Guest Reviews
- Dean FW (6/5): Needs a refresh - We spent four nights at the Kings Arms on a recent trip to visit family. We’ve stayed there previously but, unfortunately, the rooms are looking a little shabby. First off, there was no wifi in the room; the repeater didn’t work. The rooms need a re-fresh: We stayed in the Jurassic suite and the mattresses and pillows were from that era. Also, the room needed a deep clean; the upholstery was badly stained. Despite all this, it’s a lovely place to stay. The cleaning staff were pleasant and helpful. The adjoining pub and breakfasts were great. The place has character but needs some TLC.
- Steve (8/5): - Friendly staff
- Sivananda Reddy (8/5): - Peaceful stay
- Jacqueline (8/5): Lovely stay, comfortable, clean, good service - Perfect location, friendly welcoming staff. Busy pub location, however very quiet after closing. Lovely wildlife sounds overnight.
Breakfast short walk next door to farm shop. Very good.
- Kieron (10/5): - The room was perfect for what we wanted the staff were very friendly and helpful, we had a really nice time listening to the band outside, would love to have stayed another night
- Ian (8/5): - Lovely room but had to close the curtains for privacy when sunny as on ground floor.
Shame
- Paul (8/5): - In the right area to where we wanted to visit beautiful area a lot to visit and see along the coast where we stopped we were happy and had a great time sorry to leave thanks
- Debz (8/5): - The pub, room and village were lovely however the floor in the room wasn’t clean and the lady behind the bar was clearly having a bad day as her attitude towards her customers sucked.
- Carina (8/5): Lovely weekend stay - The room was clean and spacious. The bed was large and comfortable. The pillows could be better (quite flat). The bathroom was adequate. We loved how quiet/silent it was in the room.
We really enjoyed having food and drinks at the pub. The breakfast at the local farmshop was ok (they were out of some options both days).
Easy/quick drive to Weymouth.
- Sharon (8/5): - Room was good, nice furnishings and comfy bed. Lovely breakfast at Duck cafe.
No sign of clock radio as described or Cowshed toiletries - they were generic.
Bathroom was in need of a good scrub and the curtains dragged on the floor so the bottom 30cm were filthy.
However good location& friendly staff
We did choose the hottest day to stay so the room was quite hot !
- Paul (6/5): - Pretty standard pub type accommodation. Room comfortable, bathroom very small. Property badly needs money spending on its external fabric which spoils the whole appearance of the place
- Martin (6/5): - Room a bit dated and got woken up at 6am by a pump in room cupboard not good
- Mark (8/5): - Nice little village and nice pub dog friendly good food and nice breakfast at ducks
- David (8/5): Visit to Portesham - Been there before, nice location in the centre of the village. Happy to visit again.
- Joanna (10/5): - Very pleasant stay worth the price. Great location for someone who would like to explore the coast and have a cosy stay. Highly recommend it.
- Alan (10/5): - Beautiful area ,clean new rooms ,king bed ,food great in pub and breakfast at the duck is fabulous
Would recommend
- Penny (6/5): - Breakfast in farm store that only opened at 9am but oven not working and coffee machine not primed so limited breakfast choice and long wait. Not great.
- Judith (8/5): - Excellent pub food and very welcoming staff. The room was quite comfortable once we got it warmed up but some attention should be given to the doors so that they open and close more easily and perhaps add some lighting on the stairs. These are small in the overall scheme of things though. The breakfast at the nearby farm shop was outstanding.
- Joanna (10/5): - It was a peaceful setting (out of season). The parking was handy and the breakfast superb!
- Phil (10/5): - Lovely room, way too hot though, had to tuen off the towel radiator & open the windows. Nice evening meal, service was a bit slow as there were two large tables & I was on my own
- Pamela (4/5): Not worth a visit - On arrival not overly welcome reception (in bar). Room window open hence room damp and cold had to ask for extra heater to get rid of dampness, also asked for blanket for bed as duvet considered inadequate due to conditions, we were questioned why we wanted blanket, they reluctantly provided a single duvet as no blankets available. Biggest gripe was that breakfast is served remote location, cafe round the corner (250 yards approx) in the rain not pleasant experience. food was ok but not as you would expect for hotel breakfast. first morning room servicing bed not made. Location of rooms (not attached to hotel) walk to rooms through section of garden dark under trees rustic steps unlit and dangerous also unlit path to car park there are lights in place but just not switched on. It appears that the hotel is only manned during pub opening hours so if you have any queeries you have wait for pub to open, then they are bar staff who are not sure about hotel problems. Overall a disappointing stay. Hotel is definitely not worthy of the 4 star rating as advertised decor is dated it may have been ok when it was updated in 2014 but that was 10 years ago, i dont think anything has been done since. Once again biggest gripe REMOTE BREAKFAST this is not mention on the web sites we would not have booked if we had known.
