El apartamento es enorme, los espacios son grandes, el mobiliario completitismo, roperos escritorio y hasta tv en cada habitacion. La cocina tiene de todo: microondas, tostadora, pava eléctrica ollas, utensilios.

• Melissa (8/5): Lovely stay at the Alessi - Breakfast was as expected with all freshly made options, but the dinner choices here were superb! Nice large room with modern bathroom. Bed was a little hard for me but my adult daughter found it fine. Air conditioning was perfect. Very helpful staff. Superb central location. Noise could be heard until about 11.30pm due to location but not so that it kept me awake, so wouldn’t put me off returning.

Spacious rooms. - The location of this place is really nice, on a small Italian street where they have tables of their own restaurant, and the road goes on to a square with a couple of cafes and restaurants. The location is also amazing, it is close to the pier, where you can get cheap boat rides to nearby beautiful towns, and it is also nice to have a walk along the beach or in the Italian style city centre. I also felt really safe walking alone. The host was extremely nice and helpful, where he showed me numerous things I could do around the lake, and answered any question I had, and gave me some useful tips. It is a wonderful beautiful and relaxing location, with a handful of tourist. I didn’t expect it to be this nice. The apartment was also quite big, with a small cute terrace, and I also had room service. :)

• Andrea (8/5): - Die erste Nacht haben wir in einem übel riechenden Zimmer verbringen müssen (deswegen haben wir auch den Punkt "Sauberkeit" entsprechend niedrig bewertet). Wegen langen Staus konnten wir erst sehr spät einchecken, weswegen uns nicht noch in der selben Nacht ein anderes Zimmer zugeteilt wurde. . Am nächsten morgen jedoch, wurde uns sofort ein anderes Zimmer angeboten, was dann auch wirklich nett war. Das Frühstück war ok aber angesichts des Übernachtungspreises (200 €/Nacht) doch wiederum nicht so ganz angemessen. Das Personal war überaus freundlich und in allen Belangen sehr bemüht. So war z.B. auch der Check-In nach 22 Uhr kein Problem. Das Hotel liegt super zentral und ist dank der guten Fenster auch prima isoliert. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wäre das mit dem ersten Zimmer nicht gewesen, wäre unser Urteil insgesamt Richtung hervorragend gegangen. Auch der Ort Desenzano ist aus unserer Sicht sehr empfehlenswert; zumindest für Touristen, die sich bereits am Gardasee über italienisches Flair freuen.

Aspetti negativi: nessuno in particolare; segnalo solo un materasso certamente comodo (342) ma con tendenza a fare una conca nella sua parte centrale (forse si sono indebolite le molle). E' una piccolezza, ma può penalizzare chi ha problemi di schiena. Simpatici gli addobbi natalizi.

Our room was clean and quiet with everything you need. Breakfast was plentiful and very tasty. The staff are great. Alway a smile. If you get the chance eat at the trattoria attached, the food is gorgeous and Andy made the whole experience brilliant.

• clive (10/5): Friendly serviced focused hotel centrally located - Hotel is located in a narrow street 20m off the main square in Desenzano which places it at the heart of the resort. Having stayed on 4 previous occasions I can confirm that in the last 12 months the hotel has been through a major refurbishment and modernisation programme. The rooms are well decorated and air conditioned and are furnished in a modern style to suit and older building. Breakfast is a standard continental buffet with an individual service for coffee. Despite being in the centre of town and hotel's own outside restaurant operating in the street, rooms are quiet. There is choice for dining with a pizzeria, wine bar, courtyard restaurant and street main hotel restaurant offering a wide range of italian food. The hotel also offers guests a very reasonable fixed price 3 course menu with a daily change in selection. All of the staff are friendly and go out of their way to interact with customers and ensure they meet your expectations. The approach is relaxed and efficient, giving you plenty of time to enjoy meals at your own pace. We have been to this hotel 4 years in succession, each year we have seen improvements that continually take it further ahead. It is no more than a 3/4 minute stroll from the hotel to the ferry terminal to explore Lake Garda, and another minute to the main bus terminus.

• simi (8/5): Accommodating staff and fantastic location - We stayed here for 4 nights. Our room was spacious and very clean. The bed was extremely comfortable too. We did have a room facing the restaurant which got a bit noisy in the evening. We mentioned this to the manager and she managed to move or room the next day. Although this room was smaller, the room was comfortable and very clean and there was no noise which allowed us to rest. The staff were all very welcoming from the reception desk to the restaurant staff. The breakfast was good for a conitinetal breakfast. There was crossaints, yogurts, fruit, cereals ect. There were lots of hot drinks to pick from too. The restaurant was very clean to eat at. The location was amazing! There are so many restaurants to eat at, small shops for shopping and a small supermarket to get water from. Also the hotel had amazing transportation links. We got a train to Desenzano and then walked 15mins down hill to the hotel. There is local buses and a ferry for lake Garda. Would highly recommend staying here and would definitely come back!

