welcome drink or refreshing towel. Yes it's the little things that make a stay memorable sometimes. No overly friendly greeting upon arrival or for the remainder of our stay. We arrived an hour or so before our check in time and waited in the foyer. We checked out after a few days as it was nothing like pictured. All we were offered was 'sorry'. Room. After being let into our rooms, we had to call room service twice due to the safe and tv remote having flat batteries. One room had a window that opened onto an unfenced garden area (3rd floor) and also didn't close properly. The other rooms window opened over the ground floor. Both easily opened by a child where they could fall 3 stories. I spent the entire time worried about my child in the interconnecting room which they were able to lock from their side. The curtains had stains on them, and the hems were black. The desk had stains/dirt over it which was never cleaned. I found myself coughing overnight which disappeared once we changed hotel so i can only assume it was dust/mould or the air conditioner. Bathroom. The towels were little better than rags, all frayed and the 2 towels we were allocated also doubled as our pool towels. No spare toilet paper rolls were supplied, and we ran out overnight. The bathroom was dirty with mold and dirt in corners and shower curtain wasn't very clean either. No handsoap was ever supplied, we bought our own but there wasn't even a tray or ledge to put it on. The shower soap dispenser was never topped up and was empty after the first day. Pool. The pool is right next to reception and the dining area and i did not feel very comfortable at all being in full view of everyone eating and checking in. It was also quite cold being almost fully shaded. Restaurant. The restaurant is only open for breakfast and lunch, and no alcohol is served. Service is slow. Drinks were nice. Only ordered a few light lunch snacks, most of which were nice. Breakfast menu was ok, mix of Asian and continental, nothing outstanding but enough to get you started for the day. Us. 2 adults and 1 child. This would be about my 17th visit to Bali so i know what to expect and I am fairly competent in Bahasa so communication isn't an issue. Even if things are old or a bit ricketty that's ok but i do expect a certain level of cleanliness and attention to detail especially when they have a big sign in the foyer touting how clean they are etc. Overall. Will never stay here again nor would I recommend to people with young children due to safety concerns. The only staff who were good was the security gate man. He was always pleasant and polite.

- Graham (9/5): Good value for money, handy location and attentive staff - I just booked a single night stay so we could be close to the airport, have a sleep and a shower. I liked the location just off the hutly and bustle of the main road, but only a very short walk to have a meal, massage, drink etc. The breakfast was also good as I like indonesian food, but if you want a western option, it's a bit limited. The staff were all friendly and attentive. The karaoke bar close by is a bit noisy, but there isn't much they can do about that. It doesn't matter wheere you stay in bali you will find it's noisy at night, especially around legian and kuts etc.

The hair dryer was upon request and amenities at room were very limited , breakfast was very poor in options actually overall nothing,shower rooms and washrooms are horrible , images shown on the booking was total different , no sofa in the room instead 2 beds , one for single and one for double, and we booked 2 suites for each with 2 pax’s, even sleeper were not provided on both the rooms.not recommended at all .
