- Rodrigo (9/5): Muy buena estancia - Desayuno bueno, bien logrado y con buena variedad de productos. La habitación estaba bien para su valor. Destaco principalmente el Essential SPA, fue una buen experiencia con los masajistas, y tenía buenas instalaciones (jacuzzi, baño de vapor y sauna).

If I’m being nitpicky, the makeup mirror in the bathroom is wonderful it only if you happen to be 6’ tall. If you’re average height it’s pretty useless.

- STEFANO (4/5): - Nonostante abbia prenotato e pagato in anticipo, nonostante abbia avvisato per iscritto che sarei arrivato tardi, quando mi sono presentato, la mia camera non c’era. Mi hanno detto che si trattava di un disguido, ma non lo credo, infatti avevano la prenotazione per le notti successive. Mi hanno inviato ad un altro hotel, che avevano già prenotato per me…. È stato un disagio, perché quando si viaggia per lavoro e si hanno gli appuntamenti ed i voli scadenzati, perdere tempo e ore di sonno è fastidioso, soprattutto se sospetti che si siano rivenduti la camera già pagata in anticipo.
- STEFANO (4/5): La camera prenotata e già pagata non c’è - Atterrato tardi, sono arrivato intorno a mezzanotte in hotel. Avevo avvisato qualche giorno prima di questa eventualità tramite il vostro sito e l’hotel mi aveva risposto che non c’erano problemi. Invece il problema c’è stato; la mia camera non c’era più; loro hanno parlato di un disguido, io ho dei sospetti più gravi, visto che avevo pagato il soggiorno in anticipo. Sta di fatto che per quella notte sono stato spedito in un altro hotel, che loro avevano già riservato (anche questo è sospetto). Di fatto sono andato a dormire molto tardi e non è bello quando viaggi per lavoro ed hai le giornate scadenziate tra riunioni e voli aerei. Il giorno seguente la mia camera era finalmente libera e sono potuto ritornare. Ho parlato con la responsabile che mi ha promesso che la notte passata fuori mi sarà rimborsata tramite hotel.com. Vedremo se sarà vero. Di fatto il rivendere le camere già prenotate e pagate non è degno di un hotel di questo genere

En los últimos días un auto le pisó el pie a mi marido, la verdad que fue leve pero fue, no había ningún control en la cochera y entraban y salían un montón de autos. Fumos a quejarnos al lobby, tomaron nota y nada más. La verdad es que no fue nada grave pero no volvería a ir por este tema.

Poco o nada de agenda en spa deberían abrir agenda hasta un poco más tarde. Sin pantuflas en la habitación. Para lo caro del desayuno regular, pocos panes,poco dulce.

Banheiro vazava água para o quarto. Não tinha atendimento para o bar da piscina, restaurante com pouca opção de pratos, higiene discutível, falta de manutenção, ausência de consierge, venda de Natal e Réveillon incompatíveis com o que foi proposto.

La atención en general del personal del hotel es excelente. La vista de la habitación me encantó como la cercanía al centro comercial. El área de la piscina tb es agradable. El aire acondicionado es muy silencioso, excelente! No me agradó el aseo de la habitación. No retiran vasos sucios y si lo hacen, no los reponen. El cambio de sabanas es muy distante, debería ser más seguido. Tampoco aspiran a diario.
