• Magaly (7/5): - The space of the room. The bed was comfortable and restroom was big and nice as well. Saw a huge cockroach in the room! After that I was not comfortable with the stay! Then when me and family were walking up to our room we heard the employees literally fighting! Shouting “let’s take it outside” kids got a little frightened!

I could not call the location and only received one reply email requests. I will not stay at this Wingate again or any other hotel thar requires reservations through booking.com.

Finger smudging on the mirror, the floor in the restroom was dirty and underneath the sink was dusty you could see it, the glass doors were dirty and it smelled dirty. Housekeeping need to do a better job. Breakfast was ok. They ran out of coffee.

I told the front desk and they were able to move me but the second room had broken items like the phone did not work and the toilet lid was completely detached from the toilet.

• E5099HUshawns (4/5): Avoid until property repairs its equipment. - First, I arrived on a Sunday at 1 pm, I asked if there was a room available for early check-in and was told they were sold out and didn't have anything available. When I returned at 3:30, there still wasn't anything available. I was told I could wait in the bar until one was made available. My room was made available between 4:15 & 4:30. I was not offered a free soda for my inconvenience of having to wait well after check-in time. While looking around the hotel after I checked in, I noticed lots of items out of order. At least 1 machine in the fitness center wasn't working, the ice machine on 4th floor was out of order, and 1 elevator was out of order. Was told by a guest it had been out of order for several weeks. During my stay, the second elevator failed and forced to walk up and down the stairs to my room in the 4th floor. With the elevators down, there was no apology, offer to move to a lower floor or even offer to help move bags and other things. This forced me to do early check out. Exterior doors on the north side stairwell that open to the main highway dont close on their own, and I find this to be extremely unsafe.

• Linda (9/5): - We've had a few good stays here, and overall it's good, besides the pool. That's disgusting, and not a place I want to swim in. The pool is a big bird bath, so it's gross.

• Verified traveler (4/5): The best option you have in Seminole I guess - Limited options for food anywhere near here The hotel itself was filthy and one of the elevators didn't work there is one functioning ice machine on the ground floor, the "bar" smelled like a sewage line was backed up. Overall not a pleasant experience

• O134MEsonial (10/5): Great Stay! - The bed was very comfortable. The pillows were fluffy. The room was very clean. The breakfast was very good. There were many choices. The bacon was cooked to perfection. Denise Gallegos, the general manager was very nice and made sure we had everything we needed. The online check- in was very convenient. The front desk staff was friendly and had my room keys ready. I travel to the area a few times a year. I will be staying only at the Seminole Wingate by Wyndham hotel.

• Victoria (4/5): Not a great stay. - Not great. Had small square pillows. Only provided 2 sets of towels, handtowels and wash cloths when we checked in for 3 people. The drain in the bathroom had hair and gunk in it and had the drain stop pulled out. The office chair in the bedroom area white stuff at the edge of the chair. The floor in the bathroom was sticky. We went to check out at 740 ish, there were 4 of us in line waiting and no one ever came and we had to get going. I had to write on a sticky note providing the check out time with our room key. 2 of us did this in order for us to leave since no one came. The breakfast area was small, had very little bacon, was out of coffee and had no eggs. The lady who checked us in was nice but that was the best part of it all.

• Jen (6/5): Close the Breakfast bar down - Quite The staff informs you about breakfast being served in the morning and when you arrive they have cup size items and a large group just waiting for staff to restock. Sadly no one ever came. Then to over here others say they have to go looking for Breakfast somewhere else in town. Please be courteous and look into this. If this is something that occurs all the time, just don't mention Breakfast is available in the morning please.
• Karen (4/5): Unacceptable actions - One of the beds had a sheet that looked like gauze. Very yellow and thin. Had to use the sheet that we would have covered with. Worst part was when we went to breakfast at 8 am. Very little eggs and they were dry. Not much of a selection. When we got back to room I was going to shower. Luckily realized I had no towels! Cleaning had come into our room and removed them before we checked out! This is totally unacceptable. No one should come into a room that is obviously still occupied! I would never recommend a Wyndham to anyone!!

• Helen (4/5): - Hotel needs a major renovation.Bathroom shower was moldy and leaky, always water on the floor. We stayed for 6 nights, never enough towels, each day we had to ask for towels. The bed was comfortable and the hotel was in a good location. Staff was accommodating.

• Jenny (9/5): Overall: good place to stay for the food and price is reasonable - We enter late pass 12am I did inform them before hand At the entrance we weren’t greeted right away which I know people are busy The front desk was okay with us…(maybe annoyed or tired? Graveyard is never easy so I get it) We got one card key I assume usually you get two but just one Elevator they have elevator but only one works! Breakfast: It was really good they had cereal, hot coffee, juice (orange, apple, cranberry), eggs, patato, sausage patty’s, fruits, danishes, and more (I wish while looking for the review I could have seen this instead of calling) Our room was good: only noticed this Stayed at 306 room 1. The sink had a small crack which looks like a hair. Didn’t notice until my mom pointed it out just assume it was a hair (we’re traveling from California and very exhausted to say anything) 2. Found the remote control for the tv under the bed This was confusing for us was waking up there was no light turning on and basically you need to turn on the entrance light to allow all lights to turn on I thought the lights stop working but figured it out I saw the pool and they also said a bar they have but we didn’t use those Also they have an ice maker on the first floor But definitely enjoy our stay for the few hours we stayed our main reason we wanted to stay is for the food and the price was reasonable

• Michael (6/5): Not the best stay - The cleaning staff gave it a poor effort. Coffee was spilled on the tile floor. Rather than clean it up they put a slippery floor sign up. Things were broken and not repaired in the bathroom. Elevator was awful and slow. Only 1 elevator worked. Pool was a glorified birdbath full of feathers and poop.

• Q8252SItinat (2/5): Would NOT Recommend!!! - I booked my room online. I needed something that would accommodate 2 adults and three kids. As we walked to the room, I noticed the hallway carpets were very dirty and in desperate need of vacuuming. I also noticed smudges and fingerprints throughout the hotel. Altogether it felt a little gross and didn’t give me a lot of confidence in the cleanliness of the room. Upon arriving, immediately I see they gave us the wrong room. The room we were given only slept four people. I went downstairs to fix the mistake only to be told that the room does accommodate five people. I asked how a room can accommodate five people when there are only two beds in it. She couldn’t answer that, but said it has something to do with hotel policy and they weren’t allowed to put more beds in the room. I was incredibly frustrated, so I packed up my family and went elsewhere, forfeiting the cost of the room.

Front Desk stayed breakfast was available til 10a ... but shut down at 8a on weekdays. I missed breakfast (hot waffle, eggs, etc.) Staff helped me get yogurt and a bagel.

The lady working at 9:30 am on Sunday 2/2/2025 when I checked out was very rude and not helpful at all. We needed an hour late check out and she informed us she couldn’t do that and was so rude about it
• Nancy (6/5): - Front staff upon check in do not greet with a smile. It looks like they could care less about their job or the people. The rooms were very clean, beds were comfortable, but the pillows suck! One elevator out of service, the other one really slow! Then there was an alarm that started ringing the one morning which was extremely loud! Had to leave hotel early due to loudness. Heard a staff member talk very loudly to another in a agitated tone about a different staff member causing the alarm to go off too early when they were instructed to wait until 11am. Other than that I'd stay here again.