- Geoffrey (6/5): Lovely place but choose a different room - Staff very friendly and helpful. Evening meals were very good. Breakfast at nearby cafe (included in price) also good.
The problems were with the Jurassic room we stayed in. The heating didn't work so they gave us a portable heater. The guest wi-fi signal didn't reach the room; even in the main building my laptop kept dropping out because of security issues. The glass shower door was very difficult to open, with no guidance to assist.
- Robin (6/5): - First and foremost, the staff on duty were particularly helpful and friendly.
The access to the bedroom was a disaster.
The handrail to the steps was partly rotten, leaning at an angle and did not extend to the top step.
The concrete steps were uneven, broken in places and irregular.
Neither the steps or pathway was lit.
My wife fell on the steps and injured her arm quite badly on the rotten hand rail. (Accident entered into site accident book).
The room was "musty". Black mould in shower, toilet roll holder missing. The toilet seat had been replaced with a seat that was smaller than the pan. Lights were not working in bathroom. (Some lights replaced when we raised it as an issue. The shower light was not replaced while we were there).
The bedroom cupboard was locked but had a pump of some sort located within it that was noisy at unexpected moments
In the eating area of the pub our table was adjacent to an open storm water drain which had water running continually while we were eating.
Breakfast is NOT served in the pub but at a deli located about 150 metres from the pub. Not just next door as we were told. (Across the garden, a public carpark, along a side road and then further along a main road. Particularly an issue when weather is wet and windy as when we stayed. The breakfast facilities were not made clear until after we booked. (The breakfast was very nice).
- Andrew (10/5): - Easy access to many of Dorset South Coast highlights Room for as very nice, very quiet, but a little dated. Only thing I would say is if you are counting on wifi to do a lot of work it was a bit spotty in our room. Other than that an excellent location with good food, good atmosphere and great staff.
- Ben (10/5): - Beautiful pub and very clean accommodation
- Michael (10/5): - Lovely staff and lovely place
- Sarah (10/5): - Everything perfevt
- David (10/5): Beautiful Location - Everything was great, the room, the food and the pub. The staff were friendly, polite and friendly. The only problem was the breakfast didn’t start until 8am which is a little late for a business traveller but amazing cooked to order breakfast. Will definitely come back.
- Lucy (10/5): - Good beer garden, pleasant surroundings, helpful friendly staff, excellent breakfast.
- David (8/5): Kings Arms review May 2024 - Room slightly tired but a good size and a comfortable bed. Good restaurant quality evening meals and good breakfast in their companion Farm Shop situated a few yards walk from the Kings Arms. Would be happy to stay there again.
- Paul (10/5): - A picturesque Dorset pub with very comfortable rooms. I had dinner at the pub which was great, plus included breakfast at cafe round the corner which was also delicious. I hope to be back again soon
- Stan (8/5): - Nice big clean room but there was no light in the shower and no instructions of how the shower worked, tried for about 15 minutes but gave up in the end. Had an exceptionally nice meal in the evening and a good nights sleep.
Although pre warned there was no breakfast at the pub and we had to go to a café and farm shop around the corner which wasn't brilliant as we couldn't take the dog inside the café so we had to sit outside, it was bloody cold but thankfully not raining. Everything got cold very quickly and we were made to feel to be an inconvenience and told to wait foe more tea as they were others ahead of us, sorry but we were there before the workmen in their dirty overalls being allowed in. From the car park to the room there were several trees with birds flying around and an unacceptable amount of bird poo on the path. I know its not something they could totally control but a bucket of soapy water and a yard brush every few days would make a huge difference. Had to carry our cases and little dog so they wouldn't get contaminated. A real pity as the room was lovely as was the food and the staff were nice and friendly. Do your own breakfast please.
