Very helpful and friendly staff. And very nice complementary hot chocolate from the coffee bar by the reception. 😊 Quite noisy A/C (but I’m “A/C” sensitive) and noisy fridge humming through the night.

- Traci (10/5): If you go to Tucson, you should stay here. - I can't recommend this hotel enough. The staff was very friendly (even recommended a nearby restaurant where you get a discount for siding there. They had good food too.). Room was big and had all the amenities you could ask for.

- Michael (6/5): - My reservation was for 2 nights and a king suite. I got what seemed to be a full size bed. I got a kind for a reason. I was told at the desk that Expedia sent over a queen. I showed my reservation and it clearly stated a king. When you have a partner that is 6’5 it matters. I must of had a family of 100 above my third floor room, because the heal walkers were a movin. Poorly built if I hearing people walking above me. Staff was very nice and accommodating I understood it was out of their control about the family of 100 and the walking heavy upstairs. They gave me a $20 hotel credit for the pantry they have for the issue of the room and bed issues. They also have a bunch of items you can borrow. Like blenders or air fryer. These were all at no cost. The pantry was wonderful. Prices were good and not over priced. I probably would not stay here again. While overall it was ok. I feel like it wasn’t worthy the price paid.

- Marina (10/5): - Our rooms were honestly more than I expected. We had a kitchenette in the room with large fridge, sink, dishes, microwave and coffee pot. The room was so spacious and the bed was so comfy. The bathroom was also spacious with nice towels and Dove products for your use. I'd never been to one of these hotels and was so pleasantly surprised when I walked in the door to the lobby. We're a traveling band and have stayed in plenty of hotels and this by far was one of the nicest. We'll definitely be back again!

- Python574 (8/5): Nice place to stay - This was a nice hotel to make our home base on our trip to Saguaro National Park. The room was clean and the staff were friendly, which was great, and the hotel is located close to grocery stores, coffee shops, and is very close to the main roads. The bed was hard though and it wasn't the most comfortable sleep, but it was still a nice place to stay overall and we'd likely stay here again in the future.
