- Jet45483184369 (6/5): Rooms are good but checkin service needs to better - The property is good but the service needs to be better and the staff needs to be more understanding towards couples. I was denied a King bed even after multiple requests. I had to wait for an hour even after 4 pm to get a King bed checkin. The checkin experience was not nice and could be better. I would compliment the food and breakfast spread as it was really good. The rooms were clean and washrooms had all modern amenities.

They told me that rooms are allocated on availability and either one of King or Twin room would be provided on hotel discretion. Breakfast was good though.

I booked a standard room and had request the King bed as it was my anniversary which I had mentioned at the time of booking, but even after that they were denying availability of the same and were only giving twin bed room. I had to debate with them and had to insist firmly for the King room and also had to wait for a long time. I expected a better checkin experience. Rooms are clean and really good for the price if you find a good deal. Breakfast spread is also very good and everything was delicious. Apart from my checkin experience the stay was really good.

- OfficerIAS (10/5): A gem of a hotel in Delhi-NCR that knows how to pamper Diamond Elite guests... - Go left from the Pari Chowk in Greater Noida, and after 15 minutes of a relaxed drive on a reasonably decent road, you will come across a sprawling set of high-rise properties, on the left side, that stand out from their rather uninspiring surroundings. That’d be the Crowne Plaza complex, covering some 8.5-acres, and consisting of 398 keys, including suites and apartments. There is, in addition, a huge convention center and banquet space to cater to large gatherings. On the hotel side, there are as many as six culinary venues, serving global delicacies, Italian & pan-Asian specialties, Indian Fine Dining, and a Belgian Beer Cafe. There is, of course, a swimming pool, spa, and a fitness center. No wonder it is a favorite among such corporates as Samsung, LG, OnePlus, Honda, Yamaha etc. who all have their manufacturing facilities close by, or exhibitors who put up stalls at the Greater Noida India Expo Mart. Mine was a quick, on-the-spur - of - the - moment one-night staycation to celebrate my birthday month. And boy, the hotel pulled out all stops to make that an evening to remember. I first received a call and then an email from Ashi Mathur, Guest Relations Executive, detailing all they could do to make this a great stay befitting my status as an IHG Diamond Elite Member. This included a complimentary suite upgrade, a complimentary birthday cake, a special dinner package, and of course, complimentary breakfast for the two of us the next morning! What more could we ask for? The suite we got was on the 12th Club floor; so we had complimentary access to the Lounge too, where we had our evening coffee with some chocolate chip cookies. The suite itself was sprawling, with separate seating and bedroom areas. The bathroom was also very well laid out with separate bathtub and rain shower areas. The view from the windows was of the greenery around the convention complex, which was better than the view of the slum-like surroundings on the other side. We skipped dinner on account of a prior commitment. The breakfast, however, was possibly the best in India and on a par with what we had elsewhere in the world. We had an excellent butter masala dosa with three kinds of chutneys. Idlis were fluffy, and the sambar was quite tasty. The usual cereals, fruits, sausages, bacon, pancakes, waffles … were all there, but what was unique was some five-six Korean specialties! Despite being full, I tried to taste a few, and they appeared to be quite authentic. We rounded out the breakfast with an excellent cup of coffee and a cinnamon roll. We were then presented with a pastry as a bon voyage gesture by Abhay, which caught us off-guard. And then, 4-5 other staff members along with the chef joined us for a group photograph, which caught us off-guard. All-in-all, this was a visit that impressed us no end. If any IHG property wishes to learn how to please Diamond Elite guests, they should come to Greater Noida!

This time, I had a true 77 m² apartment, fully equipped (kitchen, washer and dryer, living room, 2 TVs, etc.). It was exceptionally comfortable! A big thank you to the whole team for everything!

Service was prompt. Hotel was well kept with a big swimming pool. Food options were plenty. Club lounge provided a few snacks and drinks from 5:30 to 7:30 pm. Breakfast spread was adequate and service was great. A few misses too. One of our room was not ready till 6 pm. And even though I was promised that I will receive the call when it's ready, I had to go back to the reception to remind them. Also, there were no bathing soaps in the bathroom, which was very surprising. Overall, a great stay. Would like to visit again.

On 09 January 2025, I had checked out and was on my way to the airport, when I received a call to go back for one more day. I returned and the staff at the front desk (Ms. Ashi), went out of her way to ensure that my check-in processs went off very smoothly, despite the hotel being completely sold out.

Also, the ATM machine did not work. I was travelling with a friend. The staff could not understand that we wanted to have the bar bill split as we each wanted to pay for our drinks. - guy (8/5): Good business hotel - Good business hotel. Nice rooms and good service. Only complaint would be the rooms were too warm and the air conditioning don't bring down the temperature to a comfortable level.
- Henric (10/5): Great Hotel - Great Hotel with great service. Support from staff was excellent and they helped you every way they could. Best Indian food I have ever had in the Spice Art restaurant. The Belgian bar is a perfect place to wind down after a hectic day. The bartenders were attentive and very friendly and there was live music every evening from a very talented young singer. All making it a memorable stay. The Gym was fully equipped and one of the better I have experienced in a hotel. There is not much else to do just outside of the Hotel, but it feels more like a calm and relaxing oasis from the chaotic hustle and bustle outside.

- KIHYUN (10/5): 가격대비 합리적인 호텔 - 가격대비 합리적인 호텔임. 특히 조식은 탁월함. 한식도 잘 준비되어있음. 다만 주변에 상점이 없어 밤에 나갈때가 없음. 호텔안에 있는 식당을 이용해도 나쁘지 않고 가격도 많이 비싸지는 않음. 중식당이 있는데 이탈리안 음식도 같이 주문 할 수 있음.

- Verified traveler (4/5): - Hotel placed me in what looked like a handicap access room. Bathroom had an open shower with a folding chair with arm rests. This is acceptable if the floor is adequately sloped to move water towards a drain. The floor actually sloped away from the drain. After two or three minutes of my first shower, I notice the entire bathroom floor was covered in water, a significant safety issue. I spent several minutes attempting to contain the problem. I notified the staff who vowed to fix the problem. Some fix. They rolled up towels and placed them around the shower area. Once the towels were soaked, the same problem existed. I almost fell twice due to the wet floor. Probably my last stay in a Crowne Plaza.

- Verified traveler (10/5): - We are a family of 4, we have two kids 10 and 13 years old. We booked two rooms . we checked as early as allowed, around 2 PM and we were notified that our rooms are in different floors!!! We requested an interconnected rooms but for our surprise none is available!!!! They gave us two opposite rooms not interconnected. The second night they offer us an interconnected rooms !!! This was very bad. I booked both rooms together, under the same name and it was clear that it for the same family.