- Russell (4/5): - We were met by a very helpful young man who handed us the room key and carried my wife's bag for her. That was the last we saw of any staff apart from bar staff.
The linen and toilet were clean but the room was dirty. Cobwebs from the ceiling, dirty lampshade, a chair I would not sit on, dirty carpet and mould around the bottom of the ensuite and shower. All photographed in case of dispute.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Room - Pub and staff faultless, room carpet badly stained with i don't know what. There was a hole i the bathroom floor and the shower head just sprayed everywhere.
- Mrs Pam (4/5): Attention required - The room smelt damp, curtains mouldy and falling off rail, seems to have been reported in may and nothing changed, could have done with a freshen up before we arrived, comfortable bed, good shower, just needed some extra care and attention, mattress protector stained,
- Lynn (6/5): Nice short stay - Kings arms is a lovely place rooms where big and clean internet tv was no good at all
Food was ok but expensive and a long wait
Easy to get into Weymouth which is what we wanted.
Breakfast was in a cafe around the corner so not on site but it was lovely
- Denise Anne (6/5): - We arrived Sunday, no one went in to refresh till Thursday. We left friday morning. Issues with loling and unlocking door. Shower head needed cleaning. We reported but nothing done.
Bed very comfy. Tea and coffee in room. Just lacked attention to detail
- Richard (10/5): Overnight stop over - Great service, lovely location
- Lucinda (10/5): - Excellent accommodation option in a beautiful village near to Weymouth - would highly recommend.
- Michelle (6/5): - This could be an amazing place you guys are so chilled and lovely.
But the room smelt damp and there was water on the bathroom floor for 24hours with my asthma that didn’t help and the carpet needs either replacing or a deep clean but apart from that the room was very modern and could be amazing with a bit of tlc.
- Carol (8/5): Great little find for a weekend break. - Lovely village setting for the pub. The accommodation comprises 3 rooms across a single storey extension to the pub. Nice and quiet. Great for a short stay. Breakfast is at the nearby farm shop/cafe just a couple of minutes walk. Food was fresh and tasty. Evening meal in the pub was equally nice. Plenty of inside and outside seating with a large decking area and a lawned area.
- Anthony (4/5): Not suitable for anyone with mobilty issues. - The bed was clean and comfortable but the moukd in the bathroom and very poor taps tthat ran a dribble of water were disappointing. The only windows were double glazed and blown and the latch for the window was broken. We had not realised that the access was up steps outside. Breakfast was not served in the pub but at duck farm shop 10 yards away down the road and around tge corner. My husband has mobility issues so we drove there. The breakfast was good. When we checked in we were not told about the brrakfadt issue and it was only later i inquired where breakfast was that i was told. The lady said a note was probably in the room about it but there was no note in the room. A disappointing stay. Not suitable for anyone with mobility issues.
- Jonathan (6/5): - The property is very dated and looking a little tired. The carpets had stains everywhere and there was a distinct smell of mold and damp. The bathroom floor showed signs of water ingress. From.door.and frame rotting and lock not secure. Door could easily be forced open if a theif was to visit! On a possitove, the pub was lovely, good food and the breakfast shop in the morning was excellent. Overall disappinted given the cost of £270 for 2 nights, bit it was a necessity. Would be unlikely to visit again.
- Sally (4/5): - Room dark and dirty cobwebs every corner of the room shower didn't work windows could do with a good clean advertised as luxury accommodation needs complete refit
- david (6/5): - Great manager -great bar staff -food nice . It’s such a pity the rooms are worn and neglected . Shower door sticks , walls have holes in them and need repainting throughout , window frames rotting , curtains worn and stained . It would not take much to refurb them but the care and attention given in the pub is not reflected in the rooms
- Matthew (10/5): - Good location for the footpath access in the Chesil Beach area.
- Susan (10/5): The Kings Arms, Portesham - We booked this dog-friendly hotel at the last minute. We had asked for feather- free bedding and the staff had gone to the trouble of making sure we had it, before we got there. The 3 bedrooms are in a small annexe next to the pub. There is a little stream flowing past, and a lovely big pine tree close by. After settling in, we had dinner in the main building with our dog. There were others, too. We were told that the menu was changing that night so some things were not available but the meals we chose were very nice. I then asked for Irish Coffee and the staff made a very good one.