• Ronald (10/5): Een echt gezellig italiaans hotel !! - Het is een oud hotel maar wij hadden een ruime nette kamer. Het eten en het personeel is top! Auto is moeilijk te parkeren als je aankomt want het is midden in het stadje, maar de receptionist rijdt met je mee om een gratis parkeerplaats te zoeken. De ligging van het hotel is langs een gezellig straatje waar het onder genot van een drankje leuk mensen kijken is.( dus je verveelt je geen seconde)

Einkaufmöglichkeiten und Bars 5 min zu Fuß, genau so wie ein kleiner Idyllischer Hafen. Strand ca. 10-15 min entfernt. Anfahrt mit dem Auto etwas Verwirrend (Hotel befindet sich in einer Fußgänger-Zone), Einbahnstraßen und enge Gassen! Parken kann man auf öffentlichen, kostenlosen Parkplätzen in 10 min Reichweite (nicht empfehlenswert), ansonsten besitzt das Hotel eine abgeschlossene und kühle Tiefgarage für 15€/Nacht. Zimmer Sehr schön, und sauber, Betten/Matratzen leider sehr Hart! Von außen Italienisch, von innen eher Moderner aufgebaut. Gute Klimaanlage. Für einen idyllischen Kurzurlaub in Italien zu zweit, sehr geeignet!

• Thomas (8/5): Ein schönes Hotel mit typisch italienisches Flair - Kurzurlaub, drei Nächte. Mitten im Zentrum gelegenes Altstadthotel in einer Nebengasse. Unser Zimmer war superschön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, allerdings sehr klein. In der Gasse war Abends reger Betrieb, dementsprechend die Geräuschkulisse. Das Zimmer hatte allerdings Topfenster und der Schlaf war gesichert. Das Frühstück war für italienische Verhältnisse sehr gut, alles da um den Tag gut zu beginnen. EIN GROSSER FEHLER VON UNS, wir waren erst am letzten Abend Essen in der Trattoria. Tolles Restaurant aufgegliedert in eine Pizzeria, Trattoria, Vinothek und einem schönen Innenhof (von aussen nicht zu erahnen, wie schön es ist). Das Essen war super, das Personal nett, hilfsbereit und aufmerksam. Liebe Grüße an Bruno und die Familie, wir kommen bestimmt mal wieder. Thomas und Stephie

Arrivati in tarda serata, non possiamo non ammirare la splendida piazza da cui ci si affaccia all'hotel, illuminata e di una magia unica. Entrati nell'hotel ci accoglie il gestore, il sig. Bruno, persona di una cordialità e gentilezza unica. La camera doppia a noi assegnata è molto spaziosa, appena ristrutturata, con tutti i confort necessari. Bagno pulitissimo, con box doccia. E' presente anche un tavolo allungabile con delle sedie e un armadio attrezzato a mo di cucinotto. La mattina seguente ci attende un'ottima colazione a buffet, che saprebbe soddisfare un po tutti i gusti. Purtroppo incombe la nostra partenza e il sig.Bruno, con la solita simpatia e cordialità, ci da alcuni consigli su cosa visitare nelle vicinanze. Un'ospitalità eccezionale e rara. Sicuramente torneremo a far visita a questo stupendo posto nella stagione estiva. Da segnalare il bellissimo ristorante sottostante, sempre gestito dallo stesso hotel, con possibilità di mangiare al chiuso o all'aperto in una scenografica veranda.

• Per (10/5): Hotel, restaurant and wine bar Alessi - Had a great stay at Alessi. Family owned with great Service, best food in Desenzano. All personnel very professional with great knowledge in food and wine.
• Ian (10/5): Nice hotel by the lake - Really good value accommodation, right in the middle of Desenzano less than 5 minute walk to the lake, shops and restaurants. Room was comfortable and big, very clean and crucially had much needed air conditioning! Room was also serviced every day (we stayed a full week). Breakfast buffet was good which included continental breakfast and a small selection of cooked food (we also ate in the hotel restaurant one night and the food was excellent). Hotel staff were very friendly. The only slight downside was the wifi wasn't particularly reliable. All in all would very much recommend this hotel as a place to stay by Lake Garda.
• Andrew (10/5): Great second stay - The hotel was great value, clean rooms with plenty of space, good air con and decent breakfast. The location is great, just a minute walk from the restaurants/bars and the hotel restaurant is fabulous if you can afford it.
• Verified traveler (8/5): Albergo Trattoria is a treat at a good price. - Definitely enjoyed my stay. Management was very accommodating. Hotel is rated as a 3 star, but definitely high end 3 star IMHO. Good value!
