- Andrea (8/5): Excellent value for money. - The room was clean and comfortable. Quite a nice size for the price. The gentleman checking me in gave me the option of a ground floor or upstairs room, which was appreciated. Perfectly located for easy access to the Airport of the Rockies, set back from the highway to minimise the highway traffic noise. The WiFi was inconsistent and after a couple of hours quit entirely. In some ways that was good because it made me stop working and read a book.

Trash around the property and the office and residence/patio above have broken windows and deteriorating wood. We paid too much for a run-down motel.

- Albert (4/5): - The room must have been cleaned very quickly. Surfaces were very dusty, the bathroom walls and baseboards looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in a while. The inside of the shower curtain had black specks on them that looked like it could have been mold. The towels didn’t smell clean and had a grey tinge to them, like they hadn’t been bleached.

- William (4/5): Don't stay unless you are a smoker and don't care that the owners won't simply pay someone to do basic maint - Comfortable beds. Our room was quiet and clean. New flooring. Trash outside and inside registration office. Unkempt exterior of building. Lack of care for the place made me afraid to go into room which was surprisingly ok other than the extremely smoky smell in our non-smoking room. Fan on outside air on all night made it tolerable. If we hadn't prepaid we would have left. Despite what website says-there is no breakfast.

Smelled old and like 10,000 people used to smoke in It had icky carpet squares, and mismatched old towels. The bed was comfortable and the sheets were nice but it was really hard to like the place because of the ick vibe.
