I had the breakfast included 2 pieces of toast and 1 egg and a few pieces of watermelon, I stopped having it and paid for it elsewhere "my advice don't have breakfast included" if you do stay there, I won't be!!
- Verified traveler (4/5): - Checking in was task. No one to acknowledge you have arrived. Dirty sheets, no water, cups, shampoo, cutlery etc in deluxe room. Booking stated buffet breakfast but was given 1 egg, 2 slices of dry toast and 2 small bits of watermelon. No butter for toast either. I feel ripped of as I paid for buffet breakfast. FALSE ADVERTISING!!!! I will never stay here again. Not happy.

- Ken (6/5): Great pool area but disappointing room - My family and I stayed here for 1 night. The hotel grounds were well kept and the pool area was lovely. Whilst we realise that it was cheap, the room was a disappointment. The walls had paint peeling off and only one light worked, with the other light hanging off the wall cables and all. The bathroom was basic, which was fine, however we were left one towel for three people, and there was no hot water to have a comfortable shower. All in all I would not recommend this property to a family wanting a comfortable stay.

- Verified traveler (2/5): Nice on the outside. Not on the inside - We had to change the room 2 times. First, is because the aircond doesnt work. Second, the toilet is so smelly - cockroach smell. The last room we had is ok. But the wifi sucks. We barely got connected. I wouldnt recommend it for anyone.
- Verified traveler (2/5): Don't do it! - We came Tories hotel because we wanted to save some money, as we would have to stay back because of Mt Agung, and our travel insurance wouldn't cover it! We regretted it instantly! Check in staff wasn't friendly! When I had a shower on the first day, the water didn't go down the drain...... so we decided to have a shower at the water park the next day! On the third day the water was still there!!!!!! We didn't stay any longer! On our third day we decided to leave and we slept at the airport!!!!! The seat we found at the airport was a lot more comfortable!!! This is a cheap place to store your bags for a couple of days. But I wouldn't sleep here!!

There were ants all over the room. The sheets on the bed were sytained. Over all we did not have a good experience at this hotel
- Sharon (2/5): Handy location, but not worth the trouble - My partner and I have stayed here many times over the years, but never again! The rooms were always basic and cheap, but very disappointed with the renovations. The first room we were given had a leaking aircon unit that dripped onto the floor next to the bed. It was like Chinese water torture! Not even a towel on the floor helped. We asked to be moved and got another room where the aircon seemed OK. It was now 2am and we were exhausted. When we woke in the morning, we could not believe that half the room was flooded from another leaking aircon unit! The door, the furniture, everything was wet! We asked for ANOTHER room and were finally given a room that had an aircon unit that worked and didn't leak, but we had to pay extra! Very unsafe to have water all over a tiled floor, they should not be allowed to rent out these rooms to anyone until this issue is fixed. Highly dangerous.

But many bars and restaurants nearby so not a problem. Enjoyed my time there amd have booked again for next year. Wouldn't have a problem recommending this hotel to anyone.

- Joshua (8/5): - Do not go to Kuta! Really, fellow traveller, avoid this area. It's thieves and drugdealers all over kuta. Go to Canggu, or something.. Okay, firstly, the hotel does NOT have free water.. That's a direct lie. Other than that, the hotel is nice. You for sure get what you pay for, and I never had a problem. Fridge in room was a nice bonus.

- How (2/5): It's a nightmare - Dear all, the picture u saw is the newly build building around 2014. We are actually staying at the old building build around 15 yrs ago. The bed and mattress sounded terrible and Tv console was very old and damage at the bottom. When we told them the air con is leaking ........... They just brought a mop up then told us to place a towel on the floor where the water is dripping. The breakfast is worst, I was told a buffet breakfast but it turned out a dining outside area of JUST 4 tables with 2 slice of toasted bread and a sunny side up and drainage coffee :(( Location is above average as it's very near beach walk shopping. I will not go back to that hotel again.

- J (6/5): Old hotel near to Kuta hot spot - Walking distance to hot area. However, it's a old hotel, no lift available. Avoid this hotel if u carrying large piece of baggage. Breakfast simple. Cleanliness and bed quality so so.
- Verified traveler (2/5): Awful - Entering the room it stunk, and never really disappeared in the one night we stayed....dirty, and the toilet was broken so with every use the lid had to be removed to poke around to get it to flush! We left after one miserable night. We also weren't aware no towels or kettle were not provided.
- Verified traveler (4/5): Close to everything but.... - If you're happy to go cheap with not overly clean and functioning rooms, then this is the hotel for you. When we arrived there were no towels, did not realise there is only cold water for the shower, a sheet to sleep with and no toiletries. The door to the balcony didn't lock properly and the rooms are in need of dire refurbishing. The aircon worked well... and staff were friendly but were unable to upgrade despite me offering to pay the difference.

Had an LCD Tv in the room which had good few channels. Wifi is slow but workable. Pool is small but nice and cute with good sculpture around.
- Neil (6/5): Get what you pay for - The pool area is nice and rooms generally comfortable. The bathrooms leave a lot to be desired and we asked to move room as the smell was unbearable. In general the hotel was fine for the money payed, it was really just the bathroom that let it down. The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful.

- Shane (2/5): I would not recommend this place!! - I would never recommend this place!! we arrived at 3am after a long travel day and we were excited to be in Bali in our "superior" room close to the nightlife. The room was disgusting mould on the walls, dead cockroaches on the floor, dead insects in the fridge, fungi growing in the dingy grimy bathroom on rusty tap and shower heads, and the piste the resistance the mystery stains on the sheets. We had booked 3 rooms and all were the same, the response was "not everyone happy, some happy some not" from reception when we complained. It's false advertising!! the pictures they show are staged. Ive traveled the world and don't mind sluming it but this too the cake!!

- Verified traveler (6/5): . - The staff did not always clean the room, and when they actually took the time to do so - all they did was make our beds (with dirty sheets) and empty the trash. One of us had to go and ask for fresh (they all had stains on them)towels and more toiletpaper. 2 bottles of water was supposed to be included each day but during our week we saw it once. I did not like the hotel very much, but the pool was good and the area was really great too!
- Todd (6/5): Would Stay Again... - Stayed at Sandat for just over 2 weeks! Rooms have everything you need- TV/Fridge/AC/Comfy bed! Decent size pool with plenty of Sun loungers around to relax on. Situated just off poppies 2, convientently located with walking distance to beach/shops and most clubs/bars. Overall enjoyed my stay here, good hotel at an affordable price.
- John (6/5): Great location but..... - Great central location why I stayed. Air conditioning good, wiFi excellent. Rooms never cleaned or serviced as was case when stayed here for 6 days last year. Double bed sheets stained top sheet and blanket where 4 single bed. Nice pool. Cold showers only in basic room and older style bathroom.