There are only 3 bedrooms-ours was “The Jurassic,” which sleeps 4, is roomy and our beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was small but perfectly formed- had everything we needed, and the shower was good. (Cowshed toiletries). Lots of coffee supplied, but no decaff-luckily we brought our own.
The room price includes breakfast and this is provided at the nearby farm shop, 200 yards away. Really friendly staff. The full breakfast food looked fantastic, but because we had our dog with us, we could not go inside the cafe to eat. It was drizzling outside so we could not sit outside, either. I asked about takeaway sausage baps and coffee and the staff willingly provided them, which was good. However, we were miffed to miss that breakfast, and next time, we either need to stay without the dog, or we make sure the weather is good enough to eat outside!
We would definitely stay again.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Dark, dirty room and inhospitable service. - The room smelled damp and there was no heating on, so it felt cold too. It was very scruffy and in need of some TLC. Not very clean either, there were cobwebs, dust and a biscuit wrapper (made even worse by the fact we didn't get the promised biscuits!) behind the bedside cabinet and cobwebs over the wall (it was also extremely dark as the lighting was so poor, so probably didn't even see the real extent of the dirt!). We had a (complementary) drink in the bar while the 'manager' recleaned the room - quite reluctantly it seemed. This was quite inconvenient after a long day, when we just wanted to relax. my husband said the shower was 'the worst ever', but I did not use it myself.
Sunday evening food menu VERY limited (probably why we were the only people in the pub). My husband had the fish and chips which he enjoyed, I had the roast which was luke warm with very fatty meat, lots of reheated vegetables - it was very unpleasant, I was offered a replacement meal but there was nothing else on the menu offering that I could eat. Although I left most of the meal as it was moreless inedible the 'manager' really couldn't have cared less.
The whole experience was very poor, not helped by very poor, inhospitable service. We really felt very like an unwelcome nuisance. Breakfast at the nearby Deli was very good and and served with a smile.
- Ruth (8/5): Lovely pub - Enjoyed our stay, loved the pub which was really cosy, very Christmassy, lovely atmosphere, the food was amazing and the barman was lovely!
The room was large with a double and 2 single beds, plenty of space for a family! The lighting was poor so the room felt a bit dull, nice bathroom and the bed was comfy!
The breakfast at the farm shop around the corner was absolutely delicious!
However, did not sleep at all well, the rooms are in an annex to the side of the pub directly facing out onto the beer garden so no security, we were woken up with someone trying to get into our room!, The first time they tried the lock and handle but then left, the 2nd time they actually opened the door and started to walk in… we think someone from the pub gave them a key without checking it was their room!
However the whole thing left me shaking and scared to sleep, we were awake for hours, and unfortunately the pub seemed shut so no one to talk to about it the next morning!
Otherwise we enjoyed our stay!
- Sharon Elizabeth (10/5): - A very charming B&B in a beautiful location. Our family room was immaculately clean and very comfortable. The food at the pub was limited but very good and breakfast was served in a great deli a short walk away. Excellent value for money.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Lovely pub - Large spacious room in annex next to pub, found it to be quite dark as lighting not very bright, heated by plug in oil radiator. Crows in Tree outside the door very noisy and droppings everywhere. Could do with updating. Breakfast at nearby cafe, good choice but not very tasty. Food in pub was lovely.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Located in the bear garden of a pub in a village, the rooms are accessible via their own front doors. Plenty of on site free parking. Pet friendly. Beds where comfortable. Breakfast is served in a farm shop cafe about 500 yards down the road. Eat in or tables outside if you have a dog. Good quality freshly cooked items. About 30mins drive from Chesil Beach and Weymouth. The pub does good food in the evenings and there’s even a mobile chip shop van that visits the village on Wednesday evenings.
- Nicholas (8/5): A very pleasant stay - Very pleasant setting, excellent food and breakfast arrangements and very pleasant service. Excellent beer/food garden
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Excellent family room in separate block next to pub so easy access without going into pub. Clean and comfortable. Good base for visiting area.
- Lisa (2/5): Poor room - The room was very dirty and in disrepair. Definitely not worth £140 per night. Missing bulbs handles hanging off; leaking toilet, cobwebs everywhere
- Chris (8/5): Comfy Stay - We enjoyed a very pleasant stay here. Easy to find and lots of parking available. Room was spacious and clean.
