- Carolyn (8/5): Stay was good, bartenders were awful (on 5/8). - Breakfast is good, location is good, cleanliness is good. The 2 bar tenders working the night of 5/8/26 were AWFUL!!! We saw the female bartender multiple times out on the sidewalk chatting on the phone for a lot of the 1.5 hours we were at the bar, leaving NOBODY working the bar. Although there also was a male on duty as well, but he was also absent a lot. We saw him sitting down at a table at one point - WHILE we were waiting for service - just chit-chatting with the singer's wife for quite a while - leaving the bar unattended. He also totally ignored us for about 10 minutes when we first showed up and took our seats at the bar. He was too busy scrolling on his phone while just standing at the end of the bar, yet he was very, very close to us and absolutely saw us come in and sit down yet he never addressed us. Instead he waited for the female bartender to come back from wherever she was (likely on her phone in front of the hotel, as I mentioned having seen her do). We were in absolute disbelief at their lack of care and attention to actually tending the bar, which they were there being paid to do. Just AWFUL, HORRIFIC service. Pretty shocking, honestly.

- PhilParis (8/5): well-located and comfortable hotel - the location, the room with modern decor, the view from the room Check-in time was 4:00 PM. Arriving at 2:50 PM, I was offered an early check-in for $30, for about one hour. Not very customer-friendly.
- 331estrellar (10/5): Such a blessing!! - What a savior! We came to hotel after a nightmare of an Airbnb. The front end staff were so welcoming and comforting. Special shout out to Scott the valet, as we arrived we unpacked a whole home onto the curb (since we were coming from an Airbnb) and he was so gracious and helpful. He ensured we had everything, even helped with multiple trips up the elevator. Sincerely was the savior of our trip and experience. Thank you for saving what could have ended in disaster. Will definitely be being you all again soon!

- Culture35287257258 (4/5): Hyatt checked in an unknown guest into my reservation - Be very careful checking in at this hotel. I went to check in and they told me that someone checked in under my reservation. How does this happen when you give them your ID? They also stated they added a different credit card to the account. The employee had to open another account to get me into a room while she looked into the matter. She even had to go to the room to see if people were in the room and there stuff was. The reason behind this mix up was someone with me exact name checked into the hotel. I don't have a popular name, so I feel this was an excuse. The employee gave me a slight discount on the room for 2 nights, but my trust with this hotel was already gone. What would have happened if they gave me a room card and I had walked in the room with another guest already there? There is no excuse for this kind of mix up that could have ended badly.

- Schumacher (6/5): Clean rooms and a good breakfast, but the rude overnight front desk service made the stay disappoint - We arrived at the hotel late at night, and there were two women at the front desk. We are Brazilian and we are not fluent in English. When they realized that, they made no effort to assist us in a courteous way. They were rude and spoke very fast, making it difficult for us to understand. My brother, our family, and I were very upset by how unfriendly and discourteous the service was. At every other hotel we stayed at during our trip through the United States, we were warmly welcomed and well taken care of by everyone. Unfortunately, this hotel was different. Other than that, the breakfast was good and the rooms were clean. The overnight front desk attendants were extremely rude and unwelcoming. As soon as they realized we were not fluent in English, they spoke very fast and made no effort to assist us politely, which made us feel very uncomfortable.

Coffee was just ok. No gluten free options. The room, lobby and dining area decor was very institutional and not inviting.
- HappyTraveller121 (8/5): Excellent location! - The hotel is centrally located and is less than a 10 minute walk to Broadway. There is a parking garage with in and out acess which is nice. The room with a king size bed, desk area and a comfortable couch to lounge on was very nice. The bathroom is large. The breakfast could have been better. There are lots of choices but some other healthier food besides fruit would be nice.

- Crystal (9/5): - Location, clean and comfortable 3 pillows does not make any sense on a bed with two people sleeping. Plus the pillows could be better. Luckily I brought my own pillows. However if your flying in you cant always bring your own pillows.

- Brian (8/5): Location, location, location - Location is just perfect, you can park or valet, and walk to 10’s of honky tonk bars and restaurants within 2-3 blocks. Live music 🎶 for everyone’s choice. Cannot say anything that we didn’t like, but we never eat breakfast lunch or dinner as these are 3 great breakfast 🍳🧇 ☕️ place and one with 6 floors.

I don't think it represented good value for money TBH. - Clean, great location and good facilities Noise; room was very poorly isolated from downtown traffic and activity noise. Staff were surly, unfriendly and generally unpleasant at reception.