The breakfast was provided at a lovely farm shop 2 minutes walk away and was superb.
Only negative was the room was freezing when we first arrived (but the heating was fine once we turned it on).
- Cj (6/5): - Good value for money accommodation, however breakfast was a disappointment. The breakfast was provided by the establishment next door the staff were polite and friendly however when ordering a full english breakfast no sausages were available but the family next to us who arrived 5 minutes after us were able to have some, they supplemented the sausage for bacon when it arrived it was served on a small side dish if it wasnt for the fact we had been camping the last two days before and were realy looking forward to a hearty breakfast our stay would have been perfect. Wed happily wait for 5 minutes if it was an option for others but not us
- Richard (10/5): A True Find! - The Kings Arms was fantastic. We stayed in the family room (“Jurassic”) and cant fault it. It was comfy, impeccably clean, well equipped and nicely decorated esp the bathroom. The staff were friendly and helpful, and can’t fault any aspect of the stay.
We will definitely be coming back!
- Verified traveler (4/5): Potentially good but a way to go. - Good welcome, nice big room but very dark. Dining stater excellent, main course both pork and steak very chewey. At night almost constant noise from the plumbing. Then on check out when I came to pay the bill I was given the meal bill bill from the previous evening with the comment "walked out without paying" written on it. I thought the idea of checking out was to settle all bills, never before have I received such a comment from an overnight stay.
The breakfast was excellent. However in view of the comment on the bill would not recommend.
- Sophia (10/5): - We really enjoyed our stay. The room was very nice and we loved the bathroom with the blue glowing lights. The glass shower door was so spotless that our daughter walked into it. We had a laugh over that. The staff was friendly and we really enjoyed our full English breakfast. We would definitely stay here again when visiting Great Britain.
- David (10/5): Well located Dorset Inn - Great location for all Dorset attractions and enough menu choices for multiple nights stay and excellent breakfasts at their affiliated cafe.
- J (8/5): Nice pub and hotel - Very nice, clean and new room. 1 downside is the water pump or generator near the room woke us up. Nice food at the pub and the breakfast the next morning.
- Joe (10/5): Excellent all rounder! - Very friendly and accomodating welcome, staff arranged on arrival for a breakfast hamper to be delivered to my room as I was leaving early the next morning - very nice hamper it was too!
Great pub in idyllic surroundings with a large, relaxing beer garden, great choice of lagers and gins in the pub too. Food was excellent.
Modern, spacious room in an annex building, extremely quiet and comfortable nights sleep.
I'm loooking forward to staying again when i'm back in the area in a couple of weeks time!
- Johnly (10/5): Definitely try - Clean and comfortable.
- andrew (6/5): Nice friendly team of staff. - When we arrived to check in to our room it was around 7:30pm and the room was not ready. The staff then offered us drinks at the bar and insisted that they would take our bags to the room. Befor checking out the room we were then offered food, that was nice as we were hungry.
After food we headed to our room to discover it was not the family room I had booked??? But a much smaller double room?
Apart from that it's a nice place and would probably stay again. Food was fantastic also.
- TIM (8/5): GOOD,EXCELLENT BREAKFASTS BUT POOR WIFI - Very pleasant room 1 of only 3 but nicely appointed, clean warm and cosy but the WIFI was an issue throughout and when you travel from overseas to have no WIFI for one complete day and off and on at other times was disappointing.
Highlight was the breakfast next door at the Ducks Cafe where the fare could not be faulted and the breakfast choice was very good and the service was very pleasant and professional
I would happily return when next in the UK but only if the WIFI issue was addressed with a booster or an updated system as it was obviously a long standing issue as the staff acknowledged.
- Peter (10/5): First class service, economy class pricing - Accommodation was first class - especially for the price - and the food in the restaurant to an equally high standard
- Barbara (10/5): - Charming village, clean, nicely decorated room, Amazing bathroom! Nice restaurant adjoining and breakfast nearby.
Very pleased withthe stay.
- Karen (8/5): Nice but needs ventilation - The room was very nicely decorated to a modern style. But unfortunately there is no ventilation in the bathroom so this makes the whole room smell a little damp and in the long terms could make the room mouldy. The only window you can open is a large window by the front door so you can't even leave the window open while you go out. Wifi was intermittent.
- annette (10/5): - Absolute fantastic place to stay would recommend to anyone
- David (8/5): Quiet country village hotel close to Weymouth - Ideal for a stopover while in the Weymouth area. Beds very comfortable and decor in room and shower was very modern.
Highlight was breakfast in the Farm shop diner next door (owned by the hotel) - eggs Benedict and full English to die for!
- John (10/5): Family night away - Stayed here for 1 night with my wife and twin daughters, the room was very comfy and just what we needed. The pub was great, lovely food and a great choice on the menu. Breakfast was fantastic from the local farm shop. Overal 5 *****
- Verified traveler (10/5): Comfortable family friendly pub - Lovely big garden with good food and child friendly.
Breakfast is just down the road at the local farm shop - you are given a voucher and can order whatever you like.
Staff were really friendly and beds were super comfy.
It would have been nice to have a dedicated seating area for residents but otherwise absolutely no complaints and reasonably priced for the area.
- Vincent (8/5): May bank holiday weekend - Nice room, let down by filthy toilet (excrement on top of pan) and curtains that fall off the rail each time they are touched. Additionally hot water is almost non existent in the sink
- Verified traveler (8/5): Great hotel let down by minor details - Rooms are good & well laid out.
Unfortunately the whole patio area to reach the rooms was covered in bird/geese mess. Can't beat tiptoeing through crap to get access to the rooms! The smell wasn't too good either....
The pub food is good & all the staff are great other than the lady who turfed us out of the rooms at 10:00 on a Sunday morning (apparently that's check out time?????).
- Joanna (6/5): - Comfy bed and excellent breakfast, couldn't make up for the terrible damp smell, presumably due to internal bathroom with no extractor fan.
- John (10/5): amazing hotel, food and area - Can't say enough good things about the Kings Arms. Excellent food, great room, friendly people and amazing area. Would love to have stayed longer.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Good position for Dorset Coastline - Friendly Pub/B&B, obviously well liked, due to the number of people that used it.
- Not Provided (8/5): Base for wedding. - Needed a hotel close to where we were attending a family wedding. This was perfect. Friendly, helpful staff, good food and atmosphere, and lovely garden for families to eat in and enjoy. Dogs welcome. Didn't bother us one bit. WOULD RECOMMEND.
- Ann (8/5): - Staff friendly, polite we would stay again
- Verified traveler (8/5): Great overnight stay but not perfect - Great overnight stay. Room was spacious and the beds were comfy. Very stylishly decorated but there were a few basic things that I found annoying like the curtain rail not working well. ( I don't get why someone would spend money on expensive curtains and then fit them on a cheap plastic rail - especially in a hotel room! ).
The en-suite was extremely small an very poorly laid out. It was almost impossible to use the toilet as the sink was way too big and blocked access. The shower cubical was way too small and the access door even smaller. It was nicely decorated though - although personally I think blue LEDs do not go with a beige and brown colour scheme.
Breakfast tasted good but for some reason they felt the need to 'chef it up' and add salad to everything. Bacon sandwich with a mixed salad and a 'Full English' with lettuce on the scrambled egg is just odd! They should trust the ingredients and concentrate on the cooking rather than the presentation. I also think that a single sausage and 2 slices of bacon is a little mean on a 'Full English'.
All-in-all, a good stay but not worth a full five stars considering the price paid.
- justyna (10/5): Loved the room and great food - Didnt like being chased twice to pay - first during breakfast and then 5mins before leaving the room, like, we wanted to have that last moment to ourselves and totally knew we have to check out and give the key back so whats the point. Also no toilet roll in the loo alhough we asked for it. Overall very nice, loved the room and great food
- Christopher (8/5): Good location - 2 night stay specifically to visit Abbotsbury. The outside of the property could do with repainting and the shower could do with regrouting. The hot water supply was very "iffy" but when queried the staff said that the plumber was awaited to sort it out. Very pleasant and efficient staff, interesting menu and good food quality - Sunday roasts recommended and excellent ice creams and sorbets. Very comfortable king bed.
- Jacky (10/5): Lovely break - Nice Break in a lovely area. Room was comfortable and clear. Service was friendly and attentive.
